She seemed rushed and not Very attentive to my nails. I was told she could do simple art work (leaves) and after a couple quick trys, I was told she could not.This was by far the quickest manicure I’ve ever had. The ends are Smeared and the wedding is tomorrow.

This is the BEST place to get your nails done!!! I get dip and they last 3-4 weeks without chipping! Everyone is professional and nice! The place is very clean too! I will never go anywhere else! Lynn and Kim are the best!

I usually get dip with tips and they always do an excellent job! My nails last for 3-4 weeks and I do lots of physical activity including sports practices. They are always super nice and always make my nails look great! I have also gotten acrylics with regular polish and even the regular polish didn’t chip and looked great and stayed on for 3-4 weeks. Overall, I highly recommend! :)

I got a full set here Saturday (7/17). On Monday, 2 of my nails had already fell off. I didn’t spend money and time here just for my nails to get messed up.

I am so frustrated! I was just charged $20 extra because I asked for the polish that doesnt chip on my toenails. She said sure, we can do that. My pedicure went from being $28 to $48 without warning! I also couldnt not leave a tip regardless of how man I was so I paid $53 for a mediocre pedicure. Will not be back. I feel like I was semi conned. I was expecting to pay a little extra but +$20?!

I had a good manicure there a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it, so I set a pedicure appt. My feet are much drier in winter months. I arrived, got in the chair and went for the Deluxe pedicure. She took her time & did a great job, using 3 creams on my feet, then wrapping my lower legs with warm towels. Lasted at least 35 minutes & Felt awesome! I work on my feet, and yesterday they were still renewed from the soothing treatment. Im a 240 pound male by the way. I plan to go back for another manicure next month.

DON’T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I’ve never written a review on google and had such horrible service, I felt the need to. The man that removed my dip RUINED my nails. His thumb was visibly and actively bleeding while he was touching my nails which is so unsanitary. Then, he had the drill going so fast, he was burning my nails and it felt so uncomfortable. LASTLY, my nails are a dark red and are so painful from where he drilled too much of my nail off and they are very uneven with dip still on them. WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO. I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to rate it somehow.

I came in on a Friday, so I expected to be busy, but the nail tech I had just kept failing at paying attention to me and my nail needs. He was on the phone, called 3 different people, then talking in another language with the other nail techs the whole time. A younger girl tech sat next to him and they kept talking in another language and then she kept asking him in English dont you have another appointment? he answered yes they will be here soon she replied you better hurry then! and then started to breeze through getting MY nails done.Its Monday and they are already chipped and see through. He did a french manicure poorly and with gel nails thats hard to mess up which is why I get that extra bit for the services longevity. He also painted my toes and it all cost me $47. I DID NOT tip him. Nor will I ever tip someone who is so unavailable to me during a service I am being provided and still have to pay for it.The reason they are getting 2 stars is because when I called on Tuesday to complain they told me that there is a week (7day) guarantee for gel nails and all I had to do was come in and get them redone. That is a plus, but after this nail techs lack of attention, I wont be coming back again.

I had a bad experience at the Pro Nails salon inside the Oxmoor Center. I went there for a set of nails. The Nail Tech. kept hurting me for several times even I told him that I was hurting. He seemed to enjoyed hurting me at the time and acting very very unprofessional laughed and kept going like nothing. He told me, he is the best Nail Tech. in here and if I seat on the chair to the side of him, she will hurt me more because she is not licensed and does not know how to do nails which I could not imagined. Well, I did not know there is unlicensed Manicurist in the Salon until he told me and no wonder why he hurt me. I will not recommended this Nail Tech. to any one. I like to post this message days ago but I was busy until now have some me time. Thanks

I stopped by at Pro Nails last week for a pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure, which is their no 1 recommended service by their staff. I decided to give it a try. It felt fabulous. They also have different scrubs, masks and paraffin dip. All the techs spoke English and were friendly. It was a clean atmosphere inside. I would try this again, when I am in Shelbyville/Oxmoor mall.

I went here and felt rushed. I don’t even know the ladies name who did my nails but she sat probably abt 3 seats from the back. They don’t even use gel polish with their dip which is odd but nonetheless, Service is horrible and I hated the fact that I sat beside 3 people who didn’t pay before their services ended, yet the lady doing my nails told me “no honey you have to pay before I can finish”. I didn’t have a problem paying, I just didn’t understand what she was asking for at first. It’s NOT worth it, they take short cuts, they rush, and instead of soaking my DIP off, she drilled it off and claimed “this won’t hurt your nail, I know what I’m doing”. she even ended up filing my nails crooked then blamed it on the person that did it before. Sad, I WILL NEVER go back there. Service definitely doesn’t match prices!

Wouldn’t advise you to go here, they were rough and my nails didn’t turn out great. They are bumpy, crooked, and over all uneven. I asked for coffin and came out with like a almond square. My nail beds are deep red. Wouldn’t waste money and time if I were you. I felt so rushed.

When they did my nails they did the cuticles wrong so my fingers started bleeding, they look like they were rushed, and my sister did not get what she asked for.

They didn’t listen to me, gave me the wrong color. They rushed to get done so my nails are funny shaped. Don’t waste time or money here!

This nail salon gives the best pedicures. The deluxe options are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend stopping by here when you come to Oxmoor Mall.

NEVER COME HERE. THE GUY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY NAILS. HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FILE AFTER I TOLD HIM THE SHAPE I WANTED (standard). He glopped on the nail polish so I made him take it all off and re do. My nail beds are dark red meaning be destroyed my nail bed. Not to mention my nails are bleeding. Instead of trimming the cuticles he was PULLING back my skin. Very very very poor service. He also didn’t size the nail correctly so my nails look like trashy triangles. Horrible place.

I hate giving bad reviews. Unfortunately, I paid for a shellac manicure and the entire set was peeled off by midnight that evening. This was after I came back in an hour after my appointment to get one nail fixed because it already started peeling off. They did not use the correct product. I think they skipped the first layer of clear coat for shellac. A total waste of money.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional, they quoted me a price for the tip and dip, and they want to charge more than they initially quoted, they started arguing back and forth. Finally they agree on the price . Asked to have my old nails soaked, gave me the smallest container to put both of my hands in, very rudely pull both hands out and start removing the old acrylic, she was very rough when filing and dipping my nails . Long story short I WIll NEVER RETURN TO PRO NAILS. I don’t like to give bad reviews to businesses, but it was very poorly customer service .

The nail techs acted as if they knew what they were doing. When really they didnt and they wanted to charge for any and everything. An hour and a half after leaving and after sitting under the dryer for a very long time, my nails were still getting dings in them and half my rhinestones had fallen off. Are you kidding me? That is ridiculous and I refused to go back even for them to try and fix them. Dont go here!

Absolutely awful service and rude employees! i dont have an hour to post a review, but to sum it up as simply as possible the employees are out of line making inappropriate comments about customers, even right to their face, and they are terrible at doing nails. i went in for a mani pedi and left eith my nails looking like my e year old had done them. no, im not kidding! i wish i could upload pictures. i ended up talking to the owner mimi, who asked me to text her some pictures so i did. she told me to come back in some time for them to be redone by one of her better techs and when i texted her back asking to go in, she said we will paint them only needless to say, i didnt go back. instead though, i went to KY nails and had an amazing pedicure. i will definitely continue to go to KY nails and i will never set foot in this place again. dont waste your time or hard earned money. you will regret it....and by the way, youll notice the owner, mimi pham, below gave her nail salon a 5 star review because nobody else will lol

Ive had two pedis and a mani here in the last two weeks. Mani was good but both pedis were rushed. The first chipped within a day and the second was sloppy. Their prices do not match their service. Highly recommend that you do NOT go here.

I only got to Katia! Shes the best nail tec, I get balerina nails like you are on Instagram but Ive been getting them before they was popping! After my nail tec left for Florida, Katia was my last hope and she kills it every time! When ever I have a style the shop doesnt have to provide, she hooks me up herself the next time with her own kit! If she ever leaves Ill go somewhere else!

SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Horrible experience here- I got shellac 3 weeks prior to this that only lasted 3 days & I was rushed the entire time... so I should have known. Going against my judgement, I went in to get a pedi/main. The nail tech started my pedicure with cold bath water (rushing me to sit down and start when I had just walked in the store) & started the pedicure before I even told him what I wanted. The pedicure lasted 7 MINUTES TOTAL (supposed to last 30) and he was very rude.. 7 mins? It was a joke. I then got a manicure afterwards, hoping it would go better & trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. NOPE. The nail tech rushed through everything. He didnt take off all of my old nail polish before painting with the new nail polish... he cleaned under my nails on one hand, but not the other. He made me BLEED and left my nails chipped, filed unevenly, old (dark) nail polish along the edges and the new polish was smudged. It was horrible and VERY EXPENSIVE. I immediately asked for the manager, Mimi, and explained what had happened asking her for some kind of compensation or re-doing.... She specifically said their policy was no returns, no exchanges and no compensation. She even brought the nail tech who I complained about into the conversation and asked him if this was true... he (of course) said No and they both made a huge scene. It was very embarrassing. The manager made me feel like I was lying to her & it was my word against his. I showed them my nails and how horrible they looked and she reluctantly re-did them. I was there forever & it took up my entire evening. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS! DO NOT GO HERE.
