I am giving a 5 because Megan is nice and did a good job. However, I dont think I will return. The pedicure is 40. I dont want to got to two different places for different services. I have attempted to go here a few times before I cant justify the overly priced services in comparison to neighborly shops.

Paid extra for a pedicure with extra pampering, but got a young girl who made little effort!! The whole experience was disappointing.

I had never been here before and I asked if they were able to do a design. They weren’t able to do the first one I showed them (no big deal) I showed them a much simpler 2nd design and they said they could do it. Everyone was working and I immediately felt like they gave me the least skilled nail tech. I had to ask her several times to fix several nails the gel is not even on all of my nails, it’s honestly the worst looking manicure I’ve ever had and also the most expensive. Without saying anything to me they had a second girl finish my nails but no one talked to me at all after I showed what I wanted. I just wish they would have said they were unable to do what I wanted or let someone who was able do it rather than do it poorly.

Best pedicure ever! Ive been to several nail salons in Middletown and this is the best by far.

We love this nail salon. Even during a busy holiday like Fourth of July they take their time on each service and are very apologetic about any wait times (even though they quoted the accurate wait time.) Very friendly and great customer service. Would recommend their pedicures for a relaxing experience.

The best nail salon I have been to in my area! My nails have never looked so good. Such a beautiful salon, with a great atmosphere and wonderful people. Very friendly and very clean. Good prices, and even a free glass of wine! I can’t wait to go back!

Everyone was so kind and took extra care in making sure I was happy! I have been bouncing around from nail spot to nail spot since I moved here 3 years ago and this is where I’ll stay. The prices are reasonable and they have great color selection! Very happy that I decided to give this place a try!

Loving my dipping powder nails. They got them nice and thin and natural feeling. They also aced squaring them out. Im just no fan of rounded or pointy nails. They have one of the widest selections of dipping powder colors that Ive ever seen. All of the staff were very nice to me as well.

I have been to almost every nail salon off Shelbyville Road in Middletown and this is by far the best. Tommy did an excellent job on my dip. I highly recommend.

This is my new favorite place! I have been here twice now. The service is great! The people are so nice and attentive. I would recommend this place time and again!

A hidden gem in Middletown, if you want to go to a salon that cares about how your nails look, does a great job, is clean, has an amazing staff, and is honest then this is the place to go, I will definitely be coming back :)

Had a horrible experience there and will not be back. I have never been to a nail salon that has made me feel so unwanted as a customer. The owner was rude and the techs didnt seem to be interested in being there or being friendly. My nails dont look good either.I definitely will not recommend this place.

I have been to Oasis twice for a regular service. Each time I got a dip and a pedicure. Mike did both the first time and just the pedicure the second time. He did a great job- he is friendly and takes his time doing quality work that lasted for more than 3 weeks and looked good. The second time, I decided to get an ombré on my nails. Mike doesn’t know how to do that so Tommy took over. He worked too fast and was disinterested it seemed in being friendly. He almost seemed annoyed at times. Even took a phone call on speaker while I was in his chair.That evening the dip began chipping. Now I have had my nails done for years with many different products and I have NEVER had any service with any product chip the night of the service. Dip isn’t supposed to “chip” regardless.I went back and Tommy blamed it on the product. (I should mention- as I did to him several times- that the nails looked very thick.) He took off a layer and repeated the process adding to the thickness. He was somewhat apologetic. Two days later, same thing happened. I went back. Tommy’s friendliness and apology were a bit diminished and I believe he thought it my fault the nails are not responding. The ombré is taken off and a gel polish applied (I originally had dip and still wanted dip but didn’t get it). It was very quickly done and not done well. I was also told that “maybe you should see a different tech”. Yeah, maybe I should.The next morning I woke up to the peeling. The corner of my nail polish had completely lifted and come off while sleeping. Frustrated, I kept peeling and there is no polish on that nail now.So at this point, I am out the money, 3 trips to the salon in a two week period, and my nails look BAD. I am sure more peeling is to come and I will need to find another salon to remove it all and start from scratch = more time and money. I will not be going back to Oasis.My intent with this review is not to hurt the business. I wrestled with the idea of doing it at all and decided that although my nails looked bad (the polish has dips and missed spots throughout), if the work held up, I’d let it go. Then this morning I found the bad news.I originally went in to Oasis based on a review and I hope this helps someone decide what they want to do. They are friendly and seem like good people, but the quality is just not there.*I have pictures that I planned to include, but do not see a way to include them. If I figure that out, I will add to my post.

Gave them 2 tries. The first time i had a new guy that had great service but horrible quality. The 2nd time i got my eyebrows done and they were a mess. They are overpriced for the quality of service they provide.

Ask for Mary...she is delightful. Very clean and comforting environment.

Multiple reasons I wont be returning.... the dip doesnt stay on, the wait is always longer than stated, they upsell the pedicure and there really is no difference. Save your $$ and try one of the other nail salons in Middletown.
