This place is the absolute best! From the Manager Natalie to the staff, they are professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I have been coming here for years and even travel from Rhode Island because they are the best! I always feel comfortable and that I am in good hands when I receive treatments. I receive laser hair removal treatments currently and very pleased with the results! I love not having to shave nearly as much as I used to for certain areas and others areas I dont have to shave at all! So worth the investment and time to check this place out! Im almost halfway through an 8-session laser hair removal treatment and I couldnt be happier that I chose UniQLaser. The clinic is very clean and kept well. The day I went in for my consultation, they were actually able to fit me in for my first treatment, which was unexpected but fantastic to get it out of the way so I didnt have to wait weeks, nervous (Im a huge baby when it comes to pain). The laser they used has a cooling blast of air so one hardly feels the nips as the laser hits each hair follicle. Even the ones I could feel didnt hurt much, and there is no lasting pain. It only feels like a pinch for a split second. The entire process each time only takes 5 minutes max (mine is considered a medium size area). Natalie and all the technicians have been absolutely fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and warm. I appreciate the time they take to answer any questions and have always made me feel very comfortable. They also always offer aloe after the treatment is completed, but Ive never had any irritation at all and havent found it necessary. Once this treatment is finished, I think I may get another area done!

UniQ Laser is an excellent place for laser hair removal. I am now hairless in all the places where I didnt want hair :) I did my underarms, lower legs and Brazilian area (okay, that isnt a area of the body but you know what I mean). I think the trick is to go to your appointments when they recommend that you schedule them. Consistency really works! The people that work there are super cool, friendly, and professional. I initially purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal sessions and they worked so well I was able to use them through 2019. Well I am back in 2021 for a few more touch ups Brazilian, underarm and chin for those pesky little things and although the growth isnt too bad after 3 years, I want to make sure I am completely hair free this summer. The staff is always friendly, fast (not the kind of rush you out of here fast) detailed and the place is always spotless. Definitely recommend.

I decided to try this place for Botox treatments even after a real bad experience about 6 years ago with hair removal treatments. After meeting with the excellent and very knowledgeable nurse and going over treatment options, I had decided to move forward with the treatments. The nurse then sanitized, prepared, and was just about to start the the treatments when the Manger barged into the room demanding payment while the needle was right about my forehead. This made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable especially as the manager was going on and on about prepay for 100 units so it is only $12 a unit. After I told her I was extremely uncomfortable I no longer wanted the services. I then thanked the nurse for her time and proceeded to leave the spa. Once I left, the Manger called me on my phone and I told her that this wasnt acceptable and I do not feel comfortable going there now. She then was going on about how she is a single mother and shes worked all around and the owner demanded payment up front. The Manger then proceeded to call me 4 more times within a 2 minute span. If this is your first experience getting Botox, or any other treatments, I would HIGHLY recommend going else where.

At first I was little uncomfortable getting laser hair removal on my back because I was not sure it was something guys normally do. I was also hesitant because I was not sure I could handle the laser. Now that I am about 6 treatments in wish it was something I did a lot sooner. Ashley the laser tech makes me feel very comfortable each visit and has a great read on the amount of laser someone can handle and explains everything each session. Is there some pain yes but the results have been amazing and Ashely makes sure you are comfortable each session.
