Has been my go to nail salon since 2017! They do an amazing job! Highly recommended. Very clean and reasonable prices. A lot of variety in the services offered. Walks in are also welcomed.

The gentleman that did my gel toe polish change was so nice and did a great job! Mae was so friendly and did an amazing dip polish change as well! The man that cashed me out was so kind! I’ve recently had to switch salons after moving. That was very hard for me, but the folks at Q make you feel welcome and they do an awesome job!! Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! When I arrived, I was told it would be just a few minutes. Staff was not very welcoming. An hour later, I was still waiting. Should have left then. When tech finally got started on me 1 1/4 hrs after arriving, there was no soaking or anything in the water. 🤷🏽‍♀️ tech asked if I wanted toenails cut down, unfortunately I said yes. She cut them so low I thought she had cut my skin. It only got worse! I will NEVER return to this business. If I could have given them a negative rating, I would have.

Lynn is wonderful and the salon is so nice. The message pedicure chairs are a great bonus. Everyone is so professional and pleasant.

Out of town and called for an appointment. They said they could accommodate both of us in 15 minutes. We walked in and they were very bust, but immediately ushered us to a pedicure chair. Worst place to go to! Rushed through my nails and the lady was worried about everyone else’s conversation. When I asked her to fix them her excuse was that my nails were too short. Never had a problem before!

The are 2 techs there that i love one is May. She neverbfirgetsvavfsve even your relatives. She does great work. She makes an old set look new. I dont get polish and they look natural. I love there. We make appointments and never wait more than 5 minutes. No complaints the pedicures are great very through. Im sorry I ca. Ot remember the other techs name. I only had once. But she did a great job and fast too! The shop is clean and neat and they use all the covid precautions. Ive been going there for a year or about.

A friend of mine came to this salon and was ripped off after paying for their services. They took her money and then refused to finish doing her nails that she paid for. Avoid this salon which is ran by dishonest people!!!

May is absolutely amazing! Always fits me in at the last minute and SO sweet. I wasn’t a fan of getting my nails done until I met May at Q Nails. She is very patient with my son when he comes too, and takes care of the both of us!!

Im 6 months pregnant and got the Green Tea Honey Spa pedicure which reduced the swelling in feet and ankles by a considerable amount! The service was amazing and worth every penny. Highly suggest trying even if you just want to be pampered. There are several steps in the Green Tea package that leave your legs baby soft.

Wonderful! For my first visit, I only needed a gel polish removal and they were able to quickly accommodate me even for this small service.

Lana does good pedicures. Be sure to get deluxe because it’s worth it especially if you have rough calluses at the bottom of your feet. She cleans under toe nails and the massage chairs are great. Wish i coulda got complimentary water.

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I stumbled upon it because my husband was getting his hair cut next door. I explained that I needed a fill in and toe polish change but only had an hour and a half (so I could ditch the toes if need be). They did an amazing job and got me out on time. Absolutely wonderful.. Anna was thorough and sweet. The best pedicure I have ever had..I am visiting from out of town but I will make the trip back to Louisville again for her pedicures! Everything clean and calming music was playing. The other clinicians were very kind .

Called and seen if I could squeeze in at 715 before they closed at 8... no problem. They were very friendly and helpful the entire time, and my nails look and feel so good! I have been to so many salons, and this is the one that I will be returning to.

Website says open. Drove 35:00!!! Not only were they closed, they dont open until noon!! Why cant businesses take the time to either update their website or via the message on their voicemail?? So simple...

This is the most polite & clean nail salons Ive visited! I always leave satisfied. And their prices are less than most places. Which is surprising because the quality of work is so much better. Lynn is amazing, dont get me wrong everyone else there is great too. She just goes above and beyond!!!

Very nice & clean place, however, when she was taking of my last set she just flipped them off. my nail became very thin then i told her it hurt & she just said “ it’s ok, be still “ or whatever she said. my nails are way too short i did not ask for them to be this short. the acrylic is very lumpy & my french tip is not perfected! the quality of my nails are bull for what i paid! i won’t be coming back !

If you like playing musical chairs this is the place for you! Also I had a trainee do my dip but still paid normal price. Ive had better quality dip done at other places. One good thing this place is open on Sunday.

I was in there Saturday a week ago and by Thursday evening nails on both hands had already chipped off.I had a new set put on and I also had a pedicure. I can tell you that w the pedicure the polish is already starting to fade it has been exactly one week and one day. I gave them $100. I feel that it should have lasted at least another week. I cannot afford $100 a week. I don’t think anyone should pay $100 a week to upkeep their nails.

I went in to Qnails today. I was paired with Alice. She did a Fabulous job!! I got a full set and my toes painted. Very gentle and fast!! I will be back to see Alice

Im usually very happy about the service and quality. This time I went to get my eyebrows waxed & trimmed and shr messed one of them up bad. I worked so hard to get them filled out again and reshaped then this happens. You can see in the picture that Im posting with this review!

The lady that did my pedicure was awesome. However the guy that did my acrylic set brought my rating to a 1. My nails are uneven, some are rounded, others are square, and some the white tips arent even fully attached. I would have had them redone but I was leaving for vacation and didnt have time to wait. Will not be going back there.

I met my sister-in-law and nieces in town and a close friend referred us here. We called about 2 hours ahead for an appointment and there was no wait once we arrived. We were all very satisfied with our service. Thank you! It was exactly the relaxing event we were looking for!

Overall a good experience. The sign in process is quite smart. Nails were done perfectly. Pedicures could be a bit more detailed but otherwise good service.

My second visit and it was just as good this time. The service was excellent and quick. They were so patient when I smudged three nails right after sitting down to dry them.

Very friendly and kind! The woman who did my pedi did a great job! Also, I got in and out in a timely manner! I only had an hour before my son was done with his session nearby and I was finished in less than an hour. So that was a plus for me! Clean salon and relaxing atmosphere!

First time Ive ever been here and I must say they did an outstanding job, since I made an appointment before hand they made sure I was a priority which felt good and the girl who did my nails took excellent care and making sure they looked good. Only complaint is the pricing but it wont stop me from coming back

Every time I come here I leave happy. Most of the time I get a delux pedicure and it is so worth the extra $10. I feel so relaxed!

Im beyond disappointed with my experience. The left picture is what I came in with (yes those are my real nails) to the right side photo is what I left with. The guy asked me if I wanted them cut and I replied yes. So he cut my nails and the length he cut them at was fine. I could tell he wanted to cut more and I said no. However, by the time he shaped my nails the length kept decreasing to the length in the right side photo. I have never worn my nails this short ever. Thats unacceptable, if he didnt want to do my longer nails he shouldve refused or asked someone else to do it. Ladies and gentlemen if you have longer natural nails I do not recommend this establishment.

I love the service and how nice everyone is there. But I got a fill in today and was charged 40.00 dollars and fill in are only 20.00 dollars. Thats high for just a fill in. Do I probably wont be back.

Not people oriented to customers. They don’t speak to the customers. They speak amongst themselves in there language. The last to times I’ve had my nails done the polish (dip) cracked They did fix. Then went back to get mani pedi and the lady older lady did my pedicure and was laughing and making fun of my French polish on my toes. Which I did myself and I’m a licensed teacher of cosmetology. Anyhow I got the gel polish and within couple days it started bubbling. Went back yesterday and had to pay to have redone because I went back to the dip polish. Then all of a sudden there’s something going on with the way a guy was doing another customers nails. She had no idea what was going on. The techs were all standing over her while another tech finished her hollering and talking in their language. Well she and I talked and she said she won’t be going back and I will not be going back. Unfortunate for them to loose customers. Getting our nails done is supposed to be a great relaxing time. After all without the customers would they be in business. They send out a survey after your appointment but yet they obviously don’t read them or they don’t care

I always regret going anyplace else. Generally I get my nails done at Q but will occasionally get a fill in someplace closer to home. Q nails is a 45 minute drive for me. The ladies there take their time to shape the acrylic to a more natural look, whereas in other places Put on tips that are too wide and the acrylic in an odd triangular shape that is not flattering in the least. I’m generally satisfied after visiting Q Nails. They’re priced similarly to their competition, but the service paired with the quality you receive far surpasses their competitors.

The facility is nice and clean. They are a little rude and seem to rush you when you walk in door. They are very over priced and I paid 35$ for a fill-in. I can say that I did receive a wonderful pedicure and that young lady was very polite.

My 1st visit to Q nails was today and I am so happy and excited that I have finally found a place I love!!! I get my nails and toes done regularly. Ive been looking for a new salon for a little while now and havent been to any around town that impressed me at all or even did a decent job for that matter. That is until today!! They are super friendly, very clean and actually dont rush through the pedis and manis even though they were very busy! My shellac nails look fabulous along with my toes!! I will definitely recommend Q nails to all my friends, family, and co-workers!! Thanks Q!!!

I went to Q Nails today to get a full set of acrylic nails with a friend of mine. The wait was 30 minutes which is normal for a nail salon on a busy day. When I got in the chair the lady that did my nails was running around busy and I waited. I asked her if she could do my nails in a specific style, I even showed her a picture. I could tell she was rushing because she cut my nails too short and was being very harsh. I told her that she had cut one of my nails too short and she gave me a very rude response. I declined polish because I told her I would just like a refund. I asked if she could soak them off and she told me no. She told me that she was going to cut the nails off. And then proceeded to cut all of the acrylic nails of in front of the entire store, cutting my skin with the nail clippers. I cried because I was humiliated. I have been going to Q Nails for almost 10 years and to recieve this kind of service is terrible. She left my nails jagged to where I had to go to another salon to get remaining acrylic taken off.

TERRIBLE. The lady I had was extremely rude and rushed the whole time. Half way through filing my nails, she stopped for a few minutes to count her money. She jerked on my hands every time she moved to a new hand. Also cut my cuticle with the nail sander to the point of bleeding. She just looked at me and said its just the skin... like it was not big deal. I also asked her to please do them thin and not think... I guess her idea of thin is a snickers bar.. if I knew her name Id say so but she didnt even introduce herself, but shes the tried looking older woman. Avoid her if you go to this salon.

I asked for a gel set but got gel polish instead and by the time I realized it, I had somewhere else to be. Also, my the machine to scan my card was messed up and the lady told me to call my bank when in fact it was the machines error. After confirming with my bank that indeed it wasnt their fault, I tried the card again and it worked. The guy who did my nails was very professional and did a great job and probably would have done a better job at the gel set if the lady had instructed him correctly the first time. I wont be returning back. And its such a shame because I live so close by.

First experience good. Second I was charged 15 more then the first time and had to go have my nails fixed for a poor gel polish job. They made me feel bad and uncomfortable about asking them to be fixed. Sorry I dont have 40 extra bucks for a poor fill in....wont be back.

Male nail tech cut my natural nails very low without consulting me and then was very rude about it.

I love the color of my nails but they hurt my fingers. The skin around my nails looks pretty bad and one finger was bleeding. Ive never had this happen before. Will probably be my only time going here.

Writing this review for my grandmother. She got her toe nails done earlier today and the lady was very rude. She thinks we can’t tell she’s making snarky comments just because she’s not speaking English, but it’s pretty clear. She cut my grandmother’s nail so short that it bled and she did not apologize. I had the same lady do my nails a couple months ago and she was rude to me as well.

My finger nails are horrible but my toes were done good. Will update review once Ive spoken to managment/owner. Went in 1/12/19 with a friend who has been coming here for years to relax and it was the worst most un-relaxing experience Ive had at any nail salon. We were the only customers there and the young girl that provided service to me made comments in there language while doing my pedi to the other workers (about 6 of them were sitting across from us with nothing to do but when she said something they looked up from there devices and they started chatting & laughing looking at my foot while she was scrubbing the dry skin from it) disrespectful at it finest & I wouldve left but I didnt drive myself (she lost a tip there). She did my mani with gel polish then immediately sat me in the wax chair for my eyebrows and 5 nails we messed up and she redid, then sat me under the dryer and stated I needed to stay for 15 minutes but I sat for 20-25 waiting for my friend to be done and while zipping up my jacket 2 were messed up. Most of the workers had left except 4 and I told a lady that 2 were messed up and she started arguing with me saying I messed them up and she wasnt going to do them but eventually she just halfway fixed (polished over & there are lumps, just bad) and I sat under the dryer again for 15 minutes then asked for her to check them but she wouldnt and the other lady came and said it was dry but my nails look horrible. I called to speak with Mae to discuss this and get my nails done/fixed correctly and was informed that she was on vacation until Wednesday. Im not going back until Ive spoken to her and she is there but going forward I would suggest that you inform the workers to display common decency and place value on customer experience because these dont. Beautiful decor but your workers are the worst Ive encountered at ANY establishment and thats a shame.

I got my nails done here & was extremely disappointed. The lady that did them was so aggressive with my hands, was rushing thru finishing my nails & hurt my fingers. She didnt even take the time to paint the entire nail, my nails look half way done, & I spend a lot of money to get my nails done & its very important to me & to be treated that way, is not appreciated.
