When you get a full interior and exterior clean but there are still marks on the back seat… I wiped it with my finger and it came off. But thanks for doing a great job on the outside.

Car is clean. Smells nice too. I got a mini detail. I asked to remove the soap scum. Not all of it came out, but when I went over it myself, it came off. I wish they wouldve had the chance to work on it a bit more and completely remove it.Also keep in mind to watch your car. They wont keep track of you and your car when its ready so pay attention. I waited over an hour and a half, only to find out my car was done in 15 mins. So yea. Overall, its good 👍Come early, because it does get busy. And when its busy they just wash to get people out and on time.

Just took my car to get it washed when inspecting my vehicle I noticed that the inside was not even cleaned still had finger prints all over the windows. The outside basically looked like they let it just air dry and called it a day. Never again ! Save your money !

Good service. Was surprised that they dont spray the interior with fragrance but they do give you a fragrance card to place underneath the front seat. Good service and clean facilities.

Best car wash in town.... I only wish they would recycle the water and soda bottles and cans at the vacuum station. I cringe every time I see all of those recyclables in the trash can. It seems like it would be simple enough to have a couple trash cans that are reserved for the recyclables because they would probably generate a hundred bucks today in those bottles and cans alone.

Interior was never cleaned, dust still visibly everywhere. Windshield had streaks all over it.

Employees are always very nice. And the clientele is nice looking 😎😎. Prices are a little high, but its the only car wash, place where you dont have to do it yourself, nearby.

Good old fashioned car wash. In addition to the full-service options, you can go off-menu for just an exterior wash—where you sit in the car while it goes through the wash. Its cheaper, faster, nearly contactless & it feels great to get clean!

I payed the most expensive and it was very poor cleaned. From the outside looked ok but from the inside looked like they never touched it. I had to vacuum when I got back home...Expensive and poor service.

I don’t know why there are 1 stars on here. I was blown away by the quality of my service here today. I just got a basic deluxe wash and my car has never been cleaner. They took real care to vacuum and clean the inside and outside. They were quick, efficient, and very affordable. I will definitely be going back.

Went in on a really busy Saturday noon for a hand carwash. Shocked I was out in about 20 min! They kept cars moving and did a great job. The guy doing my car was very thorough. Ill be back!😇

Had a big scuff mark on my rear passenger side door of my jeep And made several attempts to buff it out and was unsuccessful. Brought it to Santa Palm and asked to receive an estimate on what it would take to remove it and the manager in detailing took my keys and said he’d be back. What happened next I did not see coming...wow! He made my door look better than it did when I first purchased my car. I was beyond impressed! All in less than 10minutes!

After returning from a road trip up the coast, I drove around Hollywood for two hours getting turned down by car washes because my car was too muddy (the Sunset Car Wash told me itd be $100 for a burning man car), until finally I got here. These guys took my car without any questions and zero upcharges. They even offered to wash my rubber mats for free after I asked about their interior detailing pricing!Though its certainly not the cheapest car wash around, they take phenomenal care of you and will certainly be my go-to when my car is too dirty to be washed by the other guys. I got a pretty basic wash package and my mind was blown by the level of detail with which the washers took care of my car for the price I paid. From scrubbing the door frames to even wiping the interior of the fuel port, they didnt leave a single area untouched.

Outside looked pretty good. Besides a quick vacuum and wiping the windows the inside looked like they never touched it. Seats, armrest and all other surfaces still dusty and dirty.

They did a good job here. The cashier, Lucy, is always so kind and professional.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic staff and service here. I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly since I moved to LA, and they never fail to make my car look brand new. Even if you don’t pay for the highest level wash, they take great care to vacuum everything, wipe and dry everything after the wash, etc. Usually not too long a wait. And the shop is great too. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful - that’s why I come back here even though I moved farther away!

I have never had a car detailed here but have been getting the cars I have owned over the past 30 years washed here. They have a very long chain for a car wash which means your car will be soaped up, scrubbed and blown dry more than any other similar car wash. Employees have come and gone over the years but for the most part, most are very friendly and they honestly want you to be satisfied with the end result. If for any reason you are not, find the manager on duty and they will always try their best to make you happy. The prices are a bit higher than other similar car washes but you get what you pay for and in the case of the Santa Palm, that means a better wash and better experience all around.

I’ll never be back. First off, there are no signs telling you where the entrance is. So if you enter on SM Bob., there’s a good chance of your car getting totaled. The guys that greet you are fantastic & so polite!!!!!! The lady working the counter 11/172018 @ 0936 was horrible. She treated the man in front of me with amazing service & a free wash cause he forgot his wallet at home. (He’d pay next time) Then me, (as a new customer) treated me like trash. Putting my receipt on the counter, never you handing you anything or even smiling, much leads looking at you in your face. Her head was down the whole time. Stop supporting crappy business.

I do like this car wash although I was disappointed with the $54 Express detail. I had to have the manager come and look at the truck to have the sponge marks rubbed out on numerous locations. I will stick with the regular wash in the future.

Very busy car wash in the heart of West Hollywood on Santa Monica Boulevard. They do a good job on their basic car wash service. If you find anything not to your liking, theyre great about making it right. Staff is friendly and hard working. Some of the clientele act entitled and/or obnoxious. While youre waiting, theres a small food stand adjacent to the car wash that serves almost everything. Very busy place on weekends.

Theyre really worth the price.

Please Never go here. I had my Iphone stolen from my car and had it covered up by two managers.My Iphone was in my car when I checked it in. By the time the car had gone through the wash, the Iphone was gone. I checked the car and trunk on 3 separate occasions spanning at least 30 minutes. I told the manager Glen that I wanted to pull the footage and he said he needed to speak with the owners first. When I tracked the location of the phone on Find my Iphone, it showed that the Iphone location was at the car wash. I showed the manager Glen the location. Several of us all went back to my car and when I wasnt looking, Glen or another manager planted the Iphone in the trunk of my car and claimed they found it between the boxes. I had checked my trunk three times and most definitely checked between the two small boxes.I demanded to watch the footage for 5 days and they finally obliged only after I got upset with them over the phone. I sat and watched the footage with them in the office. Of course, they tried to make me believe that this was a result of my carelessness. After reviewing the footage, it just confirmed what I already knew which is that my Iphone was STOLEN and then the theft was covered up by management by returning the Iphone to the trunk of my car (when I wasnt looking) after things had escalated and I had tracked the location of the phone. No apology was offered but instead was just told me I left it between the two boxes (which just insults my intelligence).Next time I suggest the business take responsibility and address the issues rather than blame the customer for theft by an employee.

I have only brought my car here 2 times but they have been great. Everything was nice and clean plus quick. Not crazy pricey but isnt cheap either. But still a great quick washing for your car.

They are pretty good at what they do even though they always will miss a spot, Im just very detailed but they are more than happy to correct it when she pointed out. The pricing for the basic wash though has gone up to dollars from $16 to $18 which is kind of lame. Because usually the $4 in change from my $20 use to go to tip. I hate change, Im not breaking another $20.

Easy peasy. Pull in, pay the booth with your car wash menu selection, pull in, and youre done in less then 2 minutes! It blow dries your car at the end but you still have the opportunity to towel dry your car after in the vacuum area. Forget a rag? No prob. They have towels for $2 in the dispensers as well as other knick knacks. Vacuum was very powerful and easy to handle. I found my go to car wash spot- cant beat $7!

Where do I start probably with the vacuuming crumbs still visible in the front and my console. I purchased platinum car wash didnt even dust my front console.My windows were only cleaned on the outside.I will never go back.I only went because So City Car Wash was closed on Sundays.

Sabby desperately needed a wash, so, per usual, I G+ the nearest Carwash and came across friends car wash! One things for sure, Mario and Manny are super friendly. I had to take my top down mechanically and didnt have much luck getting it back up, but those two are working now to blue tape it up for now. Improvising to wash sabby always works for me . Ill be back!

One of the best premium car washes in the city. Premium card are the norm, but they turned my piece of junk into a showroom ready polished wonder in 45 minutes for about 60 bucks including tip.

I got the cheapest wash and they did amazing! I cant imagine how well they do for the more expensive packages.

The gentleman who greets you could not be nicer. He really makes your day and is happy to answer questions and explain services. Then you go inside and if you are lucky, you get a nominal thank you. However, the woman who works the register is often surly, impatient, UNgrateful, and basically very rude. As a previous post mentioned, I also had to wait for her to slog through a personal conversation on the phone before she waited on me. Then, when I had questions about how the various options on their pink frequent washer card works (I had just gotten one), her answers were incomplete and did not make sense and when I questioned her further, she was curt and outwardly very condescending. The wash job itself was not 100 percent complete, either, because I had to point out a few missed spots here and there. Overall, not a horrible experience, but if that cash register gal slights me one more time, I am going to tell her off and I am going to summon the manager. She is not doing that place any favors.

Absolutely the WORST car wash Ive ever been to. Ive been a loyal Santa Palm customer for 5+ years and always thought they did a good job until today. The guy who washed my car was slow, lazy, took 20+ minutes longer than any car of the lot and still left water spots and dirt on my car. He seemed annoyed that his tip wasnt larger as I then had to go around the car with his towel and clean it myself. When I got home, I notice that HE KEYED MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR KEYED, AVOID SANTA PALM CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!

This is a Joke!!!! I have Applied for a Job here on May 1st 2019 and as of Today they have Hired more then 10 people to work here but Never Ever have Called me too work there. What the Deal? And With more then 2000 Applications in and they All Denied Me To work! Whats are they All Looking For?

Never again! The first time they broke and lost a piece of my rear windshield wiper. The second time, the full detail was terribly done ... the interior looks like they quickly wiped a greasy rag over every surface, the wheels looked barely touched, and many surfaces on the exterior were clearly not touched. Waste of time and money, this place.

Nice staff and always do a careful and thorough job washing my car. Unlike most car washes in the area, they never try to pressure me into deluxe washes, etc.

Santa Palm Car Wash is the best car wash I have ever used in my entire life, end of story. I still cant figure out how they washed and detailed my car that had just arrived from the east coast for such a low cost. If youre new to the area and looking up car washes on your smart phone or iPad or Tablet, like I was, stop searching and just check this place out. Freakin awesome. Their web site could probably use a makeover (im a web designer and interactive developer), but when they say we treat every car like a star, its not just some cheesy used-car salesmen pitch, they actually do. I watched a Bentley get washed right next to my Jeep Liberty Renegade with lights on top, and they put just as much effort into my car as the Bentley. It was awesome, and the people are classy.
