The people were very friendly and did a good job. This salon could use a good scrub down with some water, bleach and tide. Dirty and dusty walls, doors, chairs and floor- which makes me wonder what else is unclean. There was an overwhelming food smell that was unpleasant and it was only 9:45 in the a.m. The place could definitely use a facelift but first a DEEP clean would make it way way better. For $30 I could go to a place with better atmosphere and get the same or better service.

This was the worse manicure I ever had, I got a French manicure and the next day the white part chipped off and the clear coat part peeled off.I would not recommend this place to my enemy.also the manicure hand/arm massage was very aggressive and bruised my arm..go at your own risk! 👎👎

Ive tried several nail salons trying to find the one I like and this nail salon has been my pick. Ive only been here once but its where I will go from now on. I got my old aculric nails soaked off and a full set put on. They did a great job. I have no complaints. The only thing I do not like about this salon is they do not have many designs to choose from for your nails. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone wanting there nails done. They also offer pedicures, but I have not had one yet. I will on the next trip.

Ive lived in Louisville for seven years and had the toughest time finding a nail place that did quality work and made me feel comfortable. A couple of people recommended Clear Nails last summer and I gave it a try; been going there twice a month to maintain my nails since, and I love everyone there. They care about their customers, they are personable, welcoming, and my nails last and look incredible!!!

I was very pleased with my nails! I just moved here from out of state and am very excited to have found a place I can call my regular for nails!

So I had gone up there To get a fill-in and when I got my fill in l told the technician that my nail was already cracked including my real nail underneath so instead of replacing the whole nail he just quickly patches it up and of course it was re cracked the next day so a couple days later when I have the time off work I went up there to see if they can fix this nail real quick and they told me I would have to wait behind all five people in line just to get this one nail fixed, that is their Fault anyway. I explained to him that I shouldn’t even be back up here less than a week later If they would’ve done it properly and not rushed the first time and instead he tells me that it’s my fault because I wear my nails too long and got pretty nasty with me on the phone when I called back later so pretty much I just paid $40 for my nails to look good for one day and then inevitably have one of my whole nails ripped off when it finally let’s go

It’s really hard to paint my nails bc I bite them short, but Sun did a great job cleaning them up and painting them! I am so glad I found this place. The people who work here are so nice and they do such good work! By far the best nail place I’ve been to in Louisville.

Recently moved to the area,did not want to drive to my regular place a half hour away so I googled nail shops. Every place I stopped at wanted an appt or half hour wait. I finally came across clear nails and drove there. Immediately they were very friendly and took me right away! I had a tech named Lee which was friendly, attentive and great conversation. I just had my nails done yesterday afternoon and here are the results! Perfect and amazing! Very thorough job and hes quick!

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would. Ive been going here for over 7 years and the service is top notch. The owners treat you like family, and my nails always look fantastic. Ill never go anywhere else by choice. Whoever the lady was that gave this salon 1 star had to have had other intentions because that is just NOT at all even a possibility to be unsatisfied.

I give it three stars based on my last experience there. I have been going there for almost a year getting a pedicure from Jake and Pong and I absolutely loved it. The last time I went one of the brothers did my pedicure and let me tell you I was so disappointed! It felt like I just came in there to wash my feet, grease them up with the lotion, and wash them off.There was no massage, there was nothing, just plain feet-washing. It was done on the level of getting it done at Walmart pedicure! Im giving them three stars they need to step up their game or it will be my last time at Clear Nails. I can wash my feet myself!

Oh my so tomorrow is my first formal dance and I ask for a pretty nude/beige color and the lady does my toes fine but my FINGERNAILS!!! I walked out of there extremely disappointed because the color was not at all what I chose. Not only was it the wrong color... but it was transparent and you could see through it. Horrible! Wouldn’t recommend!
