They are very nice and very professional! I’ve never had to wait and I typically show up without an appointment I would say they’re probably priced slightly above the norm but for what you get in the pampering as well as the aesthetics of the salon And all that they provide it’s well worth it if you’re needing a relaxing place to go and with very good quality- then this is your place! The last time I was in there my husband went with me and we had a couples pedicure mine was perfect but the woman working on his feet actually nicked his toe and it has been sore for several days I had been meaning to call but never got a chance to reach out!

Absolutely terrible! Would NEVER recommend or do business! And they steal your money. He swipes your card to where it doesn’t read and says it declines. Uses the same card at the their atm..works just fine!Was told I was picky because I didn’t want my nails half painted!Professionalism: there isn’t any

Anthony Vince is nice… BUT the last 3-4 Times i’ve been getting my nails done they rush and act as if they just give up . I got my nails done TWO DAYS AGO. so far, one nail came off and another split in half and yes i was careful due to the fact i get acrylics all the time ! I have acrylics but some of these nails are weak meaning i can literally tell just by touching them which one will be next. July 5, Kevin did my nails…he was nice but the quality of these nails, i suggest he try again on his own until he gets better because i wasted $48 on nails when i could’ve spent $66 for BETTER QUALITY with someone that NEVER disappoints but since i had a Florida trip the next day i wanted to save as much money as i can .

Walked in with no appointment and quickly got seated. Had a pedicure and some acrylics put on by Paul. He did a great job! Had the spa pedicure and lasted a good amount of time. He wasn’t too rough with my nails, which I really appreciate.Nails and toenails look great! Very pleased.

This has become my go-to spot whenever Im in need of a pedicure. The inside is very clean, the chairs comfortable, and the polish selection is impressive. They allow walk ins, and Ive visited in the early afternoon and early evening after work, both times waiting less than 5 minutes before being escorted to a chair. Their prices are very fair, I think, and the service has been fantastic each time. I usually get the 2nd tier pedicure service, one up from the basic, which includes the lower leg and foot massage and hot towel wrap. The entire thing start to finish is just under an hour. Ive been very satisfied with every visit. The only downside to this shop is their cash only policy. There is an ATM inside the salon, however, the usual fees will apply if you choose to use it, so I always make sure I bring cash with me. All in all, this a great option with a slightly upscale feel but with reasonable prices & good service. Id certainly recommend it.

LOVE Kay. She “nailed” my dip, and took the time to make everything perfect. I’m brand new to the area and so glad to have already found a salon that takes its time to do things well.

Very poor service. The pedicure was rushed did not even file nails evenly. Polish chipped off by day 2. Manicure was not evenly polished. I had to ask the girl to push cuticle back which annoyed her so she lthen pulled with cuticle clippers instead of cutting and now I have shredded skin. Dont waste your money.

I use to come here a couple years ago when they first opened (springhurst location) and I LOVED it! I hadnt been back in a few years, but remembered it being a good experience so I decided to go back with a friend. We both had dip with tips, and a pedicure. Terrible experience. both of our nails broke and chipped within the first week, also had little line cracks. My friend went back to get them replaced, and they broke again shortly after. I called them once mine were breaking and cracking, the lady told me she would redo the whole set instead of a refund this happens all the time I thought okay, better than nothing after all I had spent. I went to get them redone and I was told they were my fault, etc. told they would only fix one, not redo them all. I eventually walked out, completely disappointed with broken nails. The customer service is unprofessional.I am better off going somewhere else and getting a new set. I understand some have great experiences here, as I once did too. But, unfortunately not this time. Its a shame. I have never even left a bad review before, but after reading similar reviews, I feel the need to. Especially now after wasting so much money, with nothing to show for it.My disappointment will eventually subside, I just hope this review helps this company improves their business practices.

I have gotten my nails done here for years. Imagine my surprise when tonight they charge me extra based on the shape of my nails. I didnt get anything crazy, dip nails with oval shape. Apparently anything but square youre paying extra now. I have never been to any nail spa that charged for shape!! Just raise your prices, dont make up bs charges.

Please don’t waste your money coming here . They definitely keep the area clean however good service and professionalism is non existent . Third time coming here never had a problem until now . First of all completely unprofessional especially whoever called himself a manager . When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady I am deaf and with the mask usage it makes it impossible to communicate ( I read lips ) she understood and accommodated Me I was very grateful, however when the issue arrived and I had to speak to some gentleman “manager” I explained couple times I am deaf and read lips to write it down or something he didn’t understand just kept speaking to me and asking me what I wanted . I completely understand sometimes it may come out a little messed up and some nail polish remover can remove it and fix it up . If you are running a place and a client complains take ownership and fix the issue he refused to, the guy who did my nails had already left and the gentleman just kept saying to come back tomorrow instead of trying to make me leave happy. I am paying good money to have my nails done the last thing I wanted polish all over my skin . Horrible service, drive another mile or two and find yourself another nail salon.

Needed something last minute, definitely wish I would have waited, wanted a light pink short nude set with acrylic ONLY... Walked out with a tragically done clear acrylic with a nude shellac on top.. couldnt do any of the simple pictures I wanted. The guy was nice but he did cut me a couple of times.paid $43 for a fill-in with one fix and cut down.. would not recommend

Very nice nail salon. Tracy does great eyebrows. Prices arent too pricey. Love the atmosphere.Update: so I finally got my nailsDone here and my experience was great. I love the soothing music and calm atmosphere. The entire staff was welcoming and polite, it didn’t take long to get in on a busy day and my nails wee done in a timely manner. I got a fill acrylic set at $32. They have a huge selection of O.P.I. Shades and well as Gel colors. There is a waterfall wall back where you wash your hands that’s just beautiful. And then have a keurig!! The experience, and quality far exceeds the price!

This used to be my go to nail salon. Now that they use their own gel polish nails chip and fall off within 24 hours- 3 Strikes ur out- gave them a chance. Very poor quality polish. I went in yesterday to get a repair and of course no one wanted to do it- 2 people in front of me had the same problem. I ended up leaving. Go to a salon that uses OPI polish- avoid this place.

Past few times Ive left with cuts on my cuticles. They are so rough when filing and my gel had been uneven ive called them out on it both times and all they do is give me 5 dollars off. Ill be taking my business somewhere else now. I want a relaxing enjoyable experience not anxiety and my hand hurting the whole time.

Went and with a botched dip nail job. Was assigned to Hanh (Hanna) and she knocked it out of the park. She was fabulous and did a beautiful job on my nails.

Worst experience ever. Doesnt deserve even a one star. I dont complain but that was just so pathetic I cant say nothing. Where to start? He was so rough filing my nails that one bled, didnt put the colors on that I chose and when I pointed it out he said itll dry darker but the bottle said neon... not at all what I had picked out. I asked for my nails shorter, he kept them the same length. I cant even tell what he thought the shape was supposed to be because some nails are square, one nail is half coffin half oval, no two nails are the same length. Paint all over my fingers. First and last time ever going to this place. I could have just gotten one bad person that ruined it all but it wont change my mind.

Nail tech was very unprofessional. He was rude and drilled and filed my nail until it bled. Just left the salon and wanted to complain to the owner; however, nail tech wouldn’t step away.

I have been coming to Anthony Vince at Springhurst since they first opened in 2016. I do pedicures once in a while but mostly do dip manicures. The facility is extremely clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and spa-like. The manager, Heather, is as sweet as can be and very professional. She knows her regulars by name, and never fails to ask me about my family! The quality of the work that is done is great. There’s never a long wait. The choice of colors is amazing. I’ve been to many different salons in Louisville and I always come back to Anthony Vince at Springhurst. They will always have my business!

I went in yesterday to get full set of nails. My 1 day off work after working 11 days straight. I left feeling very furious and wanted to cry.The lady filed my nails for a hr hurt my hands so bad I had soak them when I got home. I was constantly called honey after picking color I was told go back to your seat. She kept talking about me and laughing. I had enough I got up and wanted to leave.

Went for a pedicure with friends and decided to get the $45 spa pedicure. We all got the same thing but my pedicure was completed 15 mins before everyone else. Everyone else received foot and leg rubs and I got nothing. I should have paid for the cheapest pedicure because that’s basically what I got. My big toenails don’t even have polish on the entire toenail. I could have done a been job painting my toenails myself. The person doing my pedicure was rushing and rude. She yelled at me several times during my pedicure and it made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately I have a gift card there that I will have to use so I will visit one more time. After that I will go to KY Nails for the rest of my services.

Hanna was awesome. Very clean and everyone wss really nice. I will return.

The technician was great, my nails are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, pleasant, and furnishings upscale.

Went today to get a full set. The owner was very rude after a couple of my nails were crooked and I realized my my thumb nail was pink. She refused to fix it and very nonchalant. It’s been a few hours & three already snapped off. The girl who did my pedicure was super nice but the owner, very unprofessional and very rude. I will not be back, it subís because their salon is SUPER nice inside 😔

New set of pink and white with gel was $55. Thats very high but my nails were on point.

I love my nails, tech did a great job, but I’ve never in my life paid $75 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I feel like I got ripped off. I asked for gel nails, she put acrylic on. Been getting my nails done for 25 years this is twice the cost it will cost elsewhere. I will not be back.

I loved the place, the atmosphere, even the nail tech. But not even 4-5 days later and within this time frame 3 of my nails have broke off.. and I have no idea how. It didn’t hurt because I didn’t realize till that had already been broken off. I spent $65 on these nails while the would be $40 else where and better quality. I was just disappointed.

I have been here a few times for pedicures and they have been decent. They’re usually rushed so if you’re in a hurry, this is a good place to go. Recently I started to get my nails done again and have gotten them done twice at this salon. BOTH times I have chosen the dip powder color and BOTH times they are no where near the same color as the swatches. They will tell you to let it dry and it will be the right color but it’s not. And by that time, it’s too late to take them off and re-do. They also aren’t very good at nail art/jewels. I had jewels falling off before leaving the salon. They did fix that but they didn’t apply the way I have had them apply in the past so I’m not sure if they’ll last. Disappointed in my nails and can’t wait to get an appointment someone that knows what they’re doing. If you’re looking for quick basic manicure/ acrylic nails this is a good place. If you’re wanting anything trendy and unique then this isn’t the place to go.

I visited this salon a week ago to get my nails filled and it was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was ok it was more so the manager who made the visit so distasteful. She kept walking around me speaking in her language and that caused the other nail techs to look at me all weird. I was so uncomfortable. So the nail tech and I had already went over my ending prove and the manager came over and told her a total different price that left me at $48 dollars for a fill in on a basic set of nails. Never wasting my hard earned money there again!!!!!

Like other reviews I picked a color that they didn’t have and they brought one out that was not what I wanted. After this happened twice the nail tech got frustrated that I didn’t want the color she thought was the same. She told me she “didn’t have time for this” which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. All I wanted to do was leave but she had already done the base clear coat. She was obviously mad at me so I just told her to give me a gold glitter because I assumed they HAD to have that. She got the color and did two coats and was done. The glitter was splotchy and you could see through to my nail. They looked ok but the whole experience was so uncomfortable.

The environment is beautiful and relaxing. Their staff is professional, friendly, and did a great job. I love my manicure! Will return!

This place is awesome. Very cool decor and ambiance and clean stations. The staff is pleasant. It is a large salon and they take care if clients quickly.

I was really excited to try this new place out... but I was not very happy at all about how my nails turned out. First off, I was apparently an example to about 3 other workers for the dip powder nail process. When I go to get my nails done, I go to relax, not have 4 women talking to each other the whole time in a different language. Second, she cut me on several of my cuticles with her drill, and they hurt for about a week. Third, when I asked for matte top coat, the lady actually doing my nails questioned, why do you want matte? It looks much better with shine. Mine have shine. Matte is dull. It shouldnt matter to you, theyre my nails and I wanted a matte coat. Then one lady watching said, why isnt it shiny? It looks bad. .. she doesnt like shiny things. So Im already annoyed and not able to relax. Then once all the color is on, she runs her drill around the edges to get excess glue off my finger. ... It took off everything around the edges on my actual nail. When I left, it looked like I needed to go right back in to fill in my nails. It looked like I had already had them on for two weeks. I ended up painting over them in order to have the color all the way to my cuticles. I will never go here again.

Went in to have my acrylics shortened. When it was done one very kind lady noticed how messed up they were from another location I had them done at and took it upon herself to clean them up for me. They really care about their work here, would 100% recommend.

The atmosphere is so relaxing. The techs are quick and professional. A great place for ANY type of nail service you might need.

Staff is friendly but they havent seem to quite have mastered the dipping powder technique yet. My nails were uneven and sloppy and began to chip almost immediately. Overall the place is clean, and when I got a regular polish pedicure, it looked great. I would just steer clear if you are looking to get the dip powder, or you want something special and unique design-wise.

I have had nothing but wonderful service here. Everyone is so friendly, takes their time with you and does a really good job!! Its so relaxing and calm compared to where I went before, which was a place I felt like they were in such a hurry to get you done. I love it! They have all their all colors grouped together vs where I went before they were all mixed up. Its classy and elegant. Glad I made the change.

This pedicure was just what I needed. The staff was polite. I needed a break and some quiet time so I came here with my mom for a badly needed pedi. The place was busy but we were taken back to the pedi area pretty quickly. Love my toes!

They are rude horrible people who lie to you and steal your money. They will mislead you and then curse you out when you ask for your money back. And tell you that we dont understand. Never ever go to this business because they are terrible.

AMAZING PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE! Atmosphere was relaxing, staff were friendly and nice the entire time. I received a mani and pedi and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Prices are a little pricey but worth it for the luxury feeling salon. Definitely returning to Anthony Vince. I highly recommend.

Worst nails I have ever had . So messy like a 5 year old did polish my nails. I was super excited for the Dipping powder nails but very disappointed the way they did it. The glue is all stuck in my nails. The nails are not even . I feel like I wasted my money . Dont ever get this done at here

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now and was loving it. Recently this year, the quality and care has massively diminished. The past four times my nails have been rushed through. The girls dont ask about the shape or length. They just shoot through it, and when you make a comment to correct what they are doing, they tell you that you should have asked first. When in fact, it is their job to ask before doing. They are rushing through their jobs so much, that the past few times my dip nails either chunk off, starting cracking or chipping. Dip nails are suppose to last two weeks. I am changing nail salons as I keep waisting my money on low quality jobs and paying a higher quality price.

Dont waste your time or money. Did a horrible job in my acrylics, on a brand new set it looks like theyve already grown out (keep in mind this is the same day I got it ) and he just painted the separation. They act offended when you ask them to change something.This is the third time in a row I have had bad service here and will not be back.

The girl that did my nails was nice. But I got a SNS nail service and pedi. I asked if the colors matched somewhat and she said yes but they were very far off. One more pink, the other more coral. It is a little pricier there than other salons I have been to in the area.

Nice decor etc but expensive and by far the most painful and unpleasant pedicure i have ever had.I don’t know the ladies name but she was rough and went nuts with the pointy scissor pincer clipper things on my cuticles and skin til i had to say stop and she cut my toenails way too short to where it hurts my toes til i yelled ouch and said to stop and she just laughed and say “tickle?” To which i said “NO it hurt” and she said “it feel better after a couple hours it normal” umm no pedicure in my life has ever hurt like this and hours later my toes n cuticles are still so sore she cut so much skin away from round the nails til it almost bled it would have if i didnt tell her to stop when she had already done enough damage cutting far too much skin away. My toenails will also probably take a month to grow back as she left me with barely any.Wont be going back even if they paid me.EDIT - said same thing to all negative reviews to “email to make it right” - sent email with pictures - No reply from the owner!

I got my nails done the other day and my nails today still hurt. They drilled so deep and damage my nails bed. I would give 0 stars if I can.
