Today we had an incredible experience when we visited the Chocolate Works store in the Madison Farms shopping center. We were just looking for some dark chocolate to munch on and did not see anything specific to purchase when the owner offered to make us any item we would like to purchase. We decided to wait while she made me an assortment of dark chocolate items. We also decided on a Milk chocolate bar we could give as a gift to a friend and some chocolate coated strawberries for family at home. The care Pat toke to make sure we got what we wanted went way beyond anything we expected when we chanced on entering the store and that kind of customer service is something that will bring us back again and also tell others about the store. We were sure glad we waited because the chocolate is EXCELLENT!. Go visit this store. You will not be disappointed.

What a great experience! Second time here after a wonderful first order a few months ago, I walked in just expecting to pick from what they had because I didn’t preorder anything this time. Well I was greeted by a kind woman who offered to write on a chocolate and throw something a little personal together for me. Chocolate works has both outstanding chocolate and customer service, 10/10 recommend!

Ive come in a few times, and have always had a pleasant experience. The owner/staff are always friendly. I went in on my birthday (Nov 23) to pick up a dozen chocolate covered strawberries I ordered and was surprised to find the owner gave me 2 extra (no extra cost). They even managed to get really awesome strawberries out of season. Each one was delicious! Whenever my family is looking for a special treat this is where we will be stopping. I highly recommend.

First time customer today. Gelato was amazing and so was the service!!! I didn’t get the girls name behind the counter, but she was extremely helpful and very passionate about her job!!! WHO THE HECK KNEW that a magical chocolate fountain of absolute deliciousness could be portable???We run the Lehigh Valley Strawberry Fest and totally reached out to Chocolate Works Lehigh Valley with just an idea to have chocolate covered strawberries available to our guests....BOY DID THEY DELIVER!! For two days, Pat and Kelly (the owners!!) came out and provided the most amazing chocolate fountain. Above and beyond, when you are looking to partner with the right vendors, you need communication and customer service. Chocolate Works went above and beyond!AND GUESS WHAT?!?!? This small family owned chocolate shop has a special place in my heart. We stop in for their gelato (which is to die for) every time we are in the area. I love the signature truffle gelato. Also highly recommend the chocolate covered pretzels. They have an assorted box that has a great selection of milk and dark chocolate and all the toppings.

Very good places, the candies and chocolates tasted amazing, and the activities seemed fun, but this place is WAY TO expensive, my mom bought like 3-4 pieces of candy for my siblings and it costed like $45.00!! Would only go again if I needed a fix, because I would rather get somechocolate form shop rite

We are treated so well here its ridiculous. The owners daughter is my four year olds bff. Family owned and operated. Everyone needs to support places like this where the service and atmosphere are excellent.

We took my daughter here on her 4th birthday and she had a great time making chocolate candy. They are very friendly and helpful and the chocolate is delicious!

I love going to Chocolate Works! Its such a fresh and clean atmosphere of yummy chocolatey goodness, candies and special gelato 😁They have so much to offer and special requests are encouraged and honored. If you dont see it, just ask!Ive attended (2) specialty parties, Chocolate gingerbread house making which included family participation and also recently their wine glass painting for adults. Both parties included chocolate fountain dips with fruits and other treats. Sooo good and sooo much fun!I highly recommend a visit to this happy place! The owners and staff are dedicated to making your day sweeter!

We hosted our sons birthday party at Chocolate Works, Easton PA and we only have wonderful things to say about this place.- First, the theme itself is unique.. we were not sure if it would be a hit among the parents, given all the sugar associated with the activities, but it apparently was! Besides, you dont eat all the chocolates right there at the party (you take some home), so that became a big plus. Of course, the uniqueness comes at a price. This theme turned out to be a bit more expensive than other places (bouncing/bowling etc).- Second, the folks managing the shop were good. I even talked to the owner (Pat) on the phone once and he was extremely patient with me (and my questions).- As for the activities: the kids got to choose their own mould (among a wall full of choices), which they filled with chocolate and once frozen, they hand-painted those (with colored choco) to their own taste. The second activity was to pick either an Oreo or Pretzel or Cracker, and chocolate-coat it through a conveyor belt and then garnish it with M&M or sprinklers. The kids got to eat this one then and there!- Finally, I have to mention that the party lead Cayden was awesome! With a series of well-planned activities (including pizza time, happy birthday song etc.) and the allotted 2 hours just flew by! Cayden knew exactly how to handle the excitement and decibels from the kids. All the kids there had a blast with him!At the end of the day, all that matters is to see a bunch of happy kids :). Definitely recommend this place for a uniquely themed party!Thanks guys!!
