Kia did an amazing job with my sons haircut! My son has a some slight sensory issues at times with haircuts so much so that we usually take him to a childrens only shop. We gave Sports Clips a try and Kia gave him an awesome experience. From the cut to the wash and shoulder massage, everything was professional and perfectly performed. If I didnt just shave my head for myself Id go there for my own haircuts as well. Highly recommend and we will be back.

I have a medical condition and these people refused to service me. I had a SIGNED DOCTORS NOTE but they were still rude about it. There’s a federal law that dictates you must accommodate those with medical conditions and Sport Clips just laughed in my face. I will not be supporting any of their locations any longer. Worst customer service.

This particular store has the best service of any sport clips I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and extremely quick, and whenever I need a haircut I love going here.

Signed up for a hair cut picked a stylist. The first available stylist asked if i wanted to wait for the stylist is picked or jump ahead. I said ill jump ahead. A guy walks in as Im sitting . The stylist asked me to get up cause it was her appointment. I was not in a rush so I did do . 4 more people were seated as I waited. I was never asked to sit again so I left after an hour and a half wit no hair cut at all and felt unappreciated like my $$ was no good there.

Went today and didnt get the usual good service I usually do. I have pretty long hair so the stylist said we had to shampoo it before she could trim it which hasnt been a problem before, but like I said my hair is long. I did notice that she didnt try to use the spray bottle with water in it at all to wet it before combing it out and trimming, she just jumped straight to shampooing which would have been fine if she didnt charge me for it at the end. I only ever go in for the $17 dollar cut so that was kind of irritating. I was in a pretty passive mood today so I didnt want to speak up about it. Before the cut was done I asked her to taper the back to skin. Every other stylist I have ever had brings out a straight edge razor to do this but she decided to use an electric razor instead which is fine but she went over the back like 20-30 times and really roughly which ended up irritating my skin pretty bad and hurt at the time she was doing it. I shouldve spoke up but like I said before I wasnt feeling very confrontational today. Definitely wont go to that stylist again. I think her name was Lilly, thats what was on the desk where I was getting the haircut.

I went to this location for the first time today, and got my usual MVP. I explained I had bad allergies which triggered some psoriasis on my scalp and I only wanted the AG control shampoo and nothing else in my hair please.After having my hair washed I sat back in the chair and she asked me again if I wanted anything in my hair. I politely declined and said no thank you. I then was waiting for the massage part of the MVP.She then told me she had to and then put stuff in my hair anyway. I had errands to run so I could not go wash it out right away. My scalp is now super itchy my hair feels gross and my scalp has red splotches on it from being irritated with some random gunk she put in my hair. .I will not be going back to this location.Please when a guest says no thank you, please listen.

Ana Avera gave me the best haircut Ive ever had and Im 36 years old. Not only did the haircut come out looking great but the shampoo and hair cutting itself felt wonderful.She is such a professional, if you go Sports clips in Round Rock I would ask for Ana.

Went there on a whim today just after lunch and was introduced to Sara(h) and she did a phenomenal job! Took her time learning how I style my hair and even looked at how it was blended at the part and cut appropriately. She also provided some great pointers as far as caring for and trimming my beard in a fashion that was not an obvious sales pitch to buy additional products. That was the first time Ive experienced such a focus on customer satisfaction, with what seemed to be a genuine smile, in a cut-n-go business model. Strongly recommend her!

As a regular customer, everything from entering Sport Clips and leaving with a successful haircut (MVP, of course!) makes me come back for another appointment. Seriously, its a wonderful atmosphere and knowing that your needs are taken care of. The massage chairs are awesome, and so are the back massagers. Add upbeat attitude and reasonable prices and you have a barber shop that you can call home.

The people are fantastic there and if you do the online check in theres hardly a wait. My regular stylist Becky (who I had for 4ish years) just left there so thats a little (a lot) disappointing but they have plenty of others that do VERY well and theres low turnover so theyre doing something right. Solid 4.8 so I rounded up.

Ive used sports clips for the past 3-4 years and recieved the worst service/haircut from a stylist at this location. When she was ready she welcomed me in but didnt tell me her name or I would be using it. She was a Hispanic lady with face piercings. Barely listened when I told her what I wanted and just started cutting away. She completed the haircut in less than 10 minutes and Ive never had a stylist finish the same haircut in less then 15-20 minutes. She didnt take her time cutting my hair or listening to me.Wont be going back to this location. Trash

Ive been a Sport Clips customer for many years and seen plenty of stylists across numerous locations. Ive had a bad cut here in the past. I even had another store clean it up the next day.Today I used the sign in online feature and even arrived 15 minutes before my suggested arrival time. Ana must have been running late. After waiting 45+ minutes, her shift ended and I was simply dropped from the wait-list. No sorry or explanation. The system should not offer stylists for selection if they cant complete the cut before their shift ends!I wont go back to this location and likely will avoid the chain entirely in the future.

I’m not sure if the store is under new management or if it just should be but whoever is in charge of scheduling needs help. I checked in online and was given an appointment time. I showed up on time and they told me sorry you will still have to wait another 55 minutes or so until we can see you. What???

Got a great haircut! No exaggeration whatsoever....I went in to the sports clips expecting the quality of the haircut do go down since its a chain haircut store, but LETTY which was my hair dressers name, she did an exceptional job and now Im going to continue to visit her as my usual. Definitely recommend this sports clips!

I have been to other Sports Clips locations around North Austin, and this one is the best. The hair stylists are friendly. Sarah did a great job on my hair last time I was there. If you like scissor cuts instead of the clippers, she does a great job!

I use it to determine when to go to this location in particular.Get the shampoo with the haircut, especially if youre not planning on showering right after to get the hair off of you

My stylist was super sweet, space was clean and orginized. Seeing I am a woman, with mid-back length hair, I was specific to ask of someone culd do layers and tapering. I was very specific about leaving as much length as possible, tapering in the sides with lots long layers, and rounded in the back. I now have a shoulder length bob. And I look like hell.Again, super sweet, and will still never return.

My hair goes to Locks of Love. Googles illegal stocking just doesnt give up.

Currently, the government requires masks except for medical exemptions. This location decided to ignore the medical exemptions and turn away anyone who doesnt wear a mask at all, even when they were told the medical exemption by the issued order.

01.08.19 update. Took my son here earlier this week after an appointment He asked the stylist for a 3 on the side and just a trim on top and his bangs. His bangs were close to his lips. They are not above his eyes. Not sure how anyone can equate a trim to cutting off 3 inches. Hes worn a hat to school for the past few days now.-------------------The stylist was friendly, and was able to get me to talk. That doesnt normally happen at barber shops. The only thing I would say is to not ask for Stephanie.Please, do not ask for her. I want to make sure she is available when I and my son go in next time. She is awesome.

Recently moved to the area and of course needed a new place to get my hair cut. I tried a number of different local options but ended my search when I found Round Rock Sport Clips and Stephanie. The shop is close to where I live and Stephanie is an amazing stylist. I am fortunate to have found both.

Ive been going here for roughly a year now and its always a good experience. The ladies that work here are great at what they do and fun to talk to.The MVP package is worth it as well. You get your hair washed, hot towel, and shoulder massage. Very relaxing.

I like ability to bridge the gap between a traditional barber shop and a salon. It give the best of both worlds. I also appreciate that the stylists get to know you and focus on cutting mens hair. That allows them to make suggestions and style that are appropriate for men.

Letty is amazing, she always takes amazing care of me and is really the main reason I come here, you can get a haircut anywhere, but the service she provides would be worth twice the drive. Thank you Letty

It was my 14 year old sons first haircut with Sports Clips. He is very picky and I was surprised to hear how much he loved this place. There was no wait which is always a plus, haircut was quick but very well done. We are extremely satisfied with our experience here.

I have been getting my haircut at this location for years. I used to work at Dell nearby. I went on Sunday 3/26 and got the worst haircut of my life. My hair wasnt cut even and my wife had to go and fix the glaring errors.It was a very weird hair cut experience. My stylist said that she didnt normally work at the store. Then she said that I might be happier going to a salon that specialized in scissors cut as I was getting just a scissors cut. I have never gone to a business where the representatives of the business recommend that you go somewhere else.During the haircut, the stylist got very close to me as she was cutting my hair with her front torso in my face at one point. I suppose that might have been exciting for some young men, but it just made me uncomfortable.At the end of the haircut, my hair was all combed towards the back instead of parted, which was the way that I had my hair when I entered the store. That should have been another red flag sign of the disaster.When checking out, I was presented with a choice of two different tip amounts: $5, which is more that 25% and $7, which was more than 33%. To me, pushing those excessive tip amounts in a place that tries to present itself as a standard haircut chain is ridiculous.I am never going back. Worst haircut of my life.

I got a great cut here. The lady who cut my hair was professional and patient with my indecision. She did a really good job of getting the cut right and making it look good. Outside of the ladies working here, its like every other sport clips; a little bit expensive but a quality cut.

Put my son and I on waiting list. Only for them to not realize we both needed haircuts. At least he was happy. I had two people go before me before I realized they were unorganized and didnt even apologize for skipping over me. Poor service. I didnt even bother waiting for haircut. Wont be back with my son either

Omg i waited a full month to get my sons haircut because last person messed up his hair and edge up. We come here and they messed up his hair so bad his edge up was super high and in a zigzag I had to Tell her stop and ill do it. And she didnt fade his hair like i asked so pretty much we had to pay $17 for her shaving his head, worse experiance I have ever had I highly recommend no one to come here!!!!!

It was our first time taking our son and he had double tornadoes in the back of his head so cutting it in a specific way is a must or the hair will stand up Alfalfa style. 😂 The stylist did a good job with that.
