I can’t say enough great things about this property! The office staff is so welcoming and friendly! They have been doing resident functions and have goodys for us all the time! Maintenance is always taking care of my work orders on a timely manner! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The apartments are great, but the lease agreement is NOT. Weve spent two years here on a yearly lease agreement, then transitioned to a month to month with a two month notice of this, AND THEY STILL WANT SIXTY DAYS NOTICE.Tell me why you can have a month-to-month lease agreement, and STILL have to give sixty days notice? We will be paying two entire months rent on an empty apartment. Jerks.

All service requests were handled in a timely manner.. Service request is very easy and users friendly on the app.. Maintenance always does an outstanding job with repairs and when they are done you would never know they had been in the apartment.. Again Great Job as Usual!!

Great place! Nice apartments and a quick responding staff. I also didn’t see one bug the entire time I was there. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Ive lived at the Icon for 2.5 years and love it here. Its very quiet, any maintenance issues Ive ever had have been dealt with quickly (and there havent been many), and I love the sheer size of apartments here for what you pay. I would definitely recommend the Icon to anyone moving to Lubbock and I frequently do.

We lived at The Icon for 3 years and LOVED it! It was conveniently close to shops, stores, and restaurants. Even with it being along busy Milwaukee it was still quiet and respectful. The staff was super friendly and helpful with questions and concerns. If I hadn’t gotten a better job opportunity we would still be living there!

Icon apartments has been a great place to live. I’ve been here 3 years and never have had an issue. My refrigerator went out late on a Sunday evening and first thing Monday it was taken care of. Perfect!!! Thanks guys

I enjoyed living here for almost 3 yrs! It is a relatively quiet residence & very spacious for what you pay. Maintenance requests were done almost always the same day or next. The gym is perfect size for your average needs & I always felt safe.

The apt was large, roomy. And well appointed. It was peaceful and never had an issue with anything. The service was prompt and impeccable. I have lived in a few places other than this in Lubbock and would recommend them highly compared to newer apps as well as some of the older ones that renovated. They truly seem to care and take pride in their apartment complex.

Ive lived at the icon apartments for 6 months now and Ive enjoyed it so far. Theyre quiet apartments and can rarely hear your neighbors. Everyone here is nice and friendly and the apartments are pretty nice! There are also 0 signs of bugs because they spray a few times a year which is so appreciated. The management has been great so far and are quick to help with whatever we need. The maintenance is also really fast to help out if anything weird happens in your apartment. Definitely recommend this complex in Lubbock.

Lived here for over a year. LOVED the staff-always incredibly helpful. The pool was amazing. Parking is plentiful. The gym is very nice and having the option for using a garage is a great plus. Never any issues here and maintenance is incredible it you ever need it. Highly recommended.

Tjis is the first time I have lived in an apartment and I am extremely happy that I choose The ICON. The staff are very friendly and assist me with any questions. I have had small areas that I needed assistance and the Maintenance department was here the same day to correct the situation. I have a dog and he enjoys walking around the community and loves to run in the dog park.

Pros:Great property. They have garages very close for our convenience. Well maintained and very clean. Stainless steel appliances work great, and my fridge is huge! (so is my pantry). I love the tile flooring in the bathroom/kitchen. ALSO. Washer/Dryer hookups are in the bathroom and not the kitchen. Very nice touch! The apartments are spacious, and have no had any major issues so far. Love the pool, and gym too. Great amenities. Maintenance team is amazing. Very quick, and helpful.Cons:If you are noise sensitive, bottom floor may not be for you. I can hear my upstairs neighbor on some occasions. Although it doesnt bother me too much. When summer rolls around, everyone goes to the pool and its very annoying when most of them do not live at the Icon. Thats the only real con. Maybe wrist bands could fix that problem.

Ive only lived at the icon a month, but so far its the best apartments Ive lived in. I had a small water leak in a sink drain (due from the building shifting) and it was fixed, sheet rocked, and re-painted all within a couple of days. Everyone in the office Ive dealt with has been very professional. I highly recommend the Icon!

I moved here from some college-style apartments and I have to say Im really loving it. Apartment was in great shape at move in and the few minor issues I had were promptly repaired. Living here has been pretty awesome. Its very easy to commute to almost anywhere in Lubbock from here. Lots of great restaurants and shopping on Milwaukee Avenue. Its a very quiet area, day or night. Just wish I had a gate remote! But other than that, its been a great experience. Definitely recommend!

They cry over to flags being flown. 1 of them being the Texas flag. Yall need to grow a pair

I absolutely love living here! Bethany in the front office is amazing and all the staff is extremely nice! Anyone would be lucky to live here.

The best part about living here is the maintenance crew. They are always so fast. We needed the batteries on our smoke detectors replaced and they got it done in less than an hour.

The staff there now(like Brittany) are rude and inconsiderate! The apartment is okay but the walls are very very thin, I can hear my neighbor very clear talking in their apartment. The staff prior to this was wonderful especially Georgina, she will go the extra length to make sure the place runs smoothly. They never fix the gym equipment that has been reported to them by multiple people since 3 months ago. The staff now bearly even smile to you when you go pick up a package like they have been fighting with someone every time you go to the office. For a so-called gated community, the gate is always open.

I enjoyed living here but the only thing is the walls/floors are like paper. I live on the first floor and the people above me are so loud, i can hear them walking around, shutting their door etc, especially when they have people over you can hear everyone talking etc. If you live here I suggest living on the 3rd floor so no one is above you.

This will be lengthy sorry ahaha XDI lived here a few years ago and still no apartment Ive stayed in before or after has rivaled these. It was an actually something great that came from a bad situation. Initially I had signed to live at a place I wont name nearer to Tech, but after some horrific mismanagement that left me without a place to live days before I was set to move to Lubbock, I ended up finding an amazing deal at Icon last minute. And Im glad I did!I loved it because the atmosphere and location are amazing, the floor plans are SOOO spacious, theres tons of counter space in the kitchen, plenty of parking, its immaculately clean, I felt safe there, its a gorgeous property, and I just generally have super fond memories of the time I lived there.Couple notes: I was worried about the electric bill in Lubbock since LPL is the only supplier and they have AWFUL reviews online lol, but it was always very reasonable and much cheaper than Ive paid in other parts of TX. Probably the ONLY thing I would have to complain about is that the hot water didnt last as long as Id like, which is too bad because the bathtubs are so nice. I could get a decent bath in still, and never ran out while showering, but I have definitely had hot water that lasted longer at other places. Its possible something can be done about this. I never actually made a formal complaint about it so who knows?Staff was professional and prompt, maybe not OvErLy friendly like at some other places (I guess?), but when theyre doing their jobs well and the tenants and location are all taken care of, who cares?Anyway, had some time on my hands and was looking through old photos and wondered why I never left a review for here so thats what Im doing. Cheers! ^^

Bethany is so helpful! I have loved everything here so far, moved from Portofino and did not have a good experience at al, but from the beginning, the Icon staff made me feel right at home!

Ive been living here for just about a month, and from the beginning Brittany and Kristi have been real great. When I moved in there was an issue with my doors bolt lock sticking when I turned the key so I called the office notified the girls and before I returned home (2 hours later) the maintenence guys had fixed it. The property is still new and very clean no problems at all.

Best apt complex on the west. All staff here are the friendliest. I work early in the AM and maintenance staff never fails to have a smile and say good morning. Office staff is A+++++++. If you have an issue or need something fixed, they get to it same day or within 24hrs. Never fails. Love this place. I never mentioned im from AZ and they help me with my entire process with no hiccups from over 800 miles away to get me and my family an apt right here while no one else in the area would call me back. Bethany is a rockstar. Kudos to the whole staff for making us feel right at home here at icon😎🤘

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Do not believe the reviews and stars that are posted. I moved from Montana to the Icon in Lubbock almost at the beginning of their existence. The carpet was never stretched in properly and waves started to form. The tile in both bathrooms and kitchen have plenty of corners to catch from not being leveled. The kitchen cabinets were not hung level either. We havent even gotten to their management policys. I noticed that I was being charged a credit card fee when paying my rent online using a direct withdrawal or ACH. No credit card is used. When I asked about it I was told that it didnt matter that I wasnt using a credit card. Then the fee was miraculously changed to a convenience fee. I was relocated by my company and to break the lease I have re-upped 3 times they charged me $899 for breaking the lease and two months additional rent. Today I was informed that I now owe for 6 additional days in September because I informed them on the 6 of July and 60 days makes it 9/6/17. My lease is up in October. Which is two months. I am paying them 3 because I terminated the lease. No one at the Icon can give me a good explanation as to why I need to pay 3 months and 6 days on a lease that is set to expire in 2 months. You ask why I continued to rent there? I hate packing and moving is my only explanation. I repeat there are better apartment complexes in Lubbock. DO NOT RENT HERE. If I could give them negative stars I would.Apt 707

I am a fairly new resident but I feel that we made the right choice in moving into The Icon. The staff Bell and Brittany have been so helpful and friendly through out the whole move-in process. I would without a doubt recommend these apartments.

I lived here from 2016-2021. Definitely the nicest apartment Ive lived in. The rent is an excellent value and the staff is always helpful. The location is phenomenal as it gives me easy access to both Loop 289 and the Marsha Sharp Freeway. Its also just down the street from shopping and restaurants. Walmart, United Supermarkets, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger, and more are less than a 5 minute drive away.

Horrible customer service. They treat tenants like they are extremely bothersome. The apartments are built very cheap; its something you dont notice when you first get a tour of the beautiful showroom. The insulation is horrible as well. Once the A/C comes on it gets real nice and cold, but upon the A/C turning off, the room is uncomfortably warm in less than 5 minutes. They try their hardest to get you to sign the lease however you realize afterwards that they werent telling the whole truth. We were told our whole family of 6 could join us for a nice afternoon but later learned that wasnt true. The Manager Jessica is extremely rude as well. I absolutely loved the way these apartments were presented to us at first, however if youre looking for a decent place to call home... this is not it!

Great pool..apts are new and modernized

Excellent staff, brand new apts with upscale amenities . well insulated means low power bills . fiber into the apt from att means blazing fast internet that is super reliable . I live here and i am very happy. I recommend them highly.

These apartments have been great to live in for the past year and a half. The management is really good and will do everything they can for you. They generally know everyone by name and sometimes apartment number too. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. The previous head maintenance guy was great though I havent met the new guy yet. It seams the porter needs to make sure to actually do what he tells mgt that he does. The facilities are well maintained. I do wish there was no fee to move apartements within the compex. The corporate office also has been raising rent upon lease renewal way to much. Keep the good tenants you have rather than make deals to get people in and turn over apartments. Do the right thing for your tenants and they will do whats right for you and your property. Its not always about the bottom line. All in all we love these apartments.

I lived in many places all my lease agreement have been finish completed in good standar even this one THE ICON they have the worst staff, building structure1) staff acts verry friendly to get you to sign the lease as son as you do and you move in you can tell the lack of help when you have any question is like they get bother with you2) ive been here 1 year and the building is so cheap when you walk on the rug you can feel the rids/ribs or wood like a deck ..3) you can hear the people in all direction the one on next door .. upstares is the worst i dont even kmow how is it possible but i can hear the people downstairs i know all there life story ..4) you would have to move in to realize how cheap this building is .. when you come for your tou everything looks nice but you really dont pay attention to the details ..5) look at the walls outside they are connected peace of playwood you can see all the screws poping up ..6) worst thing ever they dony honer there lease in any way . they say bbq are there for everyone to have family time but yet later youll get a note telling you only 2 guess per appartment at the pool or BBQ area They say there pet friendly but when you buy a pet they will say no .. no reason why. they give you a credit for getting the lease forget about it they will make up charges to drain it outJust to remind you I am someone that FINISH POSITIVE but i would not go back to that place even if they offer me the biggest townhome they have for 300 a month ..
