Great pedicure, dipping powder nails were on too thick. Plenty of colors to choose from. Decent customer service. No price list and the prices are pure robbery. $170 for gel pedicure, regular pedicure and 2 sets of dip powder later...one and done!

This was my first experience at CND Nails, and it will be my last! They are dishonest!I wanted to do something special for my moms 80th birthday, so I called CND Nails and talked to Tom, the owner. He quoted me $20 for a manicure, $35 for a pedicure, or $50 for both. That sounded reasonable, so I made an appointment for both. I accompanied my mom to the appointment so I could pay for her visit when finished. Upon checkout, Tom charged me $70! When I told him he had quoted $50 on the phone,he said he charged more for the color polish my mom chose. Huh? $20 extra for a pink polish that looked like any of the other pink polishes? He hadnt mentioned this at the beginning, only after the job was done. I confronted him, but to no avail. I did not want to embarrass my mom or ruin her birthday experience, so I paid Tom but told him he should be upfront with his customers instead of quoting one price and doing extras without their knowledge then charging them more at the end.

Clean, friendly, professional, nails looked great on my child & myself. Went the extra mile. Masks were worn by all staff & guests though I wish reminders were given to guests to place mask over the nose.

Awesome job every time I have went. Even when they are busy. I have had my nails done by Daisy and Lee and both did great job!

An excellent place for manicures and pedicures...Feels like a premier spa treatment. Feet, forearm, shin and foot massages... Amazing!

My nails turned yellow within a week and they refused said they didn’t have any uv top coat. I’ve gotten my nails done for 17 years and this is the first place that wouldn’t put top coat on to keep the French looking great longer. Nails are not supposed to turn like this I don’t know if they are up to health code or not

INCREDIBLE pedicure experience! I’d heard several rave reviews from close friends, but was a little leery to try CND after reading some of the negative online reviews. Im SO glad I went anyway! I was so politely greeted at the door and temperature checked...immediately noticed how clean and professional the salon is! The storefront view makes it look small, but it is enormous inside— with at least 35 massage chair/pedicure stations, Chandeliers, the works! I was in the chair for OVER an hour, while Shae meticulously transformed my neglected feet and toes! The BEST PART...3/4 of that time was spent MASSAGING my feet and legs with salt scrubs, oils, and HOT STONES!🙌 It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough! Don’t give it another thought—schedule your appointment today! And ask for Shae!!

I am notorious for being extremely picky about my nails. Tom did an excellent job of meeting all my expectations and was very patient with my many little questions. First time in my life I havent had to ask someone to fix something before leaving! And their pedicure massage chairs are [amazing]!!!! To top it all off, their prices are reasonable and they use very reputable product lines. A+

Most relaxed I have been in a while. They put lotion on your legs and massage it in with hot stones! I almost fell asleep during my pedi.

If you arent going here for your pedicures, youre missing out. Hot stone, sugar scrub, smart massage chairs. Its amazing!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. Recently, I have been treated poorly each time I have gone, but this past time was the last straw. I had the manager, Tom, and I have never had someone so rushed when doing my nails. I left with raw cuticles and sub par nails, paying full price. When I left, I noticed that he had not finished my nails completely and so I went back in. Upon return, I was greeted poorly and he seemed angry (when it was his fault to begin with). All I can say is I will not be returning.

I once loved this place and swore off all other nail salons. Then the service began to go down each time I went in. I would ask for acrylics on my big toe and a pedicure. The last two times I have gone here they could not complete this. I did Complain today and told them I would not return. I would like to say there are many positives about this business but sadly the bad outways the good for me now.

By far the best nail salon in Louisville. Very friendly staff, convenient hours, and great pricing. I wont go anywhere else!! Thank you Tom and staff for always making my hands and feet look great!

I’ve never had someone rush so quick on my nails, they over booked schedules and had to switch me in the middle of getting them done. i got dip with tips and my right hand nails were so much longer than the left and the shaping was uneven and different. after a couple days my hair was getting caught badly on both thumbs and pointer fingers. i always take off my dip myself but ive never had them slip off as easy as i did from the nails i got done here because they were put in so pourly. on top of that the guy was barely paying attention while doing my nails, i didn’t feel comfortable having look away half the time and trying to talk on the phone and take appointments the whole time.

This is by far the most wonderful nail business in the city of Louisville!! They are a cut above ALL the rest. You are treated like family ❤️ Go check it out, you will be hooked.

Will never go back! Once this place expanded their business they got very greedy! They get you seated for a pedicure and then you have to wait 40 minutes, This happened on more than one occasion! I am not sure what is wrong with the manager he hollers, yells and is very aggressive. Go to Holiday Manor there is a great nail salon there that does an excellent job!

After a tragic event my normal nail salon had closed and I was looking for a new one. After asking around I decided CND was a good choice. Tom did my acrylic nails and KC did my polish change on my toes. I walked out feeling great despite how much higher the price was than most other places I had been. Maybe the money was really worth it? No. It was not. Not 2 days later one nail popped off in one piece as I was unbuckling my seat belt. I went back and he fixed it free of charge. I thought that was good service and I was happy once again. It has been 4 days since the start of all of this and I’m now missing FOUR more nails in addition to the one that was fixed. So I’m out $48 AND am missing nails AND am leaving for vacation in a day. I’m so disappointed and am hoping I can get them all soaked off and redone somewhere along my travels.

I had heard a lot of good things about this salon so I was excited to go to get my nails done for my engagement photos here. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The staff was not friendly whatsoever, they didn’t even greet me when I came in the store and the man (who I think was the manager) was actually yelling at the other women working at the salon while I was getting my nails done. Meanwhile, the lady doing my nails took over an hour to finish them, they looked worse than any dips I’ve ever had done before, and they started peeling up today (less than 3 days after I got them done). Definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend.

Best place for a pedicure in Louisville! A hot stone leg massage included is in the price for a regular pedicure and you get the most for your money!

Everyone here is so friendly, prices are very reasonable, & great quality service. They do the best pedicure Ive ever had! Also, Gracie does the most amazing gel/shellac nail--absolute perfection! I recommend them to everyone!!

I forgot my LV Eva clutch as I was one of the last pedi client. When I called about it on next business day, I got rude answer as to “ No bag here” & hung up on. I’m so disappointed with their dishonesty.😞

Ive been going here for a couple years and they use to to a great job but recently its rushed and unprofessional. They close at 8 but the last couple times Ive been they start cleaning at like 630 and tonight the lady moping rubbed a dirty mop over my feet while I was getting my manicure. Another girl was sleeping at her nail station. They were all very loud and not friendly at all. Will be looking for another place.

Rude and did the completely wrong color. The guy that did my daughters nail was rude and no matter how many times she explained what she wanted she got pink sparkles. Never go here. He was obnoxious to her also.

Been here three times for pedicures only. Staff is thorough and doesn’t make me feel like they’re rushing me out. Polish stays in the longest I’ve ever had. Update: went in today for a pedicure and the person cut my toenail back at least a 1/8 from my skin. I now have a raw place that will have to be watched for ingrown nails. The entire pedicure was uncomfortable with her digging and cutting my skin. She kept apologizing and I had to ask her to stop twice. Wont be going back.

My nails were terrible! They man who did them, Tom, supposedly the manager, did the worst job. He was in the biggest hurry, I got dip with tips, and my cuticles, were all torn up, and it was horrendous. I went with my friend, and hers turned out great, she went to Bunry, and she took her time and was careful! I will not be going back, anytime soon.

All was good EXCEPT the constant chattering of the nail techs. What could have been a relaxing hour was ruined by all the 10 techs carrying on many different conversations all at once.
