I couldnt have been more disappointed with how my nails turned out. I know I should have spoke up in the moment, but honestly didnt have the energy to stick around for them to be fixed. My dip set was rushed and the end product was very bumpy and the tips had a weird angle. I asked the gentleman who was doing the service how long he had been doing nails and he said 6 years. Unfortunate that it was believed this was quality work.

Very nice place! I just moved to the area from AZ- I was blessed to get to work with Kelly. She’s just awesome- fun to talk with and we have a lot in common as entrepreneurs:) I look forward to hanging out with her every few weeks.

Friendly staff, even friendlier fellow customers. One wanted to help make sure I understood how to he massage chair remote worked and another spoke up to one of the staff that my question was never answered/understood. I took that as a good sign because they are good enough to have regulars that care enough to help them ensure other customers are satisfied with their experience. Pretty laid back environment and appeared to be clean.

I have been to several different salons in this area and bay far this place is the best! Everyone that works here is friendly, my nails and pedi always look amazing.. This place is immaculate it sparkles its so clean. I will not be going anywhere else.

Of the literally hundreds of manicures and pedicures I’ve ever received in my life, this is by far and without question the worst. The staff were unprofessional rude the place was unclean and they didn’t know even the minimal requirements for a good pedicure. Do not waste your money

They did a great job on my dip nails. I had a great experience and my design looks amazing I recommend going to this place everything was clean and amazing. Definitely going back!!

Toe Nails cut way too short. Pedicure was extremely basic, was not offered higher priced pedicure. Finger nails cut way too short. Would have liked to have had a better experience, because it’s close to my house, Probably won’t go back.

Tony does my nails. He is very nice. I had always done my own nails but after 57 years I thought I would let someone else do them. Its very clean & precautions are taken. All the people that work there seem to be very nice & helpful. I will keep going.

No appointment and they squeezed me in on vacation. Spa pedicure and dip nails. Very friendly and covid procedures met my expectations. Very clean. Spa pedicure chairs with massage seat. Very attentive to detail.

I definitely recommend this place. Its priced competitively and the people are personable and patient. It was my daughter first Mani/Pedi so she fumbled through the etiquette. They were very kind and both funny and talkative which is something that took me a moment to get used to as I had grown accustomed to getting my nails done in silence in California. I will use these people again without a doubt.

Customers are not as important as their blue car. The car is always in front of the business so that their second class customers have to park further than the number one concern the cart. And dont you dare get near it because he will have a cow. I wont take my wife back there.

I was so excited to see that they opened right next door to my work. I hoped that they were good, because that would be so convenient. They did not disappoint. Everyone is so fun and friendly. It is very clean. The pedicure chairs are brand new and amazing, best pedicure I have had in years. Ive been going for a few months now and I have not found anything I dislike about it. Ill continue to be a regular customer!

Great gel nails and pedicure! 30 for full pedicure and 30 for gel nails! I keep my nails really short and they did a great job. Baby feet callous remover and massage also! Glad to have this cute place close here in Bella Vista!

Went there last night for a quick pedicure and the lady that gave me my pedicure chopped the skin off beside my nail so much my whole big toe is red and swollen today and it hurts to even walk on it. She never spoke to me and only said water when she wanted me to put my foot in the water acted like she didn’t have time for me. If she didn’t have time for me she could of just said she didn’t and not injure me. Poor service.

We had a group of about 7-9 girls and they did amazing on everyone!!!! They even stayed open late because one of our ladies had something come up and was afraid she wouldnt make it but they told us to have her come on in even though it was right at closing time... I was so overly impressed and absolutely LOVED my nails!!!!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Glossy nails did a great job with my pedicure. They are very cordial, professional and sanitary. I would recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience! $55 for a full set and 2 hours later they look jacked up. I took them off as soon as I got home. Do yourself a favor and skip this place P&P is much better!
