I had gone to my usual salon but they kept waiting on people who came in after me. So, I decided to try Luna’s Nail Bar. I had to call for an appointment and was able to get right in. Pei did my fill-in and did an excellent job! The salon itself was very clean and quiet. I liked that she had me wash my hands first. The other salon had never asked to do that at all. My nails look beautiful and I will definitely go back to have Pei do them again. You do need to make an appointment as it is a small salon but you will be happy you went to them.

My family and my self were in town for Thanksgiving break and took my daughter to Lunas nail shop which she really enjoyed the visit. Its been a few days and her nails still look the same. Defenetly we will comeback. Good job Pei and Su.

They always do a great job! I went in today not sure what I wanted, and Pei came up with a design that was perfect for me. These ladies are the best!

I found this place a couple of months ago and a lady named Pei did my nails. She was Fantastic and friendly so I decided to come there again a month ago. Pei wasnt there so I went with the other lady. I dont remember her name but she was heavyset and short black hair. She was very rough on my hands and did my nails super thin. She left some acrylic underneath my nails and some on my finger. A few of them broke off a couple of days later which I have never had happen in my entire life. I thought maybe she was having an off day. So I went back yesterday to get another full set and was hoping for that first lady Pei. She wasnt there so I went with that other lady again in hopes she was having a better day. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. She glued my tips on and then cut them all as normal and then applied the acrylic and began filing. She was pulling and tugging at my nails so hard at one point she was looking elsewhere and began filing my skin and I yanked my hand back and said owww that is hurting me she said sorry. Then she stopped mid filing because she had to help the pedicure client for a moment ( they were short staffed i guess) and then came right back to my nails after filing another persons TOENAILS. She didnt wash her hands or anything. I was so grossed out and couldnt believe she just filed someones toes with NO GLOVES and came back to touch my nails. I was waiting for her to ask me what shape I wanted since she was doing a lot of filing and after sometime she told me to go wash my hands and then we would paint them. She never asked the shape and when I looked down they were square. I NEVER GET SQUARE. I was so upset with them. She did do a good job painting them though so I guess that was good. I was so excited about finding this place so close to work but this employee wrecked it for me. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS PEI IS WORKING. That other lady makes me scared to even try again at another shop. and I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. STAY AWAY. BAD HYGIENE AND TERRIBLE WITH CLIENTS.
