I got nail extensions here a couple of weeks ago. They turned out very pretty and my experience with the nail tech was very pleasant. Its a shame that the only downside of my visit is one that I will have to deal with for months to come. The nail tech ripped off my old acrylics, pulling the top laters of my nail beds off along with them. She asked if she was hurting me, I told her yes, but she continued forcing my old acrylics off with a wooden cuticle pusher. I think that my nails being so thin is what led to these nails lifting and causing me so much pain. If you want pretty and creative looking acrylics but dont care about the health of your natural nails this place is perfect. But I imagine you dont want nails thats look like mine.

I liked the services provided and their price was decent. The place is neat and all staff wore mask.

Amazing service. Waited about 10 minutes. Quick. Did a great job getting off dip and doing gel shellac. Perfect design. The entire time I was in there, there was a solid influx of clients and everyone was greeted and acknowledged.

They did really great on our nails with no problems or complaints .

They not give me what I requested then charged me $15.00 more for the service. I really liked the service here before. Unfortunately, not anymore:-(

This review is in reference to my very last two times visiting this salon. During the initial time, I came in for a full set. after drilling/filing around my cuticles, I had a lot of leftover skin that I assumed the tech would clear/clip away. She didn’t, and continued to work and lay acrylic over the dead skin. Towards the end of my appt, I asked if she could simply clip away some of the excess skin around my cuticles. her response,.. “did you want a manicure?” MA’AM lol??? since when did basic cuticle care not come with a full set service?! Keep in mind that I had been to this shop countless times (it was my first time w/ this tech who was one of the younger girls) and have NEVER had to even think about asking that from the other nails techs. This caused my cuticle skin to peel up on multiple fingers repeatedly over the course of having this set onDuring my VERY LAST visit there I just went in to have the acrylics removed. Up until that point, I’d never been to another salon and always assumed that the way the techs @ DBest take your acrylics off was the correct way…I WAS WRONG. Instead of soaking your nails off in acetone AND completely filing the acrylic down until it’s gone and the nail is smooth, they instead take a plastic nail tip, slide it between your real nail and the acrylic and attempt to rip/pry the acrylic nail off. This experience INCREDIBLY painful and left my nails feeling so sore and thin for months. This is a dangerous and lazy way of removing acrylic nails that can often damage your real nail. After that experience, never went back.

Very clean nail spa featuring a variety of services. Spa pedicure utensils were clean out of sanitation pouch. Prices are a little on the expensive side. On the good side they have many color options to choose from and can usually do any design. Would recommend

HORRIBLE ! I just came from there && got a full set . The man who did my nails rushed way too fast . I had to correct him too many times . He rushed painting my nails, but I didn’t care I was just going to get some polish to go over it && call it a day . I get in the car && at least 2 of my nails break . Acrylic nails SHOULD NOT break that easily especially when you just get them done. Never ever ever go here

I called to make an appointment because my sister is pregnant, they said no appointments today only walk ins Cool! Get there at 4:45 there is three people ahead of us cool fast forward to 6:50 as she is finishing up a client she goes and picks up the clip board and proceeds to call people to come back👀👀 So they were literally calling people back while we sat there. Wait a minute how are y’all operating? I was then told that we would have to continue to sit there while they gave everyone an opportunity who came and signed to come back. Sounds like y’all taking appointments NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Find and Support your own‼️

This place is so good! Their gels are amazing. Theyre always busy on Saturdays which is usually when I can go get my nails done. Ive decided a few times not to wait and try somewhere else and every single time Ive regretted it!! I wont go anywhere else!!!

Nails aren’t straight. worked fast but not efficiently. made me pay before i even got my nails done & charged me $10 extra for “length”…… but they were short acrylics

UPDATE!!!!!!I went back and not only did they make it right, but I also got one of the very best pedicures I have ever received! Tina was excellent!As usual, Johnny is professional, nice, and talented. I am so glad that I go here regularly! They really are a great salon!So, normally I simply LOVE this place! Kiki, CiCi, and Johnny are incredible nail technicians and have never disappointed me. However, there is an older lady there with red hair who I am just not happy with (she never told her name and is just not very friendly). Yesterday was the second time she has done my nails, and I am very disappointed in her work...again (anyone can have a bad day, I thought she deserved a second chance).The photos were taken when I got home after my manicure. Just like she did the last time she did my manicure, she cut my skin with the dremel tool in multiple places. The paint job was so sloppy--I actually had polish on the inside of 2 fingers, as well as it being under my nails and very uneven. I normally wear coffin shaped nails, and her shaping and filing was terrible! My nails are different lengths and shapes and it looks very bad. I am so unhappy with my nails!I very plainly communicated how I wished my nails to look and she didnt even try.I will still go back here--most everyone here is really amazing and talented and friendly, but I am seriously sad and disappointed in the poor work done by the older lady with the red hair.

Tina was absolutely amazing! I’m from Illinois and just in town for the weekend. Googled nail salons near me. My husband is bowling so I tend to go explore but this time I wanted a little pampering. Full disclosure I’ve never had a pedicure but have gotten my nails done plenty. Let me say it can’t get better than this! Tina was friendly, great conversation, and did an excellent job. My toes are beautiful, my feet feel brand new, and WOW it felt great get pampered. I was afraid I’d feel awkward from not doing it before or being from out of town but not the case at all. Thank you! Great staff, nice environment, fast, and not pricey at all. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely come back!

The last time that I went there Lisa did my eyebrows. They turned out great that day but I was the first client in the morning. So me & my friend go back tonight right before they closed to get them touched up again. Lisa took care of us. She left wax all over my eyes & my friends also. His turned out uneven & horrible with long hairs left around the edges. The shape of mine were fine but there are so many extra hairs left on them. I think she was probably just in a hurry to leave but I wont be going back anymore!

Andy did and amazing job, he took his time with my nails and they came out perfect. I’ve been going here for the past few times I’ve been getting my nails done and everyone I have gotten has just been wonderful. I like my eyebrows a certain way and everytime they perfect them.

NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. i came in to get my THICK eyebrows cleaned up. I showed a pick up some THICK eyebrows that were cleaned up. I left with the THINNEST, SMALLEST eyebrows possible. a triangle at the start and then a pencil THIN of a line all the way down. NEVER AGAIN.

I like this place sometimes. Today I went to get an eyebrow and facial wax. Why did it cost me $35!? I can get my nails done for cheaper and its less labor intensive and takes like 5 minutes. The prices are always wishy washy. All and all I would suggest going somewhere, anywhere else but here for any waxing needs!

They had a new person that obviously did not know how to do nails do mine. She did a horrible job and then when I complained they did nothing and still curbed me. I will never go there again! I used to go all the time and always left a tip but they treated me horrible.
