Team Jessie always attentive & fast responsive. perfectly manicured grass surrounding, secured gate & Lubbock police inside the complex, the pool & gym is always available, loved the mac computer at the business office, UPS, Fedex deliver ur mail at your porch. nice & polite neighbor tenants. conveniently located to a small lake, shopping mall, movie house, resto & fastfood, pharmacy etc. We highly recommend this apartment complex here in Lubbock. will miss living here!

I moved out of state recently after living at this complex for seven years. I lived in three different complexes while in Lubbock for over 17 years. Windsor Creek was by far the best value in terms of a no-nonsense apartment layout, garage availability, washer/dryer in the unit, and other amenities, which all met my particular needs. Elena and her staff are friendly and responsive to any tenants requests. Jesse is a top-notch maintenance expert, always quick to fix things. I will miss them all!

I personally think this is the best apartment complex in Lubbock. The facility is perfect, with a gym, a pool and a hot massage tub. The maintenance team is fabulous, responding fast and fix things professionally. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable.

I have lived at Windsor Creek Apartments for 2 years and 4 months. It has been the best living experience Ive ever had in an apartment complex. Everyone is very friendly and there has never been a night where neighbors were too loud. One of my favorite things about the complex is the office space where there is colored printing and 2 high speed computers. Very rarely are there other people using them, so I never have to worry about them being occupied. Ive enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and at the pool as well. The dog park is an amazing feature, I go just about everyday with my dog. Im beyond grateful I chose Windsor Creek as my home for the past two years. It will be hard to leave as my lease is up at the end of the month. If you decide to move in, you wont regret it!!

My partner and I have lived at this apartment for the past three years and we absolutely love it! The amenities that are available for the price are unbeatable. The dog park has been perfect for our pup. The business center has been really helpful while Im working on my graduate degree (free color printing!). The gym is always clean and has plenty of equipment. The employees are really kind and always responsive to any issues! We have loved living here and we are really going to miss it when we have to move.

My wife and I sadly had to move out after 3 years. This has been so far the best place we have lived, the apartments are in really good conditions, our neighbors were very nice and the staff takes care of everything. I highly recommend this place if you want to live in a beautiful place and very well located.

I highly recommend this place if you want to live in wonderful, clean and neat complex, other way their facilities are so good as well, the gym and the pool very cool. I almost forgot the staff the girls are so kind and nice as well.

My wife and I are sadly moving out of this wonderful apartment complex after 3 years of being here. We have loved everything Windsor Creek Apartments has to offer from the amenities to the caring management staff at the clubhouse. We bought a house here in Lubbock and I already miss our apartment lifestyle at Windsor Creek. Moving in and out was a breeze and because we took care of our unit, we had not problems with getting our deposit back! The staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our lease and I will miss them dearly.

I lived in this apt complex for a year. If sleep and quietness are extremely important for you, you definitely need to avoid apartments that face the parking lot by the main entrances. You will hear people talking on the phone, slamming cars doors, talking to their friends, cars coming in and out with loud music, etc., and this is not just during daylight, this happens all the time at any hour of the day and night. My room was sharing a wall with the stairwell and it was extremely unpleasant hearing people’s footsteps and their conversations at late night hours, so avoid apartments that are near by the stairwell. Management was really good until Amanda left, she was very professional, courteous, and helpful, at least with me. Maintenance is relatively good and fast. My apartment (2x2) and I want to say all them have an open kitchen which looks great, but they have a huge ventilation issue when you are cooking; all the rooms will get the smell and smoke from the kitchen in a second even if the ac is off or the ac vents are closed. As other former tenant mentioned, the stairwells and corridors are always dirty and kind of makes you wonder if you live in a residential place or student housing. A friend that has lived there way more than I did told me that this place has decreased its quality in general and tenants are not as respectful and nice as it used to be before. I hope this helps you to choose the right apartment here or maybe another complex.UPDATE: So after I saw that I received a response from the owner/manager and that he/she actually cared about my review, I decided to contact them and so far I have sent 3 emails with no answer at all. Most likely they are answering the reviews with low scores just to look good and pretend they care. For this reason, I changed my review from 3 stars to 2. Piece of advice to the owner/manager: if you encourage people to contact you to talk about their reviews, be professional and answer the emails, dont reply reviews just to deceive people into thinking that management at Windsor Creek is great and carrying, or just get a different job because clearly you dont know what costumer satisfaction is.

My wife and I’s favorite apartment complex we’ve ever been at (among 5). Staff is wonderful and very timely with any fixes. Dog park within made it awesome for us and our two pups!

After residing here for a few months, I thought I would leave a review. The apartments are very nice, maintenance always responds within the same day of putting in a request, and the grounds are well kept. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves and it is conveniently located. However, these apartments are very over-priced for what is provided. With the price of these apartments, I was expecting very nice and updated appliances but that is not the case at all. The sinks, shower heads, and other appliances are very very cheap, of course, I could replace some things within reason but paying almost $1200 a month I shouldnt have to. I have seen better appliances in apartments that were half the price of this place. The pool is laughably small but the wonderful clubhouse amenities and fitness center almost make up for it. As mentioned earlier, the grounds are always beautiful but they mow at least 3 times a week which is very excessive in my opinion. I work nights and mostly sleep during the morning so being woken out of my sleep 2-3 times a week with loud mowing is very annoying to say the least. Another bit that isnt much of a big deal but still a blight is they rarely, if ever, clean the stairwells and ground inside the apartment corridors. It really cheapens the look when the landscaping is beautiful but the corridors are filthy and in need of a good power cleaning.Hopefully this post was helpful to someone and not too much to read. Overall, Im very happy with my decision to choose this place as my home. This place would be 5 stars for me if the price was more reasonable or if the appliances were more in line with the price we pay a month to reside here.

Fantastic complex. My 2-bdrm apartment has lots of big windows with views of the landscaped grounds. Although rare, when Ive needed maintenance, Jesse is very responsive and is able to handle the problem each time. Ive just renewed for a second year. Great place to live!

Donna and Elena are amazing and truly enjoy helping their residents. I have yet to live in an apartment complex that is so resident-focused and nice! If you have a problem, all you have to do is ask and they will work on it for you. Maintenance staff is also quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend you live here!

Mary Jane is such a gem. We didn’t end up leasing here but she was phenomenal and so welcoming. We had a very strict check list and ended up finding something closer to work and with other things we needed, but this was at the top of our list.She called me the following Monday to check on me and wished me well in Lubbock. So professional and sweet!

If you wanna live in an apartment complex with an unresponsive and two-faced manager, then this is the place for you!!! They’re losing good tenants because of mismanagement, and the owner doesn’t even care. They keep decreasing the rents to attract new tenants and keep the current ones. So, if you’re really desperate and wanna live here, at least don’t stick with their price and bargain for a lower monthly rent. They know you can get a better place with the same amount of the rent, and they have no choice to lower the rent for you.

I have lived here for about 18 months and I have to say, I am impressed with the quality of service this place offers its residents. My work orders were always, and I do mean always, fulfilled without any gripe from management whatsoever. Their staff is very polite and will really do their best to make you feel at home. They have pretty sweet discounts on all of their apartments (at least right now) which helps out a lot. If you are a student, masters student, professional, or whatever, I highly recommend checking this place out especially if you want short commute to practically anywhere in town.One note is that their facilities are always clean and their grounds maintenance is always top notch. I would have to say with what they have, they always keep a really nice looking property (plants, trees, etc.). Needless to say, I highly recommend this place!

I am currently living here. It is a great, quiet apartment complex that genuinely cares about its residents. The staff/management is the best Ive ever experienced as a tenant.

I lived here for five years, through management changes and many, many neighbors. The community is very nice, and I cannot speak highly enough of the quick maintenance response. The grounds are well-kept, and I always felt safe walking my dog early in the morning. I do wish the walls werent so thin, but the moment that really started bothering me was the moment I knew it was time to buy a house. Overall, I do recommend this community.

The manager lies into your face and does anything to rip off her tenants. Good luck complaining to the owner.

This was my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in so far. The staff is great and I love the location! The one bedroom layout is super cute and I truly enjoyed living here!

Although the maintenance is done quickly, the apartment has lost its touch as a family place. It no longer has its club house available to tenants any more. And... do not ask any help from the office because they will not help you unless it is spelled out in the lease.

Very friendly office staff with fast and attentive maintenance . All in all a very well maintained complex in a cool location. You get what you pay for I guess. Glad I didnt move half way to Wolfforth. My only complaint is the dishwasher, but its not that big of a deal.

Great place for family. Front office management always helpful and keep the place clean and family oriented . They are putting in a new kids playground soon. Will miss everyone there.

Dont let the shiny appreance fool you, Ive been living here for a year and they have hired 5 managers in the year Ive been here. No one picks up after thier dogs and the whole 20 lbs pet limit doesnt apply to the dalmation and pit bull in my building I guess. The new manager is extremely rude and unhelpful and I was so sad to see our former manager leave. The gates are constantly broken and that makes wonder about safety; with some older apartments around this area there are always people from other complexes coming over to us our courts and pool.We were really excited about living here but in our year experiance for the price we are paying you could find a really nice house or someplace with better management.
