Stay away from this apartment leasing staff make excuses Maintanice never shows up, I have had mold on my ceiling for two years still have attended to the maintenance request.. leasing staff does not care about resident there is a gnat infestation and roaches all over the complex, hole in the ceiling. I am in legal action with the inhuman living conditions. No one should deal with this!!!

Warning some apartments are renovated but most are not ! Just moved here from NY so far the apt is good they didnt do a great job renovating let some paint spots and the toilet in the guest bathroom wasnt cleaned properly also from a review here I saw someone had an issue with crime but I will say recently they did have a meeting about it with the local police and tenants which I couldnt attend because I was busy moving and there is a small bug issue . . .

This place is ran down and horrible. Holes in the roof and siding easy access for squirrels and other rodents. I was visiting my nephew and heard them running through the ceiling and walls I was terrified. After alerting management about the problem numerous of times hes trying to move out but theyre not letting him out of his lease. So he hired an attorney and gathering other residents to start a class action lawsuit because of the inhumane conditions. I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here just being honest and not bias because of my nephew situation. RUN consider somewhere else

Terrible place to live. I live here now and Im looking for a new place RIGHT NOW. I been here 2 years and shouldnt have if it wasnt for pandemic I honestly would have been left. Dont waste your money here they DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!!!!! My ceiling has been molded for a year now heat pallet keeps going out back to back leakes in the walls, I have 2 small children and this is ridiculous oh but they want their rent though....

My spouse and I moved to Georgia from MS a couple years ago. We both work for Amazon as Delivery Associates. We applied to these apartments. We submitted requested documents. We then receive an email a day later saying we weren’t approved because of fraudulent check stubs. I was thoroughly confused so I decided to reach out and ask for clarification because for those who do or don’t know, we make a good bit of income so there isn’t ANY reason for fake check stubs. All she could say was, ‘they’re saying your check stubs not real’. And I’m still confused because based on what information is it fake? Do I make more than you or what? I left it alone because judging from the reviews, it was God who kept us away from this....

Drove through community on a Saturday evening, was clean and quiet. Contacted property a few days later, Office staff was nice, professional and answered all if my questions. I went online, filled out an application, waiting to hear back. Wish me luck 😊

Really frustrated with the consistent garbage piling up at the entrance. Nosey neighbors (old men love to question you) and the bug problem. I’ve complained several times. My apt is always clean yet I’m killing a bug LITERALLY every day. I keep complaining I have to beg for someone to spray. Because I like the leasing staff I’ve tried not to post this. I still have cracks in my ceiling they said they would fix when I first moved in. My oven dial doesn’t even show the numbers. I cannot wait to move. If they didn’t want $1400 to break my lease I would have been gone.

Horrible company. As a resident I can say the leasing office is horrible. Maintenance takes months to finish or is half way done. When you call for an issue to be corrected nothing happens. You call back a week later it was never logged. This is frustrating at the least.

The people who live in building 1700 in the back let there grown kids be out night and smoke and drinking and bring there friends and also they be fighting and keep up noise all night and they be in the front of the building all night til the early morning hours.

Garbage pill up at entrance all the time, maintenance takes forever to fix small projects, the inside of the apartment is so outdated, etc! I’m so ready for my lease to be over!

The lady in the office feels its appropriate to turn away a service dog simply because shes allergic. Buyer, or rather renter in this case, beware!!

Poor maintenance! Rude administration. Ghetto look!
