I’ve only come to this place 3 times. The first time I met Leon and he did an AWESOME job. Super love this place. It’s my new spot.My most recent visit I wasn’t as happy. I chose clear with colored flakes so basically shape is the most important detail on these and I was kind of let down. I liked them before leaving (or I wouldn’t have left😂) but after seeing them in sunlight they’re def lumpy and the length is off. I know they normally do a stunning job so I’ll let this slide but I see a new set in my future sooner than later.

Love the nails I got! Very beautiful ombré. The shape is perfect!Didn’t give a 5 star because the guy doing my nails kept getting up and doing other things while doing my nails, didn’t feel like my nails were a priority. I was there for about a hour and a half, I also had to get my old nails soaked off.. but very polite staff and very good quality!

Love the Nail bar! I have been going to Leon for a few years and is the only nail tech in the city I trust with my nails! It’s clean and such beautiful decor the pedicure chairs are a COVID friendly with really cute social distance chair covers. It’s the best nail shop in the city to to have a drink of wine and be pampered. Men and women

I had a wonderful experience on Sunday Feb. 7th with Leon! Service was fast and they are super friendly!! Leon had me laughing the whole time 🤣. He is an amazing nail artist. I highly recommend this nail salon! Prices are reasonable. For a full set with nail art in the acrylic I paid $45.00. I also got a pedicure which was amazing 👏 !!!!! Unfortunately I cant remember his name but he was awesome. My feet are super soft..plus that foot soak in the massage chair was much needed!! Everything he used was clean and came out a package. I paid $30 happily 😁😁😁 Please go check them out...youll be so happy you did!!!

I got my nails done less than three days ago and all of them have already come off. I do not do any kind of physical labor for the nails to be breaking off as easy as they did. The first nail broke 20 minutes after I gotten them finished. I went back in to try to communicate with the owner about possibly getting my nails done and getting them fixed they continuously kept telling me that it was my fault that the nails broke and that he couldn’t fix him and if the only resolution he could come to was if he made them extremely short. Do not have waste money

I have been to this nail establishment twice and while I love the establishment I have had varying experience with each of the artists I have found that Leon is far more experienced and can perform better. The first set of acrylics I got was with Leon and there was absolutely no problem and I was extremely happy with my design. The second set was with one of the other staff members and she accidentally hit my cuticles with the tool and I bled a little. While I understand I request designs that are complicated in the future I recommend to be a little bit more careful:) thank you so much for my beautiful nails and I will be making appointments there with Leon in the future

I called early to make an apt for after work and Leon got me and a coworker right in. She has never had a pedicure and she was very satisfied. I recommend Nail Bar above all other nail salons I have been to.

My new favorite nail spa. Very professional and clean. Great customer service.. I received the organic pedicure. By far the best experience Ive ever had while getting my feet done. The massage chair was so relaxing. The sugar scrub OMG... and the hot stones... WOW!!!! Loved every bit of it. 10⭐️

Nail bar has never failed me. i’ve been coming for about 8 months and always leave very satisfied. the staff is super friendly and they aim to please. i have been to other nail salons and this is by far the best. high recommend! i would try going during the week when they’re less busy. if you go on the weekend don’t get mad if you have to wait- that’s life.

I booked through their Instagram account which they got back with me very promptly and requested a dip design and a gel pedi. They did a beautiful design on my nails, however I requested a dip and they gave me THICK acrylic. I don’t like acrylic, it hurts my nails. When my pedi was done and I was sitting in the chair I noticed there was a huge chip in my toenail which I pointed out. The technician replied “yea your toe nails are just like that”. Keep in mind I hadn’t moved from the chair to mess it up. It obviously was a clear indication she wasn’t going to fix it. She told me the price which was $55 each, when I got up to the counter she charged me $120. After going to a new salon yesterday, they quickly confirmed they had given me acrylic. Would not recommend.

The place is clean and very professional! Super nice staff and they have around 5 different types of pedicures! I got the deluxe pedicure with gel and rhinestones and it came out amazing! Super attentive to detail and fair prices! Also I really love the atmosphere at this nail salon it’s not too big not too small so you feel like you’re very well taken care of by all of the staff while you’re there!

I was looking for somewhere new to go for a visit because the guy I normally go to was booked up and had no available appointments the day I needed. I called about a week in advance to make my appointment. I was really excited to go to this place because they had so many good reviews and I had looked at their work online and it looked wonderful. However, I was honestly extremely disappointed after I sat down. The guy who took off my nails barely spoke to me, I didnt feel welcome at all. While he was soaking off my dip and filing my nails down, he drilled too much and drilled into my actual nail. Leaving a small hole in my nail and I can see straight through it. Both of my thumbs were extremely flimsy and transparent. It was really upsetting because Ive worked so hard to maintain the health of my nails and to grow them out and be happy with them. It got to the point where it honestly hurt for him to drill on them because my nail was so thin at that point. I could just feel my heart sinking and I wanted to get up and leave but the damage was already done. Too late he realized what he was doing, and left a circle of my thick nail at the top. When it was time for me to get my nails painted I moved chairs so someone else could work on them. Im honestly not sure of his name because it was my first time there, but I assumed he was one of the owners or managers. I showed him the hole in my thumbnail and he said that it was okay. We did White dip and a pretty simple black design on my nails and it ended up being $55. I was honestly disappointed not at the price of service but because they were okay with one of their technicians leaving a hole in somebodys nail. I go to a professional so they can help me maintain the health of my nails and I just expected the much better standard. Im honestly so sad because I talked with my original nail technician and were going to have to cut my nails and start all over again. Im honestly heartbroken and even more heartbroken that it was allowed to happen and apparently okay that it happened.Maybe I just caught the guy on a bad day because everyone else seems to have had wonderful experiences, but sadly mine was not one of them.*Since the owner has replied, I NEVER mentioned I was unhappy with my design in my review. Im also not a liar, if there is HOLE in my nail, no amount of dip with fix that. My nails can be strong as a brick, but theres still a hole in it. The fact that there is no remorse or sympathy in the owners response is very disheartening.Im also not a confrontational person. I attempted to show someone as soon as it happened, but clearly they do not think its a big deal, so what more could I have done? The damage was done, my nail was already messed up, there was no fixing it.

I absolutely love nail bar. They were able to do exactly what I asked them to do. Not only are they amazing at nails, but the atmosphere and the workers are perfect. I will never go anywhere else!!

Great place, got my first pedicure here it was fantastic. The foot massage was just what I needed and felt like a million bucks afterwards highly recommend.

I’ve used Leon for as long as I can remember! He has always been nothing short of amazing and follows through with exactly what I ask for every single time! Not only does he do amazing work, he also makes being in his presence enjoyable!! It’s about you while sitting in his chair! I would always recommend him and now his very own shop 11 out of 10 times!!! Make a visit and see what you have been missing out on!!

Booked our appointments a week in advance for my mom and me to get mani and pedi’s. We really wanted to try a new nail salon in the highlands neighborhood... We arrived 10 minutes early. We picked our colors out while our feet were soaking for at least 45 minutes... After the 45 minutes of waiting/soaking there still wasn’t one nail tech available for us. All 3 nail techs were still with clients that were clearly going to be worked on for awhile longer. At this point we waited almost an hour. Our foot soaking water was cold and no one had apologized or acknowledged us for our wait. At this point I realized calling to book an appointment in advance was pointless... So while we were being ignored in the pedi chairs I called First Lady Nails and got right in for an appointment! Currently getting my pedi with my mom now. Highly recommend checking out First Lady Nails on Eastern Parkway!

My first experience at Nailbar was not a very good one. I asked for a soak off and full set. Let me start off with some positives. This nail salon is in a great location, there is a trendy atmosphere, and they offered me something to drink (I wasn’t thirsty so I’m not sure if they charge for drinks). On to what I didn’t like, I had an appointment at 11:30 and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The person who soaked off my acrylic filed down a little too far and it hurt quite a bit. After the soaking was done I waited for another 20 minutes to start my acrylic set. I showed the lady a picture from their Instagram of what I wanted and she laughed... not sure why, but she said she could do the design so we went forward. She started off with only adding a tip to two of my nails and I asked her to add a tip to all of them which she did. Never asked how long I wanted them and I now have super short nails (I like the longer look). She was working at super speed... which I don’t mind but a couple nails ended up lopsided. The design I wanted has some thin, straight line in it and some of the lines on my nails ended up super thick or crooked. The design also has two small gems on a finger and she didn’t do them at all but I was ready to go so I didn’t say anything. Some other things I noticed is that the nail desks are a little dingy with nail polish marks on them and the divider between client and nail tech didn’t look like it was clean at all. I did not see any employees wash their hands or wear gloves which felt a little odd to me given the current state of the pandemic. Especially with them passing around clients to different nail techs for different things. Also, behind the counter where nail accessories are was very unorganized. Last thing was that I noticed about 5 gnats inside the building. It seems like they take extra care of their regulars but if you’re a newcomer, good luck, you get what you get. First impressions mean more than seconds. I learned from the nail tech that they have only been in this location for 9 months, maybe with some time things will improve but I won’t be back for a long time.After seeing the owners response, I did not have any bad intentions. I arrived less than 10 minutes late. I have been looking for a new salon for awhile and had high hopes for this one. One thing I will say is that I have had several compliments on my nails but as someone who sees them on my hands everyday they are less than perfect which they should be if I’m willing to pay nearly $80 for them. Just be careful!

All my nails broke off (6/10 nails broke off)had to keep going back to get fixed they was nice, but I paid too much money for my nails to pop off from digging in my purse or putting on my seatbelt. This is my first time ever leaving a review I had to because I’m disappointed

Watched them kick out a woman with a baby for no reason. Very unprofessional place and just horrible service. Very nasty too gross to even walk around in. Horrible smell constantly.
