I hate to leave negative reviews - as a matter of fact this is my first. Im much more likely to report excellent service than bad - but in this case I feel it may be helpful for potential clients to know what can happen if you reschedule or cancel an appointment at Nail Designs.I just received a phone call from the owner of Nail Designs telling me that the gift certificate I planned on using for an appointment I had on Saturday was now void because I didn’t cancel my appointment. I told her Id told the tech I wanted to reschedule to another day because Id cut my nails too short the night before. The owner informed me that I hadnt cancelled, they have a 24 hour cancellation policy.The tech had actually called me several hours before the appointment to verify it. I told her that I wanted to reschedule because I’d cut my nails too short the night before. She didn’t act like there was a problem and didn’t inform me of the cancellation policy. If she had I would have kept the appointment despite my short nails.The owner then told me “…YOU didn’t cancel, the tech had to call YOU…” and then she told me they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. She was extremely nasty about it.I told her I was not aware of their cancellation policy and that there was no need to be so nasty. She told me that it was rude for me to cancel day of and THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! Mind you, I spoke to the tech hours before my appointment and she didnt seem disturbed in the least nor did she tell me about their cancellation policy.I don’t have an issue with the tech. I’ve had several pedicures with her in the past. She is delightful and very talented.I don’t even have an issue with their cancellation policy – but I should have been made aware of it before the nasty phone call - I would have kept the appointment.What I DO have an issue with is the unprofessional, extremely rude phone call that I received. In all honestly, I am shocked that she was so venomous.Needless to say I will never use their services. Good luck to those of you that do.

Donzela does an excellent job on my nails. My nails are beautiful and the polish lasts longer than they ever have before going to her.

I had a wonderful experience at Nail Designs. I have ingrown toe nails and a pedicure is usually unpleasant and painful, but Donzula was excellent! The whole process was relaxing and totally pain free. The salon is very different from traditional nail salons - from the equipment they use to the salons interior layout. They take great care in providing excellent customer service. And my feet look fantastic! I will not go anywhere else. So glad that I found this salon!
