They are really amazing with children!! I love this place!!! They are both amazing workers and very understanding!! They take their time and make sure your nails are how your like them!! They are also amazing with children!! I sent my daughter here to get her nails done for the 1st time she loves them. She’s 12 years old!

This place is awesome! Lee is the best. Very friendly, clean, courteous service. And yes, u have to wear a mask. The shop is Covid19 ready. I appreciate the atmosphere and service.

I absolutely love this place. It is hard to find a reasonable nail salon in the city. If youre getting g a fill in, you start at $13.00. that is a DEAL! I ended up needing one of my nails taken off and put back on and she only charged me 5 bucks whenever everywhere else would have charged me 7. Its been two weeks and my nails still look great. I wont need a fill in for another two week probably. Im incredibly grateful that I found this place. Im sorry if you have a bad time here. But I just dont see how. There good people who are very sweet. To say otherwise, we will have to agree to disagree because I love this place. ❤️❤️❤️Note: the picture attached are my nails now, after TWO WEEKS and I work as a housekeeper. Amazing, I tell ya. amazing. 😀

Haven’t had a pedicure in a while and a young lady told me about this spot. Mr. Lee is very cool and it’s very conveniently located downtown. Mr. Lee did such a great job on my feet I decided to get my nails done also.Great experience & Great place to get your feet down right. I feel like a New Man. Thanks, Mr. Lee, I’ll be back next month for sure.

I waited nearly 1 hour, as two people had recommended this place to me. I asked only for a pedi without any nail paint, just the scrubbing and removal of dead skin and was charged 25 bucks. Too much for that plus the wait. My place in Olympia WA is 18 bucks, for a full leg (calf) and foot massage, and they greet ya when you enter! Not impressed with this place.

Made an appointment for 4:00. Got there at 3:55. There were 4 people waiting in line in front of me when I arrived, one who said she didn’t have an appointment. The employees could care less that it was time for my appointment and told me they would get to me after everyone else. Needless to say, I left after waiting 40 minutes and still not being helped. :)

Have been going to this nail salon for over 17 years! Never had had a nail fungus, always gave me what I wanted! Love Lee and Tu. ❤ They have even stayed open past business hours to make sure I am happy. And even calls me before any business closing, or vacation to make sure I can still get my nails done! Wouldnt go anywhere else

Walked in and got right in!I got a mani pedi and thought it was very fair priced.. better than my prices back home.The place was clean and I actual saw him cleaning the common areas while I was drying.Overall good service.

I absolutely adore the techs here. Lee is the king of nails. Tu is the queen of the pedicure. I dont know the name of the new tech but hes very sweet and friendly. I have gone to this shop for years. You really should go for all your hand and feet beauty needs. Just remember not to go in with a superior attitude. These are great people who happen to be foreign born. Treat them with respect.

Been a long time customer were talking 17yrs same nail tech.... Over the years he has become so rude to me than it is officially time to part ways. Its an up charge for everything and when requesting something theres an attitude or a refusal and still expect the same pay. Sucks to have to find someone new but I want what I pay for and bad customer services and up charge isnt 1 of them.

They deserve NOT A SINGLE STAR!!! Terrible. I hope you read the reviews before going. They refused to let me soak off my acrylic tips because it took to long, and they instead ruined by nail beds by scraping off my acrylic tips by using an acrylic tip. The lady then buffered my nails in a harsh, and honestly painful, manner. Another employee then was assigned to give me an overlay. The workers acted as though they were not aware of what an overlay was, and pressured me into getting a new set of acrylic tips ; which was aggravating but fine. The employee then does additional buffering which at this point is tearing my cuticles, and thinning my nails further. End of story.. my cuticles are hurting, my acrylic tips are loose on DAY 1, part of the skin on the side of one of my nails is torn and hurting, and I feel as though I have been disrespected. Lastly, I am most irate at the fact that I paid before receiving service. They truly taught me the lesson that you live and learn. Never going back... worst experience ever. This is my first time posting a negative review; I hate to be negative, but people need to be warned.

She was not slow... And yet she wasnt speeding through to get me out the way. My feet felt amazing. Really took care of the dead skin on my feet. The only thing is the outside look doesnt seem very welcoming

I always get my nails done. I came to this place because its close to my work place. Got a full set, gel polish, had them 4 days and broke two nails that broke off right in the center just by opening a face mask package. They were obviously poorly done. And when i returned to have them fixed, they tryed to charge me. Any other place woyld repair them at no cost and in return i would have still tipped. Terrible business. Dont waste your time or money

The way they remove gel nail polish is very long and harmful to your skin and nails. Having my fingers soak in acetone for 30 minutes is not good. No manicure was done just a color change.

Horrible Nail Shop!! I asked for gel but instead they gave me regular polish the lady was rude and demand for extra money and they injured my pinky fingernail causing it to throb and painful. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone unless they want a painful nail or crappy art work.

While visiting in Louisville, I stopped at Fashion Nails to get a pedicure. I went to Fashion Nails because is was located close to the hotel I was staying at. They required me to pay upfront which was odd. However I paid the requested amount of $30. I picked the design I wanted. When they finished doing the pedicure and painting my toes it was nothing like the design I requested. I asked them to redo my paint and they told me no. I tried to resolve the issue and they stopped speaking to me! They began speaking in their native language and dismissed me totally. Appalled at their behavior, I left unsatisfied, disrespected, and annoyed that theyjacked for my money! They would not repaint they design nor refund me any of my money back. In fact they stated I would have to pay $5 more to correct their error. I Dont live in Louisville, but I advise anyone who does or visitors not to go there!!! Horrible establishment, service and communication!!! I read online they have nothing but horrible reviews. Buyer Beware!!!
