Awful experience. Came here to get a manicure for a wedding on the weekend and my nail tech told me my manicure would not last until Saturday, which was two days away. I also called ahead to check pricing, and was told it would be $25. However, I was charged $40. I would surely hope that a $40 manicure would last two days!

This place is over priced for the quality of work. They do your nails and make their price to what they think it was worth after they’re done with your nails, do not look at their prices because it’s not what you’re going to pay at the end. I was charged 70$ for a full set using powder colors no fancy designs nothing just powder. Will not be back.

I always have a hard time finding someone who does a good job on short nails and chubby fingers. I’ve had my nails done by two different ladies here and it’s safe to say it my new nail place!!!!

Very bad service. You must return to have your work rectified and they leave you waiting for more than 1 hour and then they repair you with many restrictions.

Very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was not pleased with her nails and upon telling her nail tech she began yelling at her and two other nail techs began yelling at her then speaking in their language and waving their arms at us. Would not recommend at all. Please stay away from this place.

My daughter and her friend just left there having got ripped off! Werr charged $105 for a mani/pedi because even though she asked for a deluxe they gave her a volcano spa. She had NO idea until they told her what she owed. After complaining all they did was give a $10 store credit as if she, or I, or hopefully anyone that reads this, would ever go back there. Sad they take advantage of teenagers.

I would have to say for the service you get they are overpriced and not that great compared to other salons in area.I have been twice now hoping I would change my mind and have a better experience but, I would give them a C-A 3 star service is really being nice!

Quality of work doesnt match the price increase .

I went to this salon for the first time today. The tech was rude and unprofessional. She rushed through a basic manicure. I asked for a neutral nail color and when i picked one out she told me no. I chose second color and again was told no. The third color i chose she came back with the wrong one and tried to get me to use one she picked out. Not cool. Never tell a customer no. After this i told her just to put clear on. She judged me for my nails being short and i told her i have anxiety and bite my nails as a nervous tick. She went on to tell me how to stop biting my nails. I again explained it’s a nervous tick from my anxiety. Should not have to explain my short nails. So rude and unprofessional. Will never return.

I’ve been going to this place for years, but the last time i went my nails chipped within a day of having them done. no big deal, i figured the dip was just a little too thin. went back to have it fixed just for them to chip the next day again, after paying $105 for a deluxe pedicure and my dip service (not including the tip i left) i’m pretty upset about it. definitely time to find a new salon.

I have been going here for years. David has always done my nails, I have never had an issue with lifting, peeling or chipping from my polish. I have a routine, every two weeks a fill in and every 4-6 weeks a pedicure. I Love this salon and the prices are great!

I got a gel manicure. The guy who did my nails was a little older and started by putting the wrong base on and had to wipe my nails off then start over. He then did a sloppy paint job and instead of fixing as he went, he waited until everything was set and started cutting at my cuticles and skin around my mail to get it unstuck.

The place is great, everyone was friendly, but my dip nails lasted a week before they chipped big time. Usually at 4 weeks I have to get them removed still without a chip at other places. I called to complain and see if they could do anything but they said the dip nails should only last 2 weeks. Wouldnt recommend.

Im on a business trip from NYC and absolutely had get a long overdue manicure. I almost didnt come here because of their review average, but I couldnt get an appointment at another place close by. Thankfully I decided to check KY nails out. I showed up with no appointment on a Saturday and they got me in a chair within about ten minutes. Kim did my nails and I am not exaggerating, they are PERFECT!! I mean perfect! Everything was clean and the staff is very efficient and nice. Did I mention my nails look amazing?! Well done, I will be back.

Went to go get my nails done a couple days ago for my birthday with my friends. I asked for dip and my shape to be skinny square. The lady was extremely rude! She kept jerking my hand, telling me to stop moving when i laughed, and seemed like i was bothering her. she took NO time and effort with my shape, leaving me with crooked, chunky nails. I will NEVER be returning here! Horrible experience!

I’m not going back. I used to go here regularly but every time I go it continues to get worse and worse. This lady soaked my dip off my fingers for over an hour. The acetone started burning my skin after that long. I asked her to take it off and went somewhere else to have my dip done. For what they charge, you should get much better service. And the lady acted like I had the grossest feet. They may not be the prettiest, but I’ve seen other people with much worse come in there, I promise. And after all that, when I paid, she had the audacity to say don’t tip me if you’re not going to give cash, after I had signed the receipt. You’re lucky you are getting anything after this awful experience.

Been using this salon for years. They offer a complimentary drink and great service. Do yourself a favor and get the gel manicure and the deluxe pedicure. They also offer waxing and accept appointments.

Every time I go here they do excellent work and do it quickly. Very friendly people here Every time I return. They are very clean, I always see at least one person cleaning. Their tools get sanitized after each use and kept in a sealed bag for the next use. It a great no worries facility.

The workers here are probably the nicest staff I ever encountered, they fixed my broken acrylic nail, and know how to combine polishes nicely. They are also very patient with my indecisiveness on picking a color. Definitely gained a permanent customer over here!

RUDEST place I’ve ever been to! Rushed through what was supposed to be a deluxe pedicure. No smiles, no hospitality whatsoever! If you’re looking for a rushed sloppy job this is the place!! It’s a fancy turn and burn place with zero focus on quality service. I wouldn’t send my dog here for a nail trim.

I went to get a pedi and dip. So as I was waiting for the tech to bring me my card and receipt back because you pay before they put the final coat on your nails. I noticed my feet was extremely dry after the pedi. I told the tech and she handed me some lotion and said put some on my feet. She said make sure you don’t mess up your nails so put the lotion on your palm and put it on your feet. Really?? After I got my nails done? I won’t be going back there.

Love this place! They sterilize all tools and take them out of the package by you. Very clean place. My gels last longer when they are done here by a whole week! You can get in quickly but they take their time and do an excellent job! You dont feel milled through like at other places. Its a relaxing experience.

I went to another salon previously and they did a hack job on my hands. Tony was recommended to me by my neighbor. He took his time and did a beautiful job. The rest of the staff is very friendly and personable, as well.

Really enjoy coming here. Techs are great and they will always accommodate you as walk-in, but they have a loyal client base so Id recommend making an appointment, especially on the weekends.

Hit or miss depending on who you get.. Can be very busy. Communication can be tough.. Overall happy with them.. 😊 would recommend. Will go back.

I love this place and have been going here for a little over a year and a half. I had been going to Kay for the longest until she moved and now I make my appointments with Tony!!! He’s just as amazing. I’m always greeted & offered beverages upon arrival. I’ve never had a long wait time but that’s probably because I schedule appointments. They’ve never rushed my mani’s or pedi’s. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Find someone you like and stick with them.

This was my favorite nail salon for awhile but the last few times Ive gone I have left extremely unsatisfied. Im not sure what has been going on here recently. I have been cut the last two times Ive been by two different people who have been rushing through their work and not paying close enough attention. This last time I was cut, the man sliced off a large portion of the skin around my nail, causing it to swell and now it looks like it might become infected. Im not sure how correctly their pricing is either, its very inconsistent. I was charged $38 for an acrylic fill in, which I feel like I may have been overcharged but I was so ready to leave that I just paid it and left. Ive never had to pay more than $30 for a fill in so Im not sure how they figure out their pricing. Even after being cut so badly they did not offer a discount, free services or anything which would have been proper customer service. Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

This place is okay but when I walked in, no one said hello. But when another woman of a different race walked in, they all broke (figure of speech) their necks to speak to her. So if I cant be treated and welcome the same way. I will take my business else where...and that is what I did.

I have always had a good experience here until today. I made an appt and he rushed me through. My friend and I sat down at the same time and she was in the chair 20 min longer than I. He didnt take his time to massage my legs just hurried so he could do the next person.

Went there for the first time and got a pedicure and full set. My pedicure damaged my toenails by the angle he trimmed them. I paid WAY too much money for a simple full set. I tried to get 2 different designs and they told me they couldnt do it, so I just had to resort to a regular color. Also, one of my nails were crooked. DO NOT GO HERE. RIP OFF.

Reliably good. Clean and honest. They make an effort to be polite and accommodating. Rarely a wait. Pedi lasts 3-4 weeks easily.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! I went with my friend and the people are so rude. The guy cut my friends fingers like five times and he was so disrespectful. The guy I had kept messing up and blaming it on me and when I was done there was nail polish all over my skin, my hang nails were worse than they were when I went it, and they tips of my nails were bigger than the rest of my nails, they looked like chunky hourglasses. When my friend was done she asked for a redo because her nails were messed up and they blamed it on her and made her wait another 20 minutes to get them fixed and the lady was so rude the whole time she fixed them. I will never go back, they are rude and they rush through their jobs, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!

This was my first time in the salon. I got a pedicure and a new set of acrylic nails as a Mothers Day gift to myself. I read previous bad reviews but I had an absolute wonderful experience and will be going back this weekend for a fill-in!

Customer service was terrible today. I waited 35 minutes before leaving. I was only getting my eyebrows waxed. They took 5 people who came in after me for pedicures. The sheet with my name on it was no longer on the counter and they were taking people from the sheet on the counter. Guess the service I wanted wasn’t as profitable as a pedicure.

I been coming here for a few months now, but last 4 times have been horrible a chick literally cut my finger cause she watching tv and not paying attention. If there was a place for zero stars I would have checked that. First of all… Just don’t go there. If you must… Do not go and hour before they close. To be thrown out and not allowed to have the service completed is not only ridiculous and I’m professional it is theft. Thankfully I know some people that work for the is what Tony said to me. When I questioned the price based on the performance and quality of my nails… He threw me out without finishing. Unfortunately, my son had just gone to the register and paid. It was $75 for an incomplete shellac manicure and to six-year-olds to get their nails painted. Thankfully I know some people that work for the Kentucky State board of cosmetology so don’t expect this place to be open much longer. Going to the nail salon with my daughter and her friend was her birthday present and Tony ruined it. He took her birthday money and basically stole it. If they wanted me to leave for questioning the price of nails that were not done correctly nor finished… They should at least have refunded my money. The Better Business Bureau has already been contacted as well as the local police. If you want to great nail salon go to La Vee salon. It’s less than 2 miles away and every nail technician is board certified. They do not speak in their native tongue so as not to make customers feel uncomfortable. They also do a quality job. No matter what time it is. The owner would never speak to customers the way I was humiliated in front of my children this evening. Unfortunately, I had promised my daughter she could go there and our regular salon had a wedding party booked. The only thing that I can say to the salon is you never know who you’re talking to nor who people know. BEWARE

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULI have been going to KY nails for a while and after today I will NEVER go back. I always ask for Tony because he has always done an excellent job. Today I did the same; asked for him for my gel mani/pedicure. Towards the end of the appointment he said, out of nowhere, “don’t ask for me anymore. I don’t like that. Don’t ask for me and don’t make an appointment. Just ask for anybody.” I didn’t say anything. I was shocked he would say that and speechless. When it came time to pay I said I would do what he asked and not request him anymore. I said I felt it was rude he would say that. His only response was “ok”. Considering I’ve never done or said anything to him that would be offensive and always tip generously I have no idea what brought on this terrible treatment. There’s never been a nail tech who was so rude to me. Needless to say I will not be back EVER AGAIN.

I just went to do my manicures (Gel) last Friday, not even a week yet my thumb and ring finger already broken. I really disappointed it.

I love this place! I use to go to them years ago when I was a teenager, loved them then and love them now. They are all about customer satisifaction, i.e. they offer complimentary drinks and real flip flops!! They also acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. The wait isnt long and they provide an excellent service. I have seen numerous techinicians and have been impressed by all of them. Another aspect I love is they remodel every few years to keep things fresh and modern. They seem to love what they do and care for their co workers which is important because theres nothing worse than coming into a business and feeling tension. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO . My friend and I went to get a pedicure and the nail tech was so rude and very unprofessional. They were talking about how bad my friends feet were in front of everyone, when trust me, they were far from horrible. They gave me the shortest pedi I have ever had, and didnt take any time making it a pampering experience, I felt like I wasted my money because my polish even sucked. This place should be out of business with how they operate . Im not very sure how they have to many customers with how awful their services were.

This was a horrible experience. The tools were not properly sanitized, the staff was incredibly rude after paying $60 for my nails to be done. When part of my polish messed up, the manager said, Well you messed it up, what do you want me to do about it? And then rudely walked off. The customers around me were unsatisfied as well, I will never be back.
