Girlfriend went here on short notice cause she couldn’t get into her regular place, and in a weeks time she’s gotten some sort of nail fungus under 3 or 4 of her nails! DONT GO HERE!! They are dirty and have terrible customer service. CLEAN YOUR STUFF UP (for the record she’s literally the cleanest human being I know.

I tried this place a few years ago didn’t like it try it again today never again! I got acrylic overlay on my real nails they were all disproportionate out of shape. My nails are all lumpy and wavy looking and I left with three bleeding cuticles. She kept trying to tell me any tips on my nails I have long natural nails and she kept telling me I need tips. Now my nails are short and square. NOPE

This place is so close to me so I went here when I first moved to Valley Station. Quit going after a couple visits. Nails were ugly, not shaped well and i never left happy with my nails. Many years later (today) decided to give it another try due to location and zero wait time, got the same results. They are not shaped right some of them have huge lumps on the side, color and acrylic is not even, toes are bad too. Last chance, I wont try them again.

Went here despite other bad reviews. Figured Id give it a try. Well you need to avoid this place at all cost. Im literally now sitting at another salon having my pedicure and full set completely redone.

This is my first and of course last visit here i came here because its close to my house nails not shaped well every thing done so quickly the color is all over my nails not clean at all i don’t recommend it

I was told to wait outside for 20 mins, so 30 mins later I call them back. The person said no wait 10 more minutes and told me to give my number so he can call me when hes ready, I waited a whole hour and decided to call them back. The women got an attitude saying hes cleaned up and was waiting so I told her he told me he was going to call me and then she started apologizing but Im not coming in anymore thats totally disrespectful, waste of time and couldnt even get my nails done. If they couldnt provide the serve they shouldnt have wasted my time

Requested a simple natural nail manicure, no polish. Inquired about buffing my ridges and a man way across yelled NO BUFF!! LOL. All my nails were different shapes and lengths. I was greeted and she did a good job on my cuticles except for 1 nick. Wont go back.

I went to Super Nails last night and 1. They did an AWFUL job on my shellac. I asked for painted on white tips and the paint on the left hand is faded and very uneven. 2. They charged me twice!!! I went up there and they told me they only charged me once. But I had proof they charged me twice. The guy told me that this happens all the time, and that i need to call the bank. It shouldn’t happen all the time. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back there. Do not waste your time or money!

This is the best place to go for a Mani pedi. They do an awesome job

I hate this place every time I come here its always something. Today all I wanted was my freaking eyebrows done. I waited for an hour and a half only for them let people who came in after me go before me needless to say its always something at this place. and all I wanted was my f****** eyebrow wax. so needless to say I will not be coming back. I wish couldnt even give them a star because they dont deserve it so I rather deal with the girl I used to go to before who did my eyebrows then deal with this. Whats the point of signing in if you going to take people who came in AFTER you and I was the one who signed in. This is not the first time that this happened to me neither. So thats just letting me know that they dont deserve my money. Try working on being FAIR TO TO ALL YOUR customers.

I literally showed them a simple design and nails that could have easily done at home but wanted to treat myself and they refused to do the design for me. I also asked for shellac 4 times and they still tried to paint my nails with regular paint. After that he asked how long I would like my nails and I asked for him to trim my nails just a little so that they are over the top of my fingers, he didnt even let me finish talking and just started chopping my nails off and I LITERALLY have no nails now . all of my nails are different sizes now and half of then arent even completely painted. I am so DISGUSTED with this i cannot see straight. This is horrible and im not one to complain . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME .

Ive gone here for years. A couple months ago they changed management. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and the set of nails I got here with the new management was the worst set of nails I have ever had. I went back to see if I could get a new set and not have to pay for the removal of the bad ones...the man replied...I cant help you. What? Really?Please do not waste your money.

I’ve never seen my nails as bad as they were, I asked for ombré and got a mess LITERALLY! My coffen was square, my ring finger was side ways, one nail was longer than the other ETC . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

They rushed through my nails and didnt let the paint dry enough in between coats. My polish peeled in the first day.

The absolute pits. My girlfriend went in for a pedicure and french manicure and the technician did a terrible job. The nail color was wrong and when it was mentioned during the procedure that things didnt seem right, my girlfriend was told to look the other way! If youre going to spend hard earned money ($32), do it elsewhere.

Horrible. They are nice and friendly but defenetly the worse Ive seen in nails. Nails are never even and the painting is so bad I wouldnt even attempt to have them do any nail art. Was paying 40$ for a fill in just to leave pissed off with the job they done on my nails.

I used to come here pretty frequently but things are starting to become inconsistent as far as good service and staff. The pedicure area is nice, my service was decent but sometimes they get a little too happy with the nippers. The massage chairs and hot rock massage makes for a great experience but the nails....I felt rushed when it was my turn. I had a guy named Tony. He was kind of heavy handed and they dont use a separate cup for the nail dipping powder which is not sanitary and I got knicked twice with the drill on my cuticles. They did just add this service but next time Ill just get a regular mani and see how that goes. Ive had acrylic and gel nails and it always seems to be piled on really thick and Ive had different people each time, hoping for a different outcome. Also, there was a lady who had been waiting for at least an hour and there were at least four other people who went before her that arrived afterwards. I think the establishment needs an upgrade and definitely some more training on customer service and then maybe Ill give them a better scoring next time. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because theyre still pretty good on your pedicures if you get the right person that doesnt talk about you while theyre doing your feet.

I guess someone bought it out they now change $5 to do any shape other than short square on a full set my nails are misshapen and they didn’t trim my nails so I have space between my real nail and the acrylic there’s enough space between them that I can stick a toothpick in there about half way they won’t last long at all

So went in to have a full set done was getting ready to have my nails put on in walks a lady an I get told to have a seat and wait for someone else to get free to have my nails finished. So needless to say I left with no nails and will never come back to this place.
