Leased here for a year, absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Incredibly over priced, worst management I’ve ever seen, the person running the place was incredibly under qualified for the job and cost me and a lot of people money. Would live in a dumpster before I ever rented here again.

Were currently on the hunt for a new place, and thought these townhomes looked really nice! However, the phone number listed on the door and online are out of service, and the website is down. The building has a large leasing is available sign on one of the buildings, but the office was closed by 3:30 when we drove by. This is already a red flag for potential leasers. Ill gladly change my star rating once these things get sorted out, and wed love to tour the premises.

When I moved in the unit was a mess, it looked like a frat party just took place. Maintenance won’t fix anything unless you’re present which doesn’t work for students and people with jobs, they get there call you and leave before you can come let them in. Then reschedule without even letting you know. The office workers are rude short and take forever to respond. While still demanding rent be paid. Don’t live here until management changes and never rent from Hub City Rentals!

Nice place with so many underlying problems including management. If you would like nothing but heartache and headache. This is your place to be. Honestly, find another place to call home.

Very nice townhomes and excellent location! Close to shopping, food, entertainment and much more! Spacious units with large backyards!

I absolutely LOVE living here. The floor plan (especially the 2nd floor laundry room - SOLD!), space, and backyard are all great. All bedrooms are basically master suites with their own on-suite bathrooms and generously sized living areas. It’s a smaller community so it’s nice and quiet while still being super accessible to the new West End Shopping Center, restaurants, and my commutes for either work or leisure are so quick because of the ease of access to the loop and Marsha Sharp freeway. The management has been great, and Carleigh is a superb property manager. She is very attentive, has great follow through, and makes sure to ask how everything is going. As with any new property there are kinks, but they’ve been easy and convenient to work through with Carleigh managing the property. I highly recommend this property since it meets so many expectations and exceeds several, as well.

This place is horrible!!! Not worth the money for all the headache that comes with it.Not managed very well or maintained. Built fast and sloppy. Don’t wast ur time!!!!!!

These are in a trashy neighborhood and way overpriced. Could buy a home in a nice neighborhood for the same price and not have to share a wall with neighbors!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Look elsewhere!! Place may be new but horribly built! Repairs that are needed go over looked and ignored!!
