These ladies are awesome yall! They were so nice and friendly. It was my babys first time getting a big boy haircut and the girl who did his hair did such a good job! He has curly hair and I asked for a scissor cut and she was so accommodating even tho it took more time. I really appreciated it! I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout out!

Walked into the New Braunfels Locker Room Salon at 3 pm on Saturday 9/4/2021. When I approached the receptionist desk, I was not greeted in any way. I was, rudely, asked if I had already checked in. I answered, “no.” I was then told that they were not taking anyone else for the day. The “open” sign was on and the hours of operation stated they were open until 6pm. I have had my hair cut at this location since they opened. They have lost a customer for life and I will share my experience with everyone I know.

The place isnt bad just the lady my son got. Sadly i dont remember her name but she was in her early 40s with long blond hair. For starters she was a bit rude and didnt listen to me at all.I showed her a picture of somthing my son pick out and I understood that he wasnt gonna get it styled like the picture and i told her that but we just wanted the basic hair cut and that I could style it at home. All she said was Ya that would take a lot of product and I dont do designs... I said that We just wanted that kind of cut, we like the style of it and that its a bit long.She cut so much of his hair off and left it choppy. I honestly could of done a better job and i wish I did.The place is good but she is not.

I just called to schedule an appointment. Concha (sp?) was rude, short and assumed I was needing something last minute this evening. Without asking me which day, I was told nothing was available this evening. After I corrected her that I wasn’t looking for this evening, she states that they don’t offer appointments. Basically turning away my business over the phone. If I’m going to do a walk in, it will be somewhere else with friendly stylist.

Sent my husband to take my ‘nervous to get his hair cut’ five year old son to cut his hair this afternoon. He came back with this terrible hair cut. It is very noticeable that it wasn’t blended properly. :(

I wish I could give zero stars. No customer service. RUDE !! Don’t trust the online check in bc if you get there and the next person available to give a cut doesn’t want to give a kids cut they just take the next person that walks in instead and changes your wait times to longer. What a shame bc they just lost a loyal returning customer. I will never be back and will never refer anyone there ever again.

I think the price was for a shampoo and haircut but she didnt shampoo my hair r even offer to shampoo it. Last time I was there they offered me a shampoo. Maybe she had to pee!

And again very disappointed and it will be the last time my son gets a haircut there. online check in is a waist of time. I always drop of my son for his haircuts. we had a 72min waite with check’n my son goes inside an 15 minutes early and is told he has a 30min wait which was fine. 1hour later still no hair cut and was told if the other 2 people don’t show up we will take him. So I had to say something for them to take him. The haircuts are not always Great. but there are few we ask for to get a decent haircut and that is when I take my son to get a haircut there. When locker room first opened up it was Great but it has gone down hill. very upset mom

A little disappointed on their online check its never accurate 😪 waste of time. Still have to wait additional 30 minutes. 1. Either update the software so the systems can talk to each other so it could be more accurate. 2. remove the early check in option.3. Possible make appointment early payment to reserve the spot. Ms Concha shes awesome.

Fast and not too crowded..The girls there all know what theyre doing. They offer small talk to make time irrelevant. Place is clean. They cut your hair the way YOU want it, not how they think you should have it.

This was the first time I went to this location. Stylist was really friendly. I arrived right after they opened but the doors were still locked. There was no line and I was sat right away.

Wait was short, a free beer is a plus. But the cut was mediocre at best. Ive had much better cuts done much quicker.

Christina did a knockout job on my straight razor shave on my head. 100% professional and the steadiest hands. She took her time and did the job right. Simply amazing 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Been her couple times and this time im disappointed. Technician named Concha did really bad. Told her to cut 3 inches but she made my hair spiky

Waited 30 mins during non-peak time with one stylist, 3 customers waiting. Second stylist shows up enters the facility without a mask, even though sign indicates Masks are Mandatory. Socializes with staff for 10 mins after station is prepped. Stylist cutting hair is totally missing the mark with a tapered look. Very disappointed, store will probably file for bankrupty in 6 months or less.

The stylists here are AMAZING!!! I have three small boys and the stylists are always so patient and kind. They have TVs at every station and always offer for the boys to watch TV. I highly recommend them for childrens haircuts. My husband also goes here and loves it.

Understaffed, left me waiting two hours after told it was an hour wait, then allowing online appointments ahead of me even if the appointment were scheduled after I scheduled my in person. Unfairly prioritized. If I stayed I would have waited 3 hour total, but will not be returning.

Been a customer here since they opened And it seems they have a hard time getting their stylist to come in to work some days I tried to check in online and theres only one stylist available in the middle of the day with a 2 hour wait. think I will start going somewhere else to get my haircut.

This place is GRRRRRREAT!!! Charlotte Mckinnies is the best thing clipping in that place. Her workplace twin, Laura, is pretty colllld too. The entire staff can really cut, they are as good as any neighborhood barbershop. I too was sleeping on this place but found out first hand, they cut as good if not better than any male barber as well. No razors, 😔, but you really will not know the difference. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My son loves getting his hair done here great friendly staff and they are so good with kids . My son is 7 and a wiggle worm and they do such a great job on his hair .

Here on a Saturday at opening time. The wait time is over an hour. There are only two girls working when the weekend is supposed to be the busiest. This place has been busy from the time it opened. This location needs to invest in more employees or have more people working on the weekend.

Great new facilities with plenty of parking. Nice group of stylists with skills galore. 👍

Great alternative to Sport Clips especially with a free drink (including beer! 🍺) much easier to access compared to the Sport Clips in New Braunfels which is the same Exit as Bucees off 306. Give it a try!

Just another haircut place like sport clips or great clips. They say complimentary beverage but nothing was ever offered. Won’t return.
