Upon not finding online appointments available on their website and not seeing any indication that they required appointments, we walked into this establishment to inquire about the manicure and pedicure offerings. They stated that an appointment would be needed and we made one for a couple of hours later. When asked about the pricing of the manicures and pedicures offered, they only shared the basic option and did not mention any of the more luxury options listed on their website which is what we were seeking.When we returned, we were not greeted by anyone on the staff or given any instructions to prepare for our appointment. Another patron walked in behind us and was greeted and told to select her nail polish color. Based on this, we opted not to be served by this establishment because the experience gave us the impression that we were not welcome there.

Great experience last week! Ashley was my tech and she was so nice and did the best job Ive had on my nails. She helped me match colors I wanted. I get overwhelmed trying to find the colors Id like sometimes. She was quick to find the exact ones! My friend had Mike that day and her nails looked amazing as well! I will definitely be back!

Nene fixed what my previous nail tech had done. Nene has such a gentle touch as well. She not only fixed my nails and made them perfect but she was nice. This is now my go to nail salon. I absolutely loved her.

Ashley is the best! I get dip powder nails here and she’s so attentive to detail. The space is clean, the location is convenient, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

Andrea was great! She took her time, very thorough, and extremely talented! Love my nails! Would definitely go back if I wasnt a traveling nurse!

I have been to many nail salons and this by far one of the best. They are a little pricey but totally worth it. I hate fake nails and cant function with them so when a nail tech can French tip my very short nails I am ecstatic! I dont ever post pics on here but here it is

Everything was clean and staff was friendly but the outcome of the acrylics were horrible. My friend and I’s nails were uneven, thick, and sloppy. Definitely was not worth the price.

They friendly staff, its clean, no wait time if you make an appointment. Theres no long wait time if you are a walk-in. They do follow the CDC guidelines.

The BEST nail experience I have EVER had! My nail tech, Tori was amazing. She was friendly and detail oriented. I will only see Tori from here on out. She is the best and totally recommend seeing her for all your nail needs!

If I had gone alone I would have given this place a bad rating. But my daughter had a wonderful tech & pedicure. My tech acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. She didnt do the same pedicure that my daughter was given even though we paid the same. She did everything the quickest way possible. And was detached to the point of being rude. This place is in my neighborhood so Id like to give them another chance. But for the 55.00 that I spent and came out disappointed, not sure if I will.

I dont go have services performed for the provider to talk to me. I have friends for that. I go for the service(s). That said, I went tonight and had a fabulous experience! Tamika was fast, professional and skilled. My nails look amazing and I booked my next appointment before I left.If youre looking for your new BFF, a gossip partner, etc., then this salon may not be the place for you. If you want your nails done well, by a focused individual who is professional, then try this salon. Everyone I observed was customer-oriented and talented.

Mike was wonderful. I asked for a certain length of nails and he got them spot on. The picture I showed him was exactly what I received. He took his time and everyone in there was very nice, friendly and made you feel welcome. Cant beat the pricing either. I will for sure be back. I found my new nail place. I have been to many others and well they dont compare to this place. BLISS IS AMAZING!!!!!

I took my 3 year old daughter for her first manicure and she loved it! Mike and Megan are fantastic, careful, and fun. Mike is very creative and has great aesthetic technique- he has great ideas and uses excellent precision. We will be back!

One of the best nail jobs Ive had done. Mike took the time to shape my nail perfectly and made them thin, I get dip. But there colors were not true to what they have displayed for the dips. I picked out a very pale neutral pink and ended up with barbie pink. With that said hate the color love the service.

This place is under new ownership--a nice young woman from New Jersey is the new owner, so any prior reviews are likely to be outdated!I took my mother here for Mothers Day while we waited for brunch across the street. It was a perfect experience! We got pedicures, and were constantly asked Everything okay? Does anything hurt? The techs care about your comfort level, unlike any other salon Ive been to. We also held a pretty good conversation the entire time. Everything in the salon was clean, and we even were given the nail files and buffing bars that were used on us in the salon, so we can keep up our nails at home.You will have a great time here! I will definitely be coming back!

The service was horrible. My friend took me to this salon to get manicures and pedicures for my birthday. I get this done pretty regularly at my own salon and she was treating so we went to Bliss. We walked in and no one spoke to us for nearly 15 minutes. Finally someone came and asked what we would like done and I was ushered to the back for a pedicure. Thr nail technician put foil and acetone on my nails during the pedicure to strip my nails of the manicure I had. The pedicure looks great and was done well. That’s what the one star is for. After the pedicure the nail technician took off the foils and asked me to sit in the front. I have no idea why. I sat in the front whilst other clients came in and were serviced. I sat in the front with my nails stripped for 40 minutes while no one spoke to me or explained why I was sitting there, why my service was interrupted, or why I had to wait to complete the manicure while other walk in clients received service. After about 45 minutes one of the nail technicians finally spoke to me and said they were ready for me. I told them I would be cashing out and getting my manicure completed elsewhere. I explained I would not be tipping anyone for this terrible service and as a result I was not going to waste their time. The experience was terrible.

I had a basic pedicure. It was not done well and was overpriced. My nails where overly trimmed before I could say how I liked them. No way to fix them. There is also a lot of upselling. Giving 2 stars because it was clean and the rest of the experience was fine with a clean polish job.

I’ve been getting my manicures here every 3 weeks for about 3 months now and each time I leave satisfied and feeling pampered.

I came here for my first ever manicure/pedicure and was taken advantage of. first, there is nothing organic about the products that they use. secondly, i specifically said NO acrylic, and that i wanted gel... i was really happy with the experience initially, but very quickly my nails looked TERRIBLE and i went to have them fixed at another place (after my pro-nails sister said that they looked acrylic) and they had in fact, used acrylic and put gel over that. they looked like scary little nubs. also, they charged me an astrononical amount for the services. totally gross. do NOT recommend.

You may have to wait a while when you go there because walk ins are welcome, but the work they do is great. They are nice and have never cut me - I have been many places where I have gotten a pedicure and have left bleeding. Not here! They are reasonably priced, too.

I just went for gel polish, the young girl who did them filed my long nails a bit too much she even used an electric file meant for acrylic nails. I should have said something right away and I dont know why I didnt. I guess I expect nail people to know what theyre doing. At first they looked great but within days my nails were breaking even with gel polish!! One nail has no polish left on it and all but two nails have completely broken down to where its almost painful. Too much money to be wasted like this. They get 2 stars because its a nice interior but otherwise I wouldnt spend my hard earned money here again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! I literally cannot believe how HORRIBLE the service was here today! My sister, sister-in law and I were having a girls day celebrating our birthdays.... went to wild eggs which is always AMAZING! We were looking forward to relaxing, catching up and getting mani’s and pedi’s.... I literally don’t even know how to explain what went down today but I can tell you that after spending 2 hours in there one of us got a mani/pedi, one of us only got a pedi and the other one (me) ended up getting NOTHING! There was no communication with us on what was goin on... 2 of ya were left soaking our feet in a pedi chair with no help for 20 min before we learned that it would be ANOTHER 20 min before anyone would be able to work with us! So then someone finally came over and started helping us. Then I completely got skipped as the nail tech that last finished moved on to another customer in the front! Really UNBELIEVABLE.... I have never seen anything like this!!! Not to mention my sister who was the only one that got both services was very unhappy with how her dipped nails were! Uneven and thick! Dont waste your timeAnd money here!!

I used to visit this salon frequently and regularly. I would even bring 3-4 people with me (who would also have services done) & get gel pedi, gel fill in & eyebrows waxed. Lots of things went wrong, but heres my final straw! On more than 1 occasion, Meka, technician, jacked my eyebrows up. She would take way more off on one than the other, they werent even, etc.I would come & in the middle of completing my services, she would say wait. I have a client with an appt coming in. U can wait, have someone else finish u or come back! Insulting right. Again I gave the benefit of the doubt. So I made an APPOINTMENT. On the day of my APPOINTMENT I ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY! I was not acknowledged or greeted upon entering the establishment. I waited patiently, Meka was working on a lady. After I had been sitting for 30 MINUTES-15 MINUTES PASSED BY SCHEDULED APPT TIME!!! I LEFT. NO COMMUNICATION FROM MEKA OR THE STAFF!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I would not recommend. I asked for a gel manicure and was cut twice with the cuticle clippers, the one on my thumb was so bad that it was still bleeding a little as I was leaving after my service. My technician was distracted the entire time, spent half of my service on his phone with his ear buds in, and the French manicure was a little sloppy.To his credit when I asked him to fix a couple nails he did so without complaint, and the finished product looked decent. Not nice enough to risk having a chunk cut out of your cuticle, though. Not going back.

Under new management, the name will change soon, and most of products they use for spa is Organic, and they have gel nails(UV gel nail all fel from base ro top,it not acrylic nails,),and not many salon around carry it.Clean,and nice place for relaxation.!!!
