By far the worst pedicure I have ever had. We each paid about $65 dollars for gel pedicures which were not done properly at all. There was no cleaning of the nails, my nails were not even cut down nor made even, my heels were left super rough, my “hot towel” was cold, my friend was cut because her tech was attempting to cut at the corner of her toe multiple times and they rushed through the pedicures. Overall sloppy job. Talking and having a conversation with other workers was more important than the quality of their work and it shows. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I went to this place to get gel on my nails and regular on my toes. The experience was horrible. I know some of the language they were speaking through my studies in college and they were kind of rude to say the least. Additionally, my nails started peeling the moment I got out of the salon like the same exact day. I couldn’t get them to fix it because I was one of the last clients to leave that day. I come back the next day expecting them to fix the set I paid 70 dollars for. Typically, when a PROFESSIONAL business has a customer returning because of low quality service normal managers make your needs top priority because they want you to come back not at this nail salon. The salon had customers so they told me I had to wait for this male manicurist to fix a mistake THEY made. I waited and waited and I still didn’t get serviced I had to leave because once again. I had a busy schedule. DO NOT come to this place. They do not know how to do nails especially GEL keep your money please! I could’ve done my manicure myself and it wouldn’t have at least peeled the first day and the MANAGER told me that instead of prioritizing happy customers by making sure my manicure was nice they rather put me last while new customers rolled in for them to scam.

Absolutely loved it! Professional and precise on both my mani and pedi... plus i had the best deep tissue EVER!

Pedicure technician was terrible. I had to remind him to file and buff my toe nails. Big toes are two different lengths. He had trouble understanding me when I told him I did not like them. Staff had to assist him by re-polishing my toe nails. This is why I go to Posh. I need a pristine look. Epic fail!! Back to Posh I go.

They usually do pretty good I do not like the polish and I felt like my service was rushed nail tech did not take her time will be getting a polish change tomorrow

The technician Jesse was very good. However the gal nail polish was terrible. By the time I got home my thumb polish had started peeling. By Sunday two other nails started chipping. I truly feel it wasnt the tech fault it was the nail polish.

First time going to Lotus for service. It is very nice atmosphere and the acrylic smell was not loud and overpowering. My tech was a little rough at first, but it turned out nice. I will go back again.

Went for eyebrow waxing, the table they make you lay on to get waxed has a DIRTY TOWEL & DIRTY SHEET on it (IN A PANDEMIC) that who knows how many people have been on and it’s obviously not being changed or cleaned. Lady did not brush my eyebrows or do any prep before or post wax care when waxing my eyebrows & then took WAY TOO MUCH off of one and brushed me off and tried to argue me down when I told her I was not pleased with how she did the right eyebrow. First and LAST time ever coming to this dirty facility ……

My toes look good but my low review is for two reasons. One, the website says the classic pedicure is $28 but when I went to pay she told me it was $30. I told her that I got the pricing online and then she told me that they haven’t updated the pricing online yet. $2 isn’t a huge deal but it’s the principle. That is false advertising. And the second reason for my low review is because I don’t think the value is there. For $30 you get a quick 20 minute mini pedi. It was really fast and not worth the money.

I just had an incredible experience here for a facial in their spa area! I will definitely come back. The massage room was very comfortable with relaxing music playing. I feel so much better after such a wonderful experience.

These people charged $32 for a simple clear overlay, with no color. I was told that an overlay on my very short nails was considered a full set. Very confused because an overlay doesn’t consist of having to glue tips on and size them. All that was done was simply placing acrylic over my real short nail. As far as being best prices in town, not at all, I’ve never gone to a nail shop & paid over $20 for an overlay with no color, on my nails that are no longer than a few centimeters long. Charging someone $32 for what I got done was completely over charging & taking advantage of your customer. Good Customer service was definitely non existent.

My experience with glassy nails was amazing. Everyone there is so nice and sweet. I always got my acrylics done here.

The spa is big and has many stations. I would recommend it if youd like to get a little girl a mani and pedi as they do have adorable kids chairs. However as an adult my experience was fair at best. The first thing I noticed when sitting in the pedicure seat was the previous customers nail clippings all over the floor besides the chair. That was unsettling. Additionally, my pedicure which included callus treatment did nothing for my heals. I was a bit distracted by my child to notice that the lady didnt even scrape the heals. Additionally, I went in for a manicure and upgraded to dip but was not informed that the dip does not includes any manicure procedures. No hand massage, no cuticle clean ups, nothing but the dip. Had I been made aware of it this I would have stuck to the gel manicure I was originally going in for.The technician who did my daughters services was great and I will happily take her back. However, I will pass on getting any services for myself.

Amy did an amazing, detailed, and professional job with my pedicure and ombre manicure set. I only come to this place because they never turn a customer away and I alway feel happy when I leave.

Paid 65 dollars for two incomplete pedicures. no top coating, crooked and uneven French tip lines, feet are not soft or smooth like usual when leaving a nail salon. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I asked to have a full set too but was told I have to wait till after but its was two ladys two chairs down getting their done and I asked for lashes and the lady didnt feel like doing it so no service. I forgot the person who told me I had to wait wasnt busy and was able to do nails. I lost $42

My experience was great ! I’ve been here twice and the first time my gel polish started to chip alittle the next day, and I came back in and had it fixed with no problems ! My second experience was with Kim she was amazing with my full-set nails ! I love my nails ! Will be returning!

Someone from this shop called me by accident today. I call back thinking it might have been something important pertaining to me, and when I told her of the mistake, she got hostile about it “and stated we don’t call from the business number we call from a cellphone”. I still preceded and told her someone still call me from their number and I was only just calling back. It was almost like to her, no one ever called me from that number, when it shows up as a missed call. If you called by accident fine, but don’t make it seem like I just randomly called the business number when I didn’t. If I ever needed the type of services they offer, I don’t think I would use them, just because of that. If you can become hostile over the phone over a mistake, imagine what type of services you might provide.

I love Lotus Day Spa and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff is always helpful and loving. I am a work from home mom and often bring my baby with me during the day and one of the ladies holds him or plays with him on the rare occasion he fusses. Mrs. Christine does an amazing job with my ingrown toe nails and I am so thankful for her!

I had no wait time as a walk in, and Julie did amazing on my nails. They look so good, way better than Vida nails, because she always double checked with me to make sure it was the shape I wanted.

I was a walked in and they were nice enough to take me right away.i was greeted very nicely and offered me some drinks. I got a pedicure and it was a great experience. They clean my feet and cut all my skin in the bottom and my feet feeling smooth. I also had a great massage and my feet look so nice. Great experience and great service

Decent location.I like a deep pedicure. As a soldier and a male, I need a little more love. Usually, I don’t need a lot, but coming from deployment in an area that didn’t have great service, I need a lot of love. They don’t really message the males well, and they don’t hit the stubborn areas well either. It is a nice store front, nice seats, kind enough ppl... but they could give a little more attention to a fellas dogs! Lol 😂

Yes yes yes. The nail tech who did my nails is amazing. Her professionalism and customer service is out of this world. You know when a nail salon is doing something right when the nail tech cares more about you (the customer). The staff also seem to be happy and treated well too.

The girl who was removing the SNS from my nails was using cuticle trimmers to take them off. They were not ready to be removed this way as my natural nails are now torn up and it was very painful. Despite seeing my discomfort, she kept at it. Several of my nails split in this process because of how fragile natural nails are after SNS is removed. I’ve had SNS removed several times before and I’ve never had someone use cuticle trimmers to take them off. I understand that I’m no nail tech but this seems like the most harmful and damaging way to remove anything from your nails especially due to the fragility of natural nails once they are no longer protected by SNS or something similar. I really wanted to like this place but this is the second time that I’ve been disappointed with the service.

The service here was amazing! Each and every staff member was so polite and friendly! Also they did an amazing job of keeping the place tidy and organized! Cleanliness definitely attracts customers!

My favorite place to get my nails done. Wont go anywhere else. Kat is amazing. Shes friendly and does whats best for the customer. Getting a full set was killing my nails. She suggested taking a break from them and just doing dip powder.

I’ve been to every location and the service is so hit or miss I just don’t want to waste any more money here. Polish the last few times came out ROUGH looking, even gel polish. The shape of every nail is different even when I specify how I want it. I specifically asked to buff the top of my nails because they were bumpy, and my nail tech spent a few seconds barely buffing it, so the overall result was bumpy. Bubbles too in almost every nail. Disappointed used to like this place. Staff seems like they stopped caring.

I had a terrible experience for my first time at this location. I always go to the one on skidaway rd. And I never have no problems there. The nail technician was very disrespectful and I also was over charged. I have been getting my nails and toes done for 20years and I have had every style and shape so I do know how much different designs and sizes and shapes cost. I had still tipped because thats what type of person I am. When I told the nail technician that I was not going to return, she stated that she didnt care. I think her name was Christina. Try to do better next time when a customer that spends over 90$

I came in this Monday and got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure my gel polish on my nails is chipping already. The salon is pretty but I had to ask twice for her to make my nails even and now its chipping.

They did lashes for me; they were poorly applied and for $35 I could’ve done them. The professional thing would’ve been to refund me my money after I spent $150 in their salon. I’ll never go back and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know about this place

Went in for an SNS today for the first time and while the staff was friendly my nails look absolutely awful. Theyre bumpy and just dont look right for how much I spent on them!

I have used this facility previously; however, my experience with them this time wasnt the best 😕. There is an upcharge for each service. The fee is for using extra gloves and masks. Even prior to COVID-19, they used gloves and occasionally masks. I wouldnt recommend against using them but today wasnt a referrable moment.
