I have been at this complex for almost 2 years. The upgrades are so nice. Spacious homes in a quiet community. They have resident events where they feed us and they have even had an ice cream truck set up for us. The office staff cares about their residents. The property is always kept clean and lawns maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This apartment complex is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting. My best friend moved in July of 2021. She moved into a unit that was already infested with German Cockroaches from the unit above her (the complex and property manager have admitted that it came from above her.)Now, August of 2021, the apartment has delayed sending out exterminators and when they finally did come, the pest company said it was infested and would need several treatments. An infestation can not be fully taken care of without bombing and tenting the entire unit, as these bugs live in the walls. Spraying will not get rid of an infestation, no matter how many times it is done.The apartment complex has been extremely unprofessional in regards to simply answering emails and calls, as well as refusing to let her terminate the lease. This is a HEALTH HAZARD. We were spending lots of time over there, as anyone should be in their home, and since the end of July, she hasnt even been sleeping there as it is inhabitable and unsafe conditions.If youre looking for a complex, as I was considering moving here, DO NOT. The complex will allow you to live prolonged in an infested home and refuse to let you release from your lease.Our next step is legal action. Current tenants and considering tenants should be aware of the poor, unsafe, and genuinely disgusting environment that management refuses to fix.

All of which are managed by the same company. Do you really think these 5 individual ppl all lived at the SAME apartment complexes managed by the SAME company? Doubtful!This place is an AWFUL place to live! Do NOT move there unless you want to encounter unprofessional staff, rodent and pest infestations and poor living conditions. Newly remodeled units are falling apart, slapping a fresh coat of paint over layers upon layers of paint IS NOT remodeling. They do not take care of their property or their tenants and when you have a problem they disregard you. I have seen reviews posted here that I KNOW come directly from employees. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!! THEYRE REALLY GOOD AT RESPONDING TO REVIEWS BUT YET CANT SEEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE!EDIT: NO AVAILABLE UNITS TO MOVE HER TO? PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS! your response clearly shows your lack of concern for your tenants. The health department as well as attorneys have been contacted. All coorespondance has been documented. Photo evidence is available. Aside from the roach infestation. What about the Newly remodeled multiple layers of paint, closet doors falling off of the tracks, kitchen counter tops with valleys, kitchen drawers that wont open because they hit the stove, frayed carpet, this place is trash!

I have lived at this complex for about 8 years and my family just loves it here. This community is so family oriented and the office/maintenance has always been able to take care of any issues we may have had with a quickness.

Iam very happy at lakeway I havent had any problems when ever I have a situation they take care of I really like it here ive been living here 3 yrs they will go out there way for you if they can

The apartments are priced really well and they have a basketball court and a pool. As well as a laundry room but I have to say that it is quite small and it is usually full. Also it takes awhile for maintenance to fix things. My girlfriend is a resident and I stay with her from time to time.

These apartments are great! We loved everything about them. The pool was nice and always clean. Any time something needed to be fix in the apartment, it was done in a timely manner. Office staff was great to work with and always welcoming. We loved the courtyards... it gave the kids plenty of space to run around and have fun.

I moved into Lakeway about 3 months ago and I wont lie, there were several issues upon move in. I discussed the issues with the staff who immediately went to work to make the situation right. I chose this place based on the reviews I read here and I can now completely agree with the other positive reviews. The staff is always willing to help any time I have reached out. They have responded to work orders within 2 days on several occasions. Mostly friendly neighbors except my neighbor across the hall but its a nice community.

I lived at the Lubbock Lakeway between 2017 and April 2020. I moved out because of the new management (maybe they wanted all the old tenants gone?). Never was I late on rent or utilities yet still had issues. Stacy White, the new apartment manager, and Brenda, the leasing agent, were evasive and unresponsive unless it was a face to face interaction. It took over a month to get my deposit back after move-out, and it took me going to the apartment office to get a list of deductions and still got the run around on the final water bill which is still up in the air because Ms White failed to give a straight answer on whether or not Ill receive one. At any point, I would leave a message with Brenda, who referred everything to Ms. White, and Ms. White would never respond until I was face to face with her out of frustration in not getting a response. Common and professional courtesy is all I asked and hardly received.

The office staff and maintenance crew are so very kind and do all they can to assist you. The grounds are clean and quiet. The apartments are very pretty and remodeled. Neighbors are friendly.

The leasing agent was so helpful and made it so easy to move into this great place and it’s so kid friendly, my kids love it

I love my apt.......no it’s not the fanciest looking complex but really a home is what you make it.Management is awesome and always friendly and helpful!Location is convenient to every place I use.

Management are unethical. They put false work orders in just to Snoop around our apartmentand then lied to my face stating my husband had done it. Also I just got evicted after handing over my bank account info which might I add is totally backed by the Federal reserve to take care of my remain fees until my lease is up. They DID NOT EVEN TRY TO SUBMIT IT TO MY BANK. Then she filed eviction papers on me for non-payment of rent. Also these apartments are old and have lead based paint...a roof done by j. Ferg which compromised the structure and now you can literally see our ceiling cracking daily and Managements way of fixing the issue was to caulk the cracks...OMG...and there is pretty heavy mold growing in our air ducts which they will not address. Please do not bring children or pets here. I wouldnt even come as a single adult. You are bound in time to have the structure collapse on you.

The plumbing is terrible. After less than 2 weeks of living here I was accused of having someone live in my apt that was not on the lease. The only employee around was the maintenance man who shouldnt have any knowledge of who is on my lease either way. The same maintenance man lives on the property and has a confederate flag hanging in his window for all to see.

Terrible place to live moved into a unfinished apartment and I’ve put in several time for them to fix the hard word floor the carpet several thing and the Manager is terrible her name is Brenda
