They need to update their rules/policy.Pulled up thinking they accept walks ins. No they do not, sign on the door states “appointments only”.I called to set one up & nothing is available until Tuesday ….. today is Saturday (I’m assuming this a very small nail salon).Also they want a $10 deposit for appointments..All this is fine & dandy but this needs to be displayed on a bigger sign outside the establishment OR online!

I brought my sister-in-law here to get gel manicures. I had never been before and was so amazingly impressed. The staff was amazingly welcoming and made the both of us feel so comfortable. Love this PlaceWent here originally for a pedicure which Ive never had done before! She gave me a great deal on nails and toes for my vacation! I had a great time talking looking at the colors. I would definitely go there again and tell my friends! 5* Id give more if I could. Very nice atmosphere

I had a wonderful overall experience at Lola Nails and Spa! I had never tried Lola nails until yesterday, and I will definitely be back!Linda is amazing. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted to have done except that I wanted a full-set, so she made some recommendations and made sure to find something that would make me happy. I ended up getting this gorgeous nude color set...so simple, yet elegant looking, but there is a little fun kick to them because they glow in the dark!! I have already gotten compliments on my nails today, and I think they look beautiful, but I am also having fun with the fact that they glow in the dark, too!Because I had such a wonderful experience, I have already made another appointment with Linda, and I plan on taking a friend with me so that we can both get pedicures this time. Cant wait!

Best shellac manicure I’ve ever had PERIOD. Everywhere else I have been to, my shellac would only last 5-7 days and begin to chip. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I came here and they still look fresh! I’m also from WA state and the hospitality that Linda and Dan showed me was one of a kind. I got my finger nails and toes done yesterday; it was the best! Usually I dont bring my daughter because she wont just sit there but the owners gave her a fruit cup, and Legos to occupy her.. She even let her sit in the massage chair next to me and polished my daughters nails free of charge💅 Shes 3 and of course we are lifetime customers now😊 I never expected so much hospitality❤

Rude, abrasive, and argumentative. I went thru reviews online and liked Lola Nails work and raving reviews. Came in to the shop getting ready to sign in I asked about dip. When she told me she didnt do dip I let her know that somewhere on the site, in the reviews I had read they do dip and she might wish to correct that so there is no more confusion. While my mind told me to switch to gel to try something new... The rude woman called me a liar. Didnt want my business... Im not going to make u take my hard earned money. Service means nothing with that kind of ice out personality. Rude, no personality, bad attitude.

When we walked in we were greeted with “can i help you...” we said yes we both want pedi’s, the lady then told us she couldnt serve us today unless we had a appointment, why ask us? the place looked ran down and smelled like dirty fish water. horrible service

Dan and Linda and their son are the most loving people you could ever meet when you come in they welcome u with warm smiles. Dan does my pedicure he is wonderful and Linda makes me laugh while doing my nails and they look fabulous when they get finished.

Went here for the first time today. Was going to get a manicure. Wasnt greeted by anyone at all when I came in. One lady (Lady A) told me she would give me a manicure, because she was almost done. Some lady (new customer) and her kids came in and the lady (Lady A) who was going to do my nails pushed me off on someone else because she knew the other lady with kids. What a joke. No customer service. I wont ever walk back through those doors.

Loved it! She did an amazing job on my nails the shape is perfect and she was friendly and hilarious.

Beyond the excellent pedicure, the personalities of everyone there would bring me back time after time. Sadly, the nine hour drive from my house is prohibitive, so Ill have to settle for seeing them next year!

Its a nice lil setup. But they gossip every time I went in there. I hate that lame stuff. My nails looked like crap. And I dont think I will be going back any time soon. Oh and one day they tirned me down but theyre sign clearly said open. I guess they dont like money lol. But even the men in their gossiping like preteen school girls! You can still be ghetto and not be in the hood! And thats what it is Ghetto to the wiiiinndoooow to the waaaaaaal!!!!!!

Overall its a nice place but WARNING!!!! If its busy dont go, because theyll turn you down. Due to being understaffed. I love proffesionalism just like the next person. But as soon as I heard the staff cussing and gossiping like they were at home was a complete turn off! They were very nice but waaaay too comfortable with their clients. Gossiping about previous employees, and cussing in front of childeren! Thats a NO NO in my book. And theyre overpriced. I think there is only 1 nail tech and theyre slow on everything and everyone! Wont spend any money there no more!!!!!!

Groupon introduced me to Lola’s Nail Salon. Upon purchasing a Groupon for less than $20 for a shellac manicure and paraffin dip. The first visit was a dream. But the following visits were nightmares! There were more Nightmares on Newburg Road than Elm Street. I was super impressed with my first visit and threw cautious spending to the wind with a shellac manicure and pedicure on my 2nd visit. As my pedicure was being performed which was after the manicure I was advised of a mistake during the polish application on my fingers. (After spending 2+ hours in the salon.) I was advised that regular polish was used on the bottom coat and a glitter shellac was applied on top. They apologized and advised that “at least we advised you of this mistake”. As if not advising me was an option???? When I landed in my house late that evening I scratched my pant leg to find polish peeling from my fingers like a sunburn scab. Needless to say I returned the next day. The polish was removed and reapplied accurately. Afterwards the owner gave me a $20 dollar gift certificate.In over 5 years of being serviced at various nail salons a mistake such as this had never occurred. The gift certificate was abandoned in my purse for awhile until I finally calmed my nerves enough to attempt to redeem it. So this is when the poor customer service and management reaches it’s boiling point on visit No. 4. (I forgot to mention that it was snowing when I had to returned for the fix which brings the total visit count to 4.)During my 4rd visit I was advised 1+hour before close that I couldn’t be taken because 4 people were ahead of me. While there was more than 2 nail techs in the salon for some reason the Open sign was on but they weren’t really Open. All such advertising materials say close occurs at 8PM. I have never been turned away for service at a nail salon regardless of customers ahead of me. And I have never shredded a gift certificate until this experience. With this, if you are serious about your nails and customer service this is not the environment for you.
