I have been at this apartment complex for almost a year and I have to say that the maintenance team is my favorite part!!The building is very new and that has come with a little bit of issues but the maintenance team has really had a huge role in ensuring the safety and living experience of residents is top tier! Lily, a maintenance worker, was particularly helpful in addressing an ant problem I was having! She and other maintenance workers power washed outside my apartment, keeping it spotless! Thanks Lily and AVA maintenance team!

Love this apartment complex, great staff, great environment and not too expensive. My favorite cleaning lady lily always makes sure our building looks impeccable and also everyone loves dogs! Couldn’t be more stoked!

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this complex. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Amy is amazing! She is always so happy to help and always gets back to me so quickly. I love living here at Ava. It truly feels like home and a big part of that is because of the maintenance workers. In specific Ana M is always so nice and helpful. She is always making sure everything is taken care of and that nothing is dirty. Shoutout to her and the team!

I recommend AVA Hollywood without reservation. It’s hard to believe I’ve been in my unit over a year already and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Truly full-service, from the luxe pool, spa, and gym, to the DIY room, movie theater, conference rooms, wag park + spa and pristine grounds with BBQ’s. The rooftops are amazing with stunning 360 views of Los Angeles. As well, I can’t speak more highly of the staff. My go-to’s are Jennifer, Traci, and Arniel - all so helpful and on top of it! Honestly, this community saved me during the year of COVID. If only they could get a market in one of the retail spaces, you wouldn’t need to leave.

Best part about this apt complex really is the maintenance team. Ricardo has consistently fixed my door battery which unfortunately dies every month and most recently Adrian came to fix the battery right as he was planning to leave for the day but decide to come and help me first. You both are so appreciated! Thank you!

The maintenance team is great! I just moved in 3 weeks ago and had a few things around my place that needed fixing. After submitted my request online, Arniel came the next day and was in and out fixing both issues under 5 minutes! He had amazing energy and made things super easy on my end!

Such a wonderful lady lili does such a wonderful job making sure the complex is extremely clean and always has such a great attitude 💙💙

Ava has great amenities as well as interior apartment design. Couldn’t complain about the staff and leasing office as well. Each member is incredibly kind and helpful, doing their part to respect your time and get you a solution to your question ASAP. I was deciding between a few apartments in August and Justin, a member of the leasing team, solidified my desire to move into Ava. I stopped touring apartments and decided this was the one. Ever since, I still have no complaints.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and while you can’t pick all your neighbors, they sure did pick an outstanding staff. All the maintenance people are super nice and the front desk is always down to listen. Super HUGE shout out to Nelly who was also the associate who got us into our home. I have had a few run ins with people parking in my parking spot, and since the building is filling up, it’s hard to know what to do after hours. Nelly just happened to be locking up a little later and was on her way to her car when I saw her walking out. Without missing a beat she asked what was up, because she could tell I was frustrated. She took the extra time while she was off the clock to help me call the tow company and waited with me for the tow truck to let them in. You couldn’t ask for better hospitality. She’s amazing. Ava is very lucky to have her :)

I went to visit my buddy at Ava Hollywood and I was so lost around this beautiful place, but thankfully this guy named Justin took pitty on me and asked if I needed help I told him I was looking for my friend and he walked me to the right entrance! Although it was such a quick interaction I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to help me even though I wasn’t a resident or person looking to rent! Ava Hollywood, 10 out of 10 complex. Amenities are all solid and well kept (feels brand new). Super friendly community as well.Maintenance team has saved me a couple times after hours with losing a key and servicing my apartment.Nino, the complex manager is the best. Really nice guy who is always around and will help with whatever questions/requests you might have.

I just want to share with everyone the unbelievably great experience at AVA. It is like living on a resort with all of the amenities. The tangible difference from other places is the staff. Leasing office staff Justin and Niño are over the top. The nice crew Susana and Maria are always there to make the place sparkling and attend to any MTC issue.

Unfortunately, you cant be outside of your apartment after 10pm. (excluding the mail room/office area) EVERYTHING else is closed after 10pm. Which is very upsetting because they say its quiet hours but really its no access. If I wouldve known this, I wouldnt have signed my lease. 10pm is way too early and I dont get to enjoy the amenities I pay so much for.

They send you TONS of pointless emails so you miss emails that are actually important.There’s some good things about this place, but lots of things that shouldn’t even be an issue.Elevators require a keycard to use, even though most elevators are behind a gate or two that requires a keycard. Carrying heavy stuff and having to put it down to go up an elevator is stupid. The stairs don’t require a key card so if someone unwanted wanted to go to any floor they could.

Adrian and Christian spent an hour fixing my shower door and couldn’t have been more pleasant and efficient. Big fan of the matinence team and appreciate their hard work and professionalism

No apartment complex is perfect but when you have amazing amenities, maintenance staff and a leasing office that truly cares about its residents, you have a winner. Anytime I have any kind of issue, they have addressed it in a timely, professional and kind manner. My most recent issue was handled by Nino in the most incredible way and I am truly grateful.

From the moment we walked in the door of the Leasing Area yesterday, a rush of positive energy washed over both of us, and our personal Guide Andrea Del Rio, was clear, concise, and she was truly a God-send throughout the entire visit and decision making process. After looking at 25 different residences in the Los Angeles area over the last month and a half, searching for the best fit and spiritual confirmation, AVA at La Pietra was hands down the obvious choice! With Andreas personality, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism, we felt at home already. In addition, Amanda Oliver has also been efficient and welcoming in the coordination of our move. We look forward to an exceptional new home and Community of which to become a part. AVA Hollywood is a great place to live. The units are very nice, for me it’s centrally located, there’s a lot of great amenities including a great gym, and the rent is competitive. The staff are great and very helpful. Jenni, Justin, and Nelly are the best!

Love it here! The Maitenence has been so helpful and friendly. Adrian took care of everything I needed fixed in my apartment and was so polite and helpful. His partner Ricardo was very kind and helpful as well when they came in for a service request. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Lily is truly amazing at what she does for the property, from keeping the building clean and always having smile on her face “through the mask of course” lol thank you!

This past weekend I visited AVA Hollywood because that’s where a friend lives. When I got there I couldn’t believe how nice the complex was. I told him I was looking to move to California & would not mine living at Ava. My friend said he could get me some information on the complex. He called this guy named Justin who works there. Even though we were at the pool party, Justin came & gave me all the information about the place that I needed & I am sold. I told Justin it would be a little while before I was ready to make the move & he still insisted on showing me e place as if I planned on moving today. Justin was a great help!

Houskeeping staff which cleans the common areas is always excellent! Lilly and Alma in specific are always extremely friendly and hard working!

Ricardo and Adrian have been amazing at making sure things are fixed and repairs are done. It’s always a pleasure to know that folks will take the extra mile. They also always wear masks and shoe guards given the times we are in. Truly appreciative for their kind service.

I have never put a negative review, but this was so bad I had to post. Since the management clearly ignores the emails. 90% of their 5 star review are first time reviews, which most likely are fake review, since we dont have any way of verifying. Look at the review with concerns to noise after 10pm, smoking that happens everywhere. Nothing gets enforced other than aggressive, one time emails, with zero actions. They are like a small dog with a big bark that ends up running away. Condesending, incompetent, management. Ashley, in particular. Had my lock broken to the patio for couple of months, the excuse, it was on back order. I looked on online, available at Home Depot under $300. LOCK, that ensures the safety!!! Kept asking, until my dog unlatched the door handle and escaped the unit. Went down to the leasing office, called security and emailed. No response! The maintenance kept calling from autom8ed service and none of them had any notes on whats been happening. Just that irritating we are so sorry with the inconvenience this has caused. I am a business owner, this ist a 5 star service level, not even 1 star. Finally, someone from the maint came, 4 days later. Total joke! Wait for the response below with, we are sorry what inconvenience this has caused bs. IG my name and direct message me if you need direct input from an actual tenant.

I am writing this review on the behalf of the amazing, sincere, and ery helpful staff here at Ava Hollywood! Both Nino and Amy were super helpful and willing to bring up some rather large packages I had down in the mailroom due to a previous Injury I suffered and couldn’t move them myself! With their help I had them delivered to my front door and wasn’t an issue at all for them. Rest assured if you considering renting and or moving here to Ava, you will be in great hands.

I am so happy to be a new resident at this gorgeous property. The process was flawless and EVERYONE has been pleasant. Amanda was gracious and responded to every question or concern swiftly. Nino helped me with the final move in and he went above and beyond to help me. The energy and positivity felt here is unmatched.

6 months in on a 24 month lease. Be very cautious if you decided to tour this place and consider living here. Leasing team will lie or omit details to get a lease signed.Upon moving in, learned that construction wasnt completed. Was forced to sign with two different internet providers or go without for the first 3 weeks. They reimbursed me for said month of service with one but, not exactly the warm welcome expected after moving 1200 miles.Currently dealing with managements inability to maintain clean common areas. Allowing residents to leave trash in the halls, sometimes impassable is becoming a common occurrence.

I cannot say enough good things about Jenny in the leasing office. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiance on countless occasions since we moved to Ava Hollywood in December. She is such an amazing person and makes us both so happy we chose to move here!!

Adrian is the man. I had no idea how to solve the TV stand issue and he helped me figure out what needs to be done and stayed with me until I finished installing everything! Thank you!

Weve lived at his property for approximately 10 months, and I must say that staff we interact with is top notch. Our favorite maintenance person is Letty, as she is always personable, quick to respond, and always has a smile (even though we cant see it because were all wearing masks)! One day when we needed assistance at the leasing office she was there training for a position there as well, which tells me she can literally do EVERYTHING at this property. Today our oven light went out, and she replaced it for us in an hour or two.As business owners, she is someone wed definitely hire! Great can do attitude, and really a pleasant person. Thanks for always making our stay here more enjoyable!

Hmm? I’m seeing a mix of reviews on here which is interesting. I’ve been here for 5 months and I just want to say that my experience on this property has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is friendly and have been helpful when I have questions/concerns. There have been minor hiccups along the way but life is not perfect and it is normal… What matters to me the most is that management has always made it right. Move-in was smooth and easy. There’s a community dog park (fave part). You need key fobs to enter the property, to use the elevators and to access your space - No issues for me, it makes me feel very safe (priority). There are no pest control issues. The washer/dryer (fairly quiet) and central air in my unit is awesome! Amenities have been great since I have been here. I understand the closures (I’ve seen this for cleaning purposes) due to the pandemic. There is coffee in the lobby every Wednesday and a food truck every Thursday - how convenient! Yes, it can be loud but let’s be real, we are in the heart of hollywood, it’s inevitable sometimes. And also, the community here is a younger crowd, I don’t expect it to be silent all the time. I knew that going into signing my lease by obervation. I have met some amazing neighbors. I appreciate all department staff for working so hard to make this property run… During the pandemic they weren’t working from home like most of us were, they have been the boots on the ground when comes to safety/cleanliness. Areas for improvement: mailroom can be organized better. Hoping for a Sweetgreen Outpost. Due to the size of the community, it is difficult to pinpoint food delveries. A couple designated food delivery addresses might help. P2, Bldg 1 parking needs more attention, I think having Janitorial conduct a trash pick up daily would help. Trash rooms needs more attention, similar to the above, a quick wipe down daily would help and maybe an air freshener, if possible. These are all easy fixes. Shout out to Kurt, Justin, Amanda and Nino for always being so wonderful/responsive towards my Husband and I. Special shout out to the GM, Sahar for always being understanding and easy to talk to. We have rented an Avalon apartment before in Foothill Ranch so when it was time to look for an apartment for my son, we immediately searched for Avalon apartments in LA and found Ava Hollywood. Justin Miller was the leasing agent who helped us. He paid attention to our requests for a south or west facing apartment with a view and had them listed for us to do a self tour. Justin was very nice, very helpful and knowledgeable, returned my emails promptly and he accomodated our request to tour a couple of the apartments for a second time at such short notice. We were impressed with the floor plan of the studio apartments and the amenities typical of an Avalon property; however, its a bit over the budget we allocated for my son. Were still in the decision making process and hoping and praying something will work out so my son can sign a lease for a studio apartment at Ava Hollywood.Great place and thank you Justin for the excellent customer service!

Just moved in a few weeks ago and this place is definitely legit. Lots of friendly staff at the front desk and the place overall just has a good vibe. Its brand new with some great views on the top floor hang out areas. Outside workout area and the pool are so clutch right now and accessible by reservation (during lock down). Some stand out employees so far are Kurt Gulsvig, Maria Garcia and Alex Alvarado... they are always so helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Thanks for a warm welcome! I’ve been living at the AVA Hollywood for 6 months now and i have 0 complaints. The maintenance team is amazing ESPECIALLY Alma. She’s always in a great mood and always willing to help in any way possible. Thank You Alma for brightening up my days

I’ll start with the only positive, I love my unit. However, everything else is horrible. The fire alarms have been “tested” 43 times in one year! The elevator is always broken, they have had to shut off the water 5 times in a year. The internet wasn’t installed to the building when I moved in, a massive oversight during a work from home order. Ashley (sales manager) lied to my face and said it was only my unit, even after I have emails from att and spectrum admitting it was a mistake. I had a crazy neighbor upstairs, who was hearing things. Management gave him my phone number, after security wrongly accused me of being the source of his disturbance, and literally told the resident that!! he was slamming on my ceiling, showing up at my door, they did nothing to help. I had to actually call the police after months! Most recently my fob to lock my door, get in the elevator etc, and garage transponder, were deactivated by someone “my account was deleted”. I had to leave my door unlocked, but couldn’t even get my car out of the garage!! So so dangerous. I asked for an explanation, nothing! They have used concrete waterproofing in the parking garage, highly HIGHLY toxic, then sent out an email saying “sorry, more potent than we thought, we are looking to get fans”. It says on the label, do not use in not ventilated areas! Like, hello, it’s a respiratory pandemic....what are you thinking?! But the worst part.....is how much the management will look you dead in the face....and lie!! Straight lie. It’s a shame to me that they put more effort into the leasing part, so everyone is in the office to show units and make a good first impression, when if you didn’t suck so hard at managing the property, you’d be able to actually keep residents and not have so much turn over. I’ve not had anyone on my floor stay longer than a couple of months!!!!!

Ricardo came to fix the tracking on our door and was super friendly and even asked if there other maintenance concerns he could help us with. The leasing office has been very friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch and everything is well cared for. We have only lived here for 5 days but so far are loving it!

Pool water is frizzing, when I move they said the pool have a good controlled temperature, but it’s actually a lie, it’s always frizzing

Nothing but good things to say about my experience living at AVA Hollywood so far! The staff is super friendly and helped me with all my questions during move-in, responded back to emails within the same day, and went above and beyond whenever I had an issue. The people from leasing that I’ve worked with are Nellie, Nino, and Kurt. I haven’t had to work with anyone from maintenance but I consider that a good thing because it just means that nothing has broken or gone wrong in my apartment for me to put a service request in for.The (fiber) internet is leaps and bounds better than the fiber internet I had when I was living in San Diego, and the amenities here are also top-notch. I use the gym every other day and it is always super clean and I’ve never had an issue with the equipment in there. I also use the “Wag Pet Spa” about twice a month, which is pretty much a do-it-yourself dog washing station/room with a tub, water nozzle, and high velocity dryer. They have also stocked it with dog treats, doggy bags & holders, and shampoo and conditioner sometimes. I’ve never used the pool but with the vaccine rolling out and the weather getting hotter, I can see myself spending my summer days lounging out there.The complex itself is well-manicured, clean, and feels safe. I walk my dog around the complex instead of out on the street and there’s plenty of greenery for him to sniff around and the complex is a good size for him to get tired out just by walking through the different common areas.One last thing I have to say that’s unrelated to what I’ve wrote so far is I love the fact that the kitchens have gas fire stoves instead of electric or induction! I haven’t had a gas fire stove in so long and I forgot how amazing it is.

I would not recommend moving into AVA Hollywood. I’ve lived in several new apartment buildings to confirm that AVA Hollywood is the cheapest constructed building with the poorest leasing office service and highest restrictions on amenities and outdoor spaces that I’ve encountered. Moreover, the office staff doesn’t seem to care about the concerns of tenants and diminishes tenants’ access to amenities and services, while requiring tenants to pay high rent for less and less value.There were basic issues with my apartment when I moved in. An example is shelving units not screwed in or properly secured, so dishware I placed on kitchen shelves fell and broke on the floor. They didnt properly clean the apartment before I moved in, so that was an extra chore for me to do. There have been issues with the water pressure in the shower (strange mechanical noises and pulsating water stream whenever the shower water runs) but I guess I should be thankful to have hot water. Other tenants have said they’ve had issues with not getting hot water and with apartment break ins.I hope you like fire alarms, because they’ve been testing them for months at all hours.AVA nickel and dimes for everything. When I moved in, I was told that there weren’t parking spots available so I’d have to pay $100 extra a month for parking – which I now pay on top of my overpriced unit. They wouldn’t reduce my rent when I moved in, but a couple months later, I saw they dropped the pricing of the unit below mine by $700 – less price than my unit—and that unit has more features than mine. It’s not a good feeling when you know you’re overpaying for the unit you live in. The exchange of value for the rent you pay is not there.Also, when calling the office, it is rare to get a hold of a person – office staff rarely answers the phone so if you need something, you have to email and hope that someone responds in a timely fashion. The staff seems to prefer not to be bothered by tenants.

ARTISTS, PROFESSIONALS, ADVENTURERS(the responsable ones ;) COME TO AVA Hollywood lol. It’s great here. The amenities are unbelievable. Every building has its own unique amenity and there are five brand new and modern quality apartment buildings. It’s like a small little community of its own! An amazing two floor, indoor/outdoor fitness center with a yoga deck! The pool? You have to see it. Huge and infinity pool style overlooking Santa Monica Blvd 😍 I must say a personal favorite would be the many fire pits, lounges, and barbecue grills throughout the complex. It’s quite sumptuous 💜 a dog/pet park, AND SPA(to wash dogs/cats/pets included in rent)Mailroom feels safe and looks gorgeous in the contemporary main hall that leads to a rather state of the art business centre. The leasing team here is special and they work hard. The staff that comes to clean the amenities work hard. They’re all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a great community. When leasing, Ashley, Gaby, Justin, Kurt and many other great team members dedicate a lot of time and effort to helping people both find their new home but also in making a new apartment home. In short, a great community, brilliant amenities and an awesome staff. I think the goal at AVA is positivity and that’s very important in a community.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This property is outstanding to say the least. The front desk lobby staff goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. Whenever I post videos of this property or my unit people keep saying it looks like I live in a resort hotel. The amenities definitely add to that effect as well everything thus far seems very clean, The cleanliness throughout the apartments is definitely something that I was hoping to see and I’m glad that it’s the case.The staff here are just absolutely incredible beyond words I am used to dealing with condescending disrespectful and rude landlords or Property Managers however here at the Ava Hollywood those don’t exist. Everyone treats the residence with the upmost respect and ensure that we are happy with the services provided. Especially Sahar the property manager for this location, Nino, Dulce the conceirge, and Traci littfield. Just to give you an example Sahara actually does not do the unit tours but she is the one who helped me find the most perfect unit and exactly what I asked for in my price range. Nino makes sure he answers all my questions and concerns in timely manner and even provided me with tips and shortcut to get through the large premises. Sahar set up my call box, and Dulce created my custom code for gate entry with guests and food carriers.Traci Littfield assisted me more than once within the two weeks of living here and extremely fast as well. Maintence comes fast with her assistance and they even have orkin come every Thursday for units if needed. I feel like I’m living in a dream home I’m so excited and happy to continue my journey here they’re amazing and it’s totally worth it. No task is too large or too small for them to complete in such a timely manner as well it’s incredible and I’m so thankful that I found my new home. More like a permanent staycation

I’m a new resident here and so far I love my place, no complaints. The staff were all friendly and informative from the time I walked in to do a tour. After I signed my lease I was assigned to my Move in Coordinator, Amanda who is amazing. I asked her a lot of questions and she always got back to me quickly and has been very accommodating and informative.

I went to tour AVA Hollywood a few months ago, and the place was absolutely stunning... they literally have EVERYTHING you could ever need. Although Im not ready to move just yet... Ive decided that this will be my new home mainly because of their great leasing team... specifically Justin. I left my ID there and ive been looking for it EVERYWHERE and couldnt find it, and Justin reached out to me to inform me I had left it there... this level of customer service and integrity is above and beyond what I had expected, and Im grateful that he did it... Thank you Justin !

The place is amazing! The staff is amazing! Especially Lilly! She keeps the building clean and she is always kind, smiling and willing to help! I am so happy with my choice to make Ava my home. I feel safe here and I love the environment.

Julieth gave me the best tour of property! She showed me four different units, I had so many questions but she was able to answer them all, so grateful for her patience. The building was beautiful and looked very well kept :)

Just leased a unit here and the staff was very helpful especially Justin Miller. I love the amenities. The pool and gym are rather large. The property is very clean and it feels safe. I look forward to moving in.

I’m a NEW NEW RESIDENT here at AVA HOLLYWOOD, but have lived at other AVA communities before:) all great by the way! My shout out today is to LILY over in the maintenance team!Getting assistance during COVID TIMES anywhere is challenging but this GIRL here is off the charts aside from helping me throw out all of my moving boxes, I constantly see her cleaning the common area in my building, keeping it spotless !Her hard work ethic and sacrifice as an essential worker is appreciated!!!HIP HIP HOORAY to LILY!

Ashley was the best manager she was so nice to us about getting aptService so nice insurance or about every single question highly recommended

Have been meaning to thank the team at AVA Hollywood for a smooth and easy move-in process, and in particular thank Julieth and Ashley for being so accommodating and helpful. Julieth accommodated my request for a different parking spot (initially I was assigned a compact spot for a not-so-compact car, and it was very difficult to get in and out of !), while Ashley has been very helpful in working through a minor issue with noise from my upstairs neighbors who did not realize how loud they were being at first (but have been much better, after Ashley kindly communicated the issue with them). Finally, I wanted to mention how quickly someone has come to my apartment each time I have put in a service request! Overall, I feel the team at AVA are very willing to work through any issues and want to make sure the residents are comfortable and happy.

This place is so cute, safe, and clean. nino went so far out of his way to help me and make moving in super easy when it would’ve normally been insanely stressful. the building is so nice and clean, it smells good everywhere and the complex is so quiet for how many people live here.

I just want to say that after living here for a few months I can definitely see myself renewing again. One of the main reasons in my opinion is Nino. As far as customer service goes, Ive never met anyone with as much infinite patience as this guy. Not once has he ever gotten rude, short or caught an attitude. He returns all my calls and emails promptly. Other than that, the community is still growing which means the 7eleven is sketchy but the complex is gated, clean and your car is secure. The rooftop closes around 10pm and the infinity pool is very relaxing. Its a heated pool and guess what, its really heated! But dont take my word, come see for yourself.

Ava Hollywood has been agreat place to live, due largely in part to the excellent staff! During my morning dog walks, Jarrod is always happy, pleasant and anytime theres any issue, hes on top of it right away! Its also refreshing to see that hes a pet lover, since we have such a love for our fuzzy family.Letty is also great, as she usually helps with installs around our apartment! Cant imagine this place running as smoothly without them!

My experience at Ava was amazing. The staff was very kind and constantly responded to all of my requests promptly. The building and services provided a sense of luxury to my time there. Having lived in previous apartments this was by far one of the most clean and well-maintained I have stayed at. Would definitely recommend!

We moved to AVA Hollywood a few days ago and so far the experience has been amazing. The space is clean and very well taken care of. They have attention to details and the service is top notch. A big shoutout to AVA team, specially Nino and Amanda who helped us with the moving process and still keep in touch. They provided a great service, quick responses and made us feel welcome to the place. Highly recommended.

Leticia came and solved my problem within less than 24 hours. in fact, she has addressed the majority of my maintenance requests, and always in a timely and effective fashion. i literally never have to worry about things getting fixed, and no one in the office ever complains about the volume or frequency of my requests.

Nino saw I was struggling with my packages and went out of his way to help walk them over to my apartment! Just a nice gesture that was done without having to ask for help are some of the reasons I love living here!
