This apt. probably provides more bang for the buck based on my experience. The room is spacious, and clean. The distance from the tech is possible to walk. In addition, the area is safe!!!

Close to everything! Rented for the weekend, and had a blast. Recommending my girlfriends son get a lease in the fall. Would be a cool air b n b.

The landlord are very kind and helpful. They build a friendly neighbor-helping-each-other living environment.They provide annul Thanksgiving dinner gathering with all residents. They also did a croquet game in one summer. It was so fun! Almost every resident participated. The prize was a one-day lake trip with them.Also, two sets of washing machine and dryer are commercial heavy duty and work excellent. I dont have to wait for others at all to do my laundry, very convenient. There are two parks are very close. One is one street over, the other is three streets away. I can walk my dog easily. Sometimes, I walk dog to Tech because it is only 10 -15 minutes walk. In short, it is a great place to stay.

Clark Apartment is in good location since Walmart is nearby, 5 minutes ride on a bike and walking to Texas Tech University Campus. What I like about the apartment is the landlord couple. Both of them really care about your life at their apartment. If anything happens, they are very attentive and care for you. You can meet people from international background and enjoy different culture there. If you dont have a car, the landlord gives you a ride when you need it. My stay is rather a short stay of about a year, but I am enjoying my stay in this apartment.

We lived there for 1 year. Its our first living experience in the US and it was wonderful. The landlord couple are really nice and help us a lot. Its 10 minute walking to Tech, which is even closer than most Commuter parking at Tech. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to Walmart. Highly recommended!

Great location for international, grad students: peaceful, owner/manager/landlord lives on site and very responsive to tenant concerns. Rented here over two years, all problems quickly adressed. Great location, walk to campus. Small property: 6 one-bedroom rentals on second floor. Internet included in rent--nice!

The on-site owners are super nice. They even have a Thankgiving dinner for the tenants! Lots of college students. Great security. Good location, close to stores and campus.

Stayed in a fully furnished for a couple of weekends. Even after I accidentally breaking the bed he brought me a new bed frame.
