I lived there for 13 months. The location is great, apartment size is good and the price is reasonable, management office is awesome. Only 2 cons, 6 of the 13 months there were renovating the entire building, so it was a challenge. And last, the amount that they took out of my deposit after leaving was a bit exaggerated knowing that 1 of the walls needed some work. “Learned my lesson have to be more careful with adhesive strips”. In general, it was a good experience and I bet when they finish renovating will be even better.

I have been living in this place more than 3.5 years and I never had any complaints even if I had any issues they attended immediately and I highly recommend this place because I feel completely safe and secured and the Manager and the rest of the staff are very caring, and they are doing their best to keep the tenants happy. What more we can expect? I would love to rate more than Five Stars.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The location is superb within minutes of the wonderful area of Westwood. The apartments are large and have a wonderful rooftop pool area. The staff are simply outstanding . Extremely attentive to all of your needs! !! Hats off to Mina, the general manager for running such a smooth operation. She is compassionate and caring.

Great location and cute apartment, but nothing in this building works- ever. I have been here for almost 2 years and consistently an elevator is out of order, the tv/internet are down, a sliding glass door in my apartment keeps getting stuck open/closed, etc. The same problems never get fixed properly. Great for a short stay, but definitely maintenance issues longer term.**I want to clarify that this is NOT an issue with the building *manager*, but rather with the management *company*; the building managers have always been responsive but are limited in what they can do re: certain issues

My stays at Westwood Village Apartments which is managed by Moss and Company have always been great. The managers and the crew at the building have always been very nice and cooperative.

The location is amazing! Walking distance to anything you would ever need! The management is absolutely amazing as well! Mina helped us out with every little thing that we couldve ever asked for! I highly recommend this building if you are looking to live in the Westwood area!

For the past 6-7 years we have been regular guests at Westwood Village Apartments. We like the apartments, which are within walking distance of UCLA and the major shops in Westwood. They are nicely decorated and furnished and provide a convenient solution for stays of a few months. We have always been happy with the service of the local team, even though it has changed every year in the past 3 years (a bit too much to our taste). This year (2018) Christian and Mina are on the administrative team. They were very forthcoming in answering our questions ahead of our arrival and satisfying our requests once we chose an apartment. We were also happy to see again Maria (who quite uniquely has been around for years) and who is so dedicated in taking care of the apartments.

I booked the apartment for 6 weeks as a base while my wife was having major surgery at the UCLA Medical Center. We had considered a hotel initially but realized that an apartment would give us much more flexibility.Our apartment turned out to be far better than we expected and it quickly began to feel like a real home from home. The layout has been cleverly designed to give a feel of spaciousness with decoration, furniture and wall art all modern and tastefully chosen.Location is perfect, being within easy walking distance to the UCLA medical Centre and Westwood Village. The whole area feels very safe and a great place to be based.Reception is open 7 days a week and the three staff have always been very friendly and extremely helpful in every way.We can thoroughly recommend Westwood Village Apartments and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

The staff particularly Mina Mobasser at the reception office were extremely polite and efficient, friendly and always so helpful.

Finally, a 1-month lease at a good price with everything included. It comes fully furnished which was a deal breaker item. I stayed for a month when i was in town for work. The staff were very accommodating.

Very enjoyable stay this summer. The manager was extremely accommodating and was able to arrange 2 apartments next to each other. This location is superb and we will definitely be staying here next time we are in Los Angeles.

Wonderful management. Building now has brand new washers/dryers on every floor. Remodeled roof sundeck area about to open, with exercise room and pool. And, everything in Westwood Village is within walking distance. Underground parking. Hammer Museum is 2 blocks away.

This is a great extended stay alternative.I stayed in a very spacious furnished apartment. It was a studio but it had a completely separated sleeping area .The place was a lot larger than I expected.The women in the front office are very helpful and friendly. I saved a lot of money over a hotel and I could walk to everything I needed including Panini cafe, Trader Joes and Whole foods for my daily freshly squeezed juices.I would recommend this place to anyone who needs temporary housing in the Westwood village area.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had in renting space in LA. The management, Mina and Bahar, were very friendly and caring. If I needed space again, definitely I would go back to them first.

Excellent, the place is clean and everything is new. It has all the kitchen and laundry tools you need, and special basements for the basement and the monthly rent for a room, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The apartments are furnished and have a washing machine and dryer on each floor, a coffee machine and free water cooler at the entrance to the building
