Took their time, and cleaned our car thoroughly! All the staff was friendly and attentive. I noticed them taking special care with the needs of their elder and physically challenged customers. I came here on a personal recommendation. I will now be recommending them to others.

Their signs show one price, their cashier charges a different price, pennies add up. She said she charges what they write down, I said thats why you have a computer, she knows this and register has a tray full os pennies. Its illegal to over knowingly overcharge customers.

They reason why i give them a 3 is due to the truth that their signs is 23.00 for regular vehicles & 3 dollars more for large vehicles, which i have a SUV. And i was charged 30.00 dollars & give a 5.00 tip without any fragrance being sprayed in my truck???? Thats extra 😣 & poor customer service from the cashier as well. I will be finding another car wash. So sorry they closed the one i am use to going to Crenshaw & Stocker 😰

They do a really good job in here. I always come to this car wash to get my car wash and to get it detail they have good prices for the job they do its really good. I am so happy I have found a good cat wash. They do an amazing job

I went to this car wash I left my personalized cup in my car and when I got my car back my cup was gone. My cup cost more than my car wash.

I went here after I got my hair cut at Prestige Baber Shop by Shane T. Its the kind that you pay before up enter. I choose the $9.00 one. The guy guided me onto the tire tracks..I put my car in N and I was guided through by the tracks. After the wash was finished. I then drove over to the car drying off station. I then vacuumed my car but some tire shine on my tires. The very next day...I saw the rag marks all over my car. Each time I go there that will be my last time there..but once again...😒

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! These guys destroyed the paint job on my driver side door OF A BRAND NEW TRUCK. Made a huge scratch, then when i brought it up, they tried to buff out the scratch and made it 100x worse.. The supervisor, Miguel, assured me that they would cover the cost of the damage but when I called and tried to resolve after i left they blocked my calls.... This business is run by total scam artists. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

About a year ago i got my car washed here and it was fine so i came back. I got the $20.99 car wash and an hour later it began to rain. After i paid, I got into my car and notice that they had put some type of greasy chemical all over my brand new interior. It was all over everything; the doors, seats, every crevice and even the windows. I could barely see out of them. They didnt put the fragrance i paid for in there either. When I spoke to the cashier about it, she said the guys stopped washing my car once the rain started, but thats not a good excuse for the way they messed up the inside. I just got the car two weeks ago! I wanted my money back but they were only offering to let me come back and do it all over. I was soooo upset, I just left and I will never go back there again.

I liked this car wash, its really a hand wash. Not the machines, but smh, I bring their promotional card for my free wash after 9 washes or 10 anyway, the girl say We cant except this card because we dont use the triangle any longer we have circles now,I am in a state of confusion so I asked her if it is in New Management and she says no and proceeded to tell me I have to pay additional dollars along with my card so I can get my car washed and that the guy outside should not have told me I could get my free car wash although I had their promotional card. I ask for the manager, but she said the manager was not there, she was doing me a favor. Well, I told her the favor would be for me to be able to get my free car wash as you know, I paid, you know you stamped it, it was your previous stamp right, why cant I get my free car wash ?I did not feel like arguing over a car wash so I paid, but No more, now I have to find another hand wash. Its called customer service.

Morning special: $9 car wash before 10:00am Monday thru Thursday. Consistent and good carwash. Its an old school place and get sometimes be a longer wait but its a more thorough wash than the express washes so its worth a bit of a wait.

I have been coming to this car wash for years and they usually do a decent job for the prices but in my most recent experience I went to get my car detailed and my seats shampooed. The man ensured me that it would only take 40 minutes for my car to be done. Pefect. But it needed up taking 2 hours and they didn’t have any type of readonsing for why it look so long. I got my car and it was halfass detailed but I was late to work and had to leave. Then once I get to work I realize my Apple Watch is missing from my car & I call them immediately to let them know that a very expensive item had gone missing from my car & the manager Marco let know that he didn’t have access to look at the camera but he would call me as soon as someone reviewed the tapes. Here it is a month later & still no call or Apple Watch and I call them at least to get an update & the “guy” who had access to review the cameras still hasn’t come. So don’t come here unless you want your items stolen from your car.

I wish i can take my star back, but i guess they have to get one in order to write a comment. Hands down the worst car was ever! Everyone is an idiot.. except the young lady who just the cashier. They knucle head were arguing about who was going wax my car... on top of that my car was just sitting the sun to dry its self. Overall an unprofessional car wash... i will never com back here, and the manager complete asswhole should be fired!

Terrible customer service 5 cars needed to be vacuum and one guy doing them all and the guy giving tickets to pay couldnt stand to be bothered was trying to communicate to see how long wasnt very helpful, save your money plenty of options around same area

After 45min waiting, my car was still in line, while other lines were moving cars that arrived much later...They left my car with the engine on all the time...The cashier was having trouble with a client in front of me, charging him three times because the printer was out of paper and the rep thought it was being declined...It took him forever to replace the paper.Never will be back to this place.
