My first time visiting here was last Friday. I have been to so many shops around Louisville looking for the whole package:1. Cleanliness2. Can do what I want and it’s excellent quality.3. I can talk to and feel comfortable with my nail tech.Every other place I’ve been to (10 other shops) would have one, two, or none of these . Tippi has ALL PLUS MORE. I found my forever nail home!

Juliane did an amazing job on my acrylic set & pedicure. When we arrived she greeted us at the door. I haven’t had my nails done in a long time & she made sure I was comfortable with length, shape & the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable & relaxing experience!

I have been a customer here for over 2 years and each & every time I leave pleased with my experience! The atmosphere is always laid back, good music and great quality of products! My boyfriend and I got pedicures here today & he too enjoyed his hour long wax & hot stone pedi! The owners are always working hard and accommodating! I recommend them as often as I can!

I am absolutely in love with this salon. This is the second time I’ve gotten a full set and pedicure and I am excited to continue to return! The first time they fit me in even though they were appointment only (I didn’t know that at the time) and the second time they worked with me when my appointment time wasn’t going to work for me! The nail techs truly care about their work and I looooveeee that colored acrylic is an option.

Mia and Juliana were amazing. I got mani/ pedis with my 8 year old niece. Mia was so great with her. Mia asked her questions about what she wanted on her nails and explained everything she was doing. It was a great experience for her. I loved the comfortable atmosphere, it never felt like they were rushing. I will absolutely be back.

Q is amazing!! I have tried pretty much every nail salon in the city and this is by far my favorite. I left with exactly what I asked for which hasn’t happened often and I am very happy :)

The staff was great! The technique was lovely for the most part but Im not a fan of having my nails buffed so I opted for a regular paint. But for some reason the technician buffed a tiny crescent at the base of my nails before paint which left an awkward indent thats been growing out now. It also didnt serve much purpose as the paint chipped by day two. I realize that regular paint isnt as durable but when I got my wedding nails done elsewhere the paint definitely lasted a solid four days before chipping. Not sure if it was a paint quality issue. I also think this place would be better for gel anyway so I definitely dont think they have issues as a whole. I just cant say I would personally be back.

Went for the first time today for a gel manicure and pedicure. Both Q and J did a fantastic job, took their time, and got me looking wedding-ready for this weekend. They were friendly and professional, not to mention their adorable pups who hang out at the shop with them! I will definitely be back next time I need some nail therapy and would recommend Tippi to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, professional nail salon.

I did a lot of research and found tippi nail salon and I am SO glad I did. i came in with an idea and they made it happen! Julieann, Q and Mai were so sweet and made my friend and I feel super comfortable. their dogs are adorable and the nails speak for themselves… go see them!!!!!!!!

Tippi nails is amazing from the atmosphere to the service! We had a wedding party come in and they got us in and out pretty quickly. The service was amazing, and staff friendly. The nail designs were very neat, fully executed, and beautiful giving everyone exactly what they wanted. Come by and check them out it’s worth the visit!

I’ve spent literally 10 years trying to find a favorite nail shop where anyone in the shop could do my nails exactly how I wanted. Every time I walk in the door, there is no hesitation on if I’ll like my nails when I’m finished. I LOVE them every time. The best shape, nails never lift, I’ve never had a broken or cracked nail, and I’m lazy so they last about 3 weeks for me, but I could definitely go longer and they would still look brand new. There is always good, upbeat music playing. There’s even two cute tiny doggies that are always there. Making an appointment online is super easy, and I’m always in and out. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. Of all the nail shops I’ve been to in Louisville, New Albany, and Clarksville, this is the one I recommend to everyone!!

They were accommodating at the last minute. They were very clean, professional, and did fantastic work.I work in Steel Toe Boots all day walking along rocks and rail road tracks. Mt feet get calloused real bad, and they made them feel fresh and smooth again.Very relaxing and refreshing time with the wife.

Just moved to Louisville and need a great nail salon? Tippi has amazing service and a clean shop with adorable pups! It was my first time and I will be back!My only critique is lack of transparency up front with costs. I had a gel mani with stick-on designs done and I figured it would be maybe $60-65 but it ended up being far pricier than that ($85). Needless to say, I was a little shocked because I’ve never spent that much on my nails. Lesson learned but my nails came out amazing though!

They really took their time & did an amazing job. They fit us in same day. We are visiting here from out of town & were nervous we’d find a good salon. They nailed it! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here!! Chose this place for the reviews & the dogs!! There are 2 dogs at the Lounge😊 I chose the Tippi Pedicure: soothing with paraffin wax & hot stones therapy. OMG! AWESOME!! They also wrapped my legs in hot towels. No pain, no toe cuts/nicks, very relaxing!! I will return!! They also offered nonalcoholic drinks.

I’ve been searching for the perfect nail psalm to call my own and as a cosmetologist myself, I have very high standards. After unlucky in Kentucky for 2 years of bad nail services, I was blessed. Julianne set up my appointment promptly and professionally and they even sent reminder txt messages. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and could feel the good energy pouring through the salon! Great area too. Julianne discussed my service with my and prepped me before Q came over to do my full set of fresh claws! He was so personable, a perfectionist and a real artist. He did some free hand work as well as stickers and my nails never looked so good! I was a little shocked at the price, but over all the job I feel was worth it bc the quality is unbeatable. And they’re pet friendly! They have 2 super cute little doggies in there and one has a rainbow tail! Adorable. You can tell they’re good people and they make you feel like you’re their friend and not just a customer. Cozy, comfortable & cute. Great experience. 10/10 quality! Will return for my fill in!

The shop was clean. They charge for everything. My pedicure was unremarkable and so was the powder (sns) nails The male owner was less than polite. The whole experience was not horrible but certainly not great or anything I would revisit. For gel polish basic pedicure and powder nails (sns) on my own nails (no manicure) the total was $135 dollars. I would say I paid for the experience or the ambiance but neither was worth $135. The other new customer that checked out prior to me was offered a $12 discount for subscribing to the email list I was offered no such discount. I paid and left underwhelmed and $135 lighter.

My appointment was with Q, whom provided excellent customer service and exceeded all expectations. He was upfront with the price and made me feel welcomed throughout the entire service. I went here several times over the summer for pedicures and they were great each time, unfortunately yesterday my experience was a different story. I got a gel pedicure and a full set. They failed to get all of the old gel polish from my previous pedicure off, it was a darker color and is showing through the new color on my toes, making them look dirty. For my full set, she got the color I wanted spot on, but did not trim my natural nails enough and they were sticking out the sides of my acrylic nails, which were also too thick and lumpy at the base. The acrylic nails were also uneven lengths and were very rough on the ends so I had to file them myself. I felt like my appointment was extremely rushed and I was very disappointed as I have seen they do great work, but unfortunately for me this was not the case. For $160, I shouldn’t have to touch up my own nails when I get home.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been too . The team is super nice and friendly . They are very talented at what they do . It’s always a happy and welcoming environment I felt right at home . The nail technicians here are amazing with their nail shaping techniques and tools. The leg massages for the pedicure are incredible. Great covid protocols are much appreciated.This nail salon only got 4 stars instead of 5 bc they do not condition the cuticles- they only soften them with a hot towel.Even though they dont condition the cuticles, I will become a repeat customer bc their customer service is wonderful and the beautifully shaped nails speak for themselves.
