My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a pleasant place to be. The apartment was nice and spacious for the price. The cooling system for the apartment was below average as we needed to get a portable air conditioner to cool it down better. I thought the management was pretty good especially when it came to work orders. They seemed to get me the help in a timely manner. The complex is quiet for the most part but it’s right next to a busy street so if you live on the west side of the apartment it can be loud. I never had issues with other residents, they are respectful. Honestly the only thing I think can do with some improvement is the pool. Idk but it never looked inviting to me while I lived there. Always stuff floating around and it turned green a few times, don’t know why. We also had a significant delay from when we should have received our deposit refund (which is 1 month after move out). We left mid July and just got the check today (thankfully) almost mid October. I really don’t know why it took so long but it did have us worried. I’m just glad we didn’t end up being ripped off or this review would be much different! I enjoyed living here. Thanks!
STAY AWAY! We would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Having Clapp park nearby was nice, but that is the only real upside. The complex is falling apart and the maintenance staff is far too small to keep up with the issues. Most of our fix-it requests were never addressed. We experienced the following issues:1) Our bathroom ceiling collapsed after maintenance broke a pipe in the bathroom above. Water from the upstairs bathroom poured in for several days before they fixed the pipe. The hole was not fixed for 3 months despite repeated promises that they would get around to it.2) The kitchen sink broke repeatedly, we would have to go several days washing our dishes in the bathtub because the dishwasher was also broken. At one point the sink began spewing up sulfuric smelling black sludge, flooding the counters and kitchen. It took two weeks for them to repair this obvious health code violation, and took another week to clean the sewer water out of our kitchen. And when I say they repaired it, I mean they waited until it stopped pouring out black water and then said “Look’s like it isn’t broken.”3) The maintenance man freely admitted our apartment wasn’t up to code because of wiring and outlet issues in the kitchen and front room. These issues were never fixed during the year we lived there.4) The power in the master bedroom didn’t work for a month and a half.5) The police maintained a fairly regular presence at Courtyards to break up the fights inside the complex and respond to the domestic violence complaints. Also one time to catch a guy who stabbed his wife in the neck.6) Some residents told us they had to wait for 6 months to get their dishwasher replaced when it broke - we were lucky, ours was replaced after 3 weeks. We had other issues as well, but if you’ve made it this far and are still considering moving in you are remarkably brave and I wish you luck.
I was very pleased with my experience Brande in the office was great to work with she seems to really care. The apartments look great I can’t wait to move in
Great staff and love what they are doing to the property. Well worth the price for rent and the property is ALL BILLS PAID!
Worst apartment I ever rented not worth the price at all there was sewage water inside our dishwasher and the a/c unit never worked when we turned it on it caught on fire and management was very rude and “lost” the records of every request we put in. Do not move in here
Office staff is always courteous and friendly and so is maintenance. Kid friendly, great pool!
Great renovations, friendly and prompt office staff, quiet place to stay, no issues that havent been immediately addressed and remedied quickly.
Amazing staff and love all the remodeling
Very trashy and people are noisy
No cable and wife for 4 monthsI let now to management
