The nail polish selection could use an update and the design displays but everything else was fine. The staff were formal, didnt really engage with the customer, strictly about the money. Im not a usual customer & didnt feel like I was at home. The pedicure he gave me was very nice. I did tip him. I never got his name. I did tell him I was a customer there 20yrs ago as a teen. I would come biweekly, he smiled but that was the end of the conversation. It WAS busy that day & they didnt come off rude at all. Id go back.

Very friendly and good service. My mother had a fill in and a pedicure for $34. I received gel polish for $15. It is a small and quaint salon. Make sure you get here early or you will wait for a while. My only con is the location. It is located next to a liquor store and and grocery store.

I called and 10 minutes later I was getting my my toes done without an appointment they did a nice job

The woman is great. But every time I get the guy to do something it doesnt come out the way i like at all. Other than that, its great !

I started going to this shop because it was closer to where I live but I didn’t know it’d end up like this. Almost every time I get my nails done there, they are too rough with my cuticles resulting in me bleeding. Last time I went I asked for a French tip manicure on my long nail (& two of my nails needed to be filled in but that was common sense). The lady rushed it and it came out horrible. She literally painted over my nails knowing I needed a fill in. She’s rushes my nails every time she does them and it shows. I’ve also never had this hard of a time trying to get them all completely off and it’s been two months. I’ll just walk the twenty minutes it takes to get to the other nail salon close to Taylor blvd 👍🏽

Always something wrong with my nails color/peeling. Bad customer service. Ive been in there several times and I get the same service. Just wanted to make sure it wasnt my imagination.

This place is more worried about quanity than quality. They did not inform me there gas was not on so i got warm pedicure. The polish i chose was old an seperated. She raised her voice at me an said i put it on 3 xs. Like that mattered. It was old...very rude had to remove the polish myself. No repaints or they would charge me. Then tried to hustle me into getting my brows done. U can clearly see mine have already been done. Poor service, piss poor attitudes, nasty dirty poor looking shop. Needs to be painted an repaired. Never will they ever get another $from me.

Place is okay. Not the best but when you can’t find somewhere else it’s ok. The shape is always off and there’s a lot of hidden fees I’ve noticed vs others. The paint jobs aren’t always the best either. I was told to be sure to come earlier cause next time they won’t do my nails. It was only 6:15, didn’t close till 7.

I HAVE GONE TO HENRY AND JUDY FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND TRY TO MAKE LAL CUSTOMERS HAPPY. NAILS NEVER BREAK OR CHIP UNLESS I DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THEM LOL

They did not ask me how i wanted my nails they did what they wanted to do......and they charged for my daughter 5$ extra just for her to get her tips done witch is dumb they was rude and kept talking in there own language and the guy took a phone call when he was doing my daughters nails witch it was not a work call and made her wait 10 mins to finish her nails and he screwed them up

If you are needing a last minute nail repair...this is the place. If youre looking to be pampered...this isnt the place.

I got my French tip done the DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY and my middle finger nail is already coming off and there trying to charge me to fix that.

Change priced and are not honest at all.. Never again...
