Ive brought my 5 stars down to 3. Since my 5 star review Ive gone at least 10 more times and every time Ive gone the quality of work has gone down. My biggest issue is that the windows are never clean properly. Always smudges and water stains are left behind. They use the same towel to wipe them off the whole day. Going to Tios car wash down the street and see how they do.

This place does not wash the cars like they use too. Everytime Ive been there in the last 4 times, the windows are always dirty. The restroom smells very bad and the past two times Ive washed my hands and there are no paper towels at all. The manager for the second time say oh, we just ran out. Donteven bother to say, let me put a new roll or more paper towels.I would not recommend this place any longer!

Nice people and they do quick wash. 100% hand wash is advertised in many place but people do machine wash. But this place is actually 100% hand wash.

Busy today had to take 2 vehicles to wash but other than that the service is great I recommend Bobs car Wash or anybody that lives in the LA or East Los Angeles area

Not so good. The vacuuming was bad. Left dirt on the carpet. They left dust on the inside. They didnt put armor all on all the tire. Like they only did halfway. It used to be a lot better. Not going back thats for sure.

Employees treat you like if they known you for years courtesy people skills are very good its worth waiting in line for I will definitely go back again

It was horrible they didnt vacuum the carpet and it had spot over the car. I tired to call but the lady stated she didnt speak English so I drive to Torrance to get my car wash

I really like this place, I didnt think it was packed because there was only 2 cars ahead of Me...there were so many cars on the other side. 🙄 Sadly they did a terrible job. I DONT NORMALLY COMPLAIN...but seriously?! They didnt even clean the inside...besides vacuuming...inside windows are smugged, panels and mirrors werent even touched. Im so disappointed. 😭

Best car wash in the world

Used to be a great car wash, now its just turn and burn. My car is half washed, not going back.

Been coming to Bobs since I was a young child. The atmosphere is one reason I keep coming back. Its a unique experience you wouldnt normally get at just any car wash. On top of that, the price of a wash is very reasonable and they always do a great job! Service is usually very quick, even when its a bit busier.

They work really fast here. Leave the car looking good. Took both our cars here.Our new hand wash spot 💙

Nothing but a bunch of thieves!!! DO NOT GO THERE! BEWARE!! They stole a watch an iPhone and cash out of my car while it was supposed to be “washed” and they aren’t doing anything about it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!

To wax my truck on the weekend comes out to $30. Takes them roughly 20 minutes from the time I hit their driveway. Not very thorough and will have water marks from not blowing all of the cracks enough. Although not the best, they are quick and efficient if thats what you need.

First time there, new car, not too busy. Paid $20, I expected a $20 job. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. My back windows were all spotty, they didnt even work the wax in correctly. And I made it clear that it was my 1st time, if I would have been impressed with the service, then they would have definitely had a new lifetime customer and many more. Because when Im pleased with the customer service, I dont mind going out of the way recommending you to everyone I know. And with more pleasure knowing its my own Raza! But sadly you guys did a sloppy ass job, wont be going back and I already forgot the name of your business. 👎👎👎

Absolutely love this car wash, have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and I will never take my car elsewhere to get washed.They leave my car looking new every time. And just how everyone else has mentioned the workers move as a team to get the job done well.

First time here and will definitely be my last. Service was sloppy, center console was left unwiped, the vaccuming was done poorly, and ontop of that i payed $26 for wax job wich i clearly did not recieve. I still had bug splats on my grill people. Avoid going here unless your a fan of touching up your car after paying extra to have it done professionally!

I usually get the regular car wash, and for the price they do a good job. The only thing I disliked was the perfume of black ice .It was too strong, had me coughing on the chemicals for more than two weeks. Either than that I try to arrive when they open to avoid long wait or come in between the weekdays Monday-Thursday.

I been coming here for years and they are fast and do a good job washing and waxing cars ....I moved from east l.a. for 5 years but I still come back and wash it here that should say how well they do their job thank u to the guys

Always satisfied, I live 19 miles away and come here every chance I get. The workers work as a team and management seems to appreciate and respect them.

Ive been going to this place about 20 years. Id say maybe 3 or 4 times I wasnt completely satisfied.

I like that they dont have machine to was the cars. It is hand was. Service is great.

Fantastic value. They did a good job on the interior, but I did have to ask them to vacuum the trunk. They had no problem with vaccuming it when I asked. if youre not happy with something, just point it out and theyll clean it.

Poor wax service as I had lots white wax still visible & when I pointed out the worker partially corrected. I pointed out again & he wiped one spot, couldnt waste time retelling him to wipe spot by spot! Car wash is fair because inner door jams were dusty, dashboard was still pretty dusty & seats werent vacuumed.

To expensive for east LA, looking for a cheap car wash, good luck in the hood!

Cup holder wasnt cleaned out. Vacuuming wasnt complete. Some trash wasnt thrown out. Part of the windshield was left dirty. The outside of the car still had some dirty spots. Very half assed!

Horrible service. Today was my husbands and my first time going there and we left very unhappy. Poor car wax, wash, and vacuuming, just horrible. The inside still had wax spots visible and it didnt even look like they vacuumed and cleaned the inside as it was still dusty and all. The outside looked just as horrible. We went because we heard good things about the place but NEVER going back.

Love this place. Great wash. Been going there since I was 18 years old, now 57.The olny problem Ive had lately is theyve been hiring alot of you guys and since then things have been disappearing from my car.Things like audio cables, my cars oweners manual, even sticks of gum. Sucks but things are what they are. Now Im more careful what I leave behind when I go.

Went twice before and had a good experience. However, on my third visit one of their employees burned my clutch and they did nothing about it. Left the place with my car smelling like burned clutch.
