I lived here at 3033 Wilshire almost for 4 years. Management team(Olga and Caroline) is always excellent. Concierge is friendly and professional. Maintenance team always keeps the community clean. I love the golf simulator, and the Sky on rooftop. It’s been very much pleasure living here and will definitely consider coming back again when I return back to Los Angeles.

I truly enjoyed my tour of this property and hope to make this location my new home in the very near future. The apartment size, along with amenities were immaculate and beyond my expectations. The true shocker was how reasonable the price was for the apartment that I desire.

Horrible communication with leasing management. Where is Olga and Caroline? They never replies.They dont care about the residents of the apartment and ignore. UDR! Please train your staff properly. but thd front desk staff is friendly and fine.

Worst management team ever!Beaten by a neighbors unleashed dog, without the owner on the scene. The incident happened in front of the elevator and recorded by the camera, but no one cares. The management team told me that unleashed dog didnt register to the building, so they dont know there is a dog in that apartment, and they could do nothing if people dont want to register their dogs.Almost half a year passed, that unregistered dog is still in the building, so who believes the management team already take the actions? how ridiculous it is!For your family and your kids safety, please take your decision seriously and wisely before your move in.

I lived here. Rooftop is very fantastic. I love it.Securities are mostly kind.Too expensive but I think this place is so beautiful. This is the best Apt in K-town.I want to live here again later.

Community became not like before.

Really glad we moved here. Weve lived in several luxury high rises in NYC and none were as impressive as 3033 Wilshire. Everything is on point from the awesome staff to the well-kept amenities and the building itself. The apartments come with stylishly designed sinks, countertops, appliances etc in the apartments which are less prone to cleaning issues as ones weve had in the past. The view of the Hollywood sign and the mountains from our balcony is also a nice touch.Another one of the best parts about living here is that you get great amenities without having them overcrowded by too many people as what often happens in larger skyrises.No issues with sound, smoke, etc and the parking is really convenient as well. Flooring is prone to a bit more wear than what weve had in the past but looks nice and isnt a big deal

My experience at 3033 has been great. Love the upkeep of the amenities and the rest of the building. Concerns and needs are addressed promptly. Cant complain.

Great view, beautiful swimming area. The pool overlooks downtown Los Angeles and is heated, how absolutely wonderful. The view looking out towards Beverly Hills, has a nice hot tub. You can enjoy a nice relaxing bbq with your friends looking out at the gorgeous scene.

Poor management.I had to break the lease and move out of this hellish place as soon as I could, for the sake of my young daughter.The list is long: We could smell neighbors smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside building (although landlord the right to prohibit tenants from smoking in a rental property) Another neighbor was having a loud party, until 3am. Police had to come to stop them. Rude people at common spaces threatening my daughter.All these I reported to the apartment management but they didnt take any considerable action, so I pleaded to break the lease so my family could move to a safe place. They showed no mercy at this time of COVID-19 difficulties.They had another tenant who moved in after me without lapse, but they still collected the penalty and took a huge chunk of my security deposit during COVID-19.Greedy!Lame management and unsafe places to live, especially for families.

Foreigners beware,UDR took over $6,500 in deposit to let me rent my apartment. When I moved out, the promised check never arrived. When I called the hotline, the woman on the phone ( Savannah ) simply hung up on me.I wonder if this a general way to try to scam foreigners.

A fantastic building in the perfect Koreatown location. The staff are amazing, and the building has unbeatable views of the city. I recommend it very highly!

This place thats walking distance from work and My 2 bedroom apt has all you need for a comfortable stay. CLEAN, 2Bedrooms apt with balcony, good wifi, pool and BBQ place on Sky lounge with GREAT Views

It was nice having a self guided tour of the building. We got to check out everything ourselves and see what we liked without having anyone elses opinions.Then we had a meeting with Michael Zubia and he was very helpful. He answered all our questions and helped us with some advice since we are new to LA.

As a one who prefers to live in an apartment, I made my decision to move into 3033 after a comparison with all other apartments in k-town. I made a correct decision and I do enjoy living here. The location is good, the well designed room structure and luxury amentities help provide a comfortable and convient environment to live it. There is no doubt that the best part of living here is the management team and staff try really hard to take good care of us. Bill and Stephanie are really nice and always there to help! They are professional and considerate, who truly think about their customers. In my opinion, it is one of the best places for you to live in k-town area.

IF your looking for a dreamy oasis to live in with endless accommodations and great location look no further....Ive lived here for over a year now and so happy I chose this place its flat out AMAZING!!!!1st- The staff and management is second to none. Friendly, kind, generous, and always accommodating to help whenever at any time of the day or night. Also having a full time concierge on site is wonderful. The cleaning people and maintenance always greet me with a smile and hello and keep the place spotless!2nd- The privacy is awesome Ive never heard any neighbors from my unit yet theyre built like concrete fortresses. Also I love the management is strict on no smoking and enforces is its so nice to never worry about that.3rd- The PET friendly environment is awesome!LAST BUT NOT LEAST... The rooftop skydeck is off the charts INCREDIBLE with the.nicest view Ive ever seen. The 360 view of the whole city, barbecues, lounge area, heated lap and swimming pool, hot tub, and lounge couches with fire pits make for a dream start to every day and evening!!!

A dirt lot that was empty for ages turned into this lovely loft apartment. Love the little nod to Korea and K-town in the building design!

Easy scheduling for tour via website. Went on same day tour. Jennifer Chu the leasing agent was amazing. What a gracious tour guide. She answered every question we had very patiently and knowledgeably. Its awesome to see leasing staff who love their job and community.The tour was at a perfect pace, not too fast nor slow. I felt very comfortable and welcome the moment I walked through the doors as the lady at front desk was also all smiles. The actual floorplans are flawless and gorgeous as well. The building finishes and structure are super high quality. Concrete and other expensive materials are used which is such a luxury. Hallways and the community amenities were spotless which left a great impression. Nice and quiet community where you know youll feel truly at home. The rooftop terrace and skyviews here are out of this world!!! Ive seen some beautiful homes but this one is on the top of the list that have wowed me. Completely blown away.

I scheduled a tour but finally it was self-tour. No one helped us or introduced anything about the apartment.When we arrival, the woman at the front desk just asked us to sign a form and gave us a key. She even did not stand up.Terrible service and unprofessional staff.

This is such an awsum place to reside! Everyone is friendly and all your needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. The building stays clean and they do not tolerate breaking the rules! I work nightshift and its always quiet during the day for me to sleep. Luv it here. Thanku to all the staff and management. ✌🤗
