If you are utilizing them as a brokerage service, they are not a very good business to use if you experience a long wait time to get unloaded/loaded. I experienced two loads with multiple hour wait times and they will not provide a detention. Know the facility you are going to in-order to have a better experience with them.

I met Jim Baker about 6 months ago (via email). He pursued us (Superior Old Storage) and offered his brokerage services. Me, on the other hand, I have dealt with many brokers and had many complications. Meaning, that communication, honesty and loyalty are key points in my business relationships. Trust me, I am a small business, but I have 35+ years in the warehouse/transportation business. So basically, I decided to give Integrity Express (Jim Baker) a shot at handling my transportation loads. Long story short, Jim has handled MANY of our business transactions and he has surpassed my expectations and earned my sincere respect in the business. I can’t emphasis enough, his dedication, loyalty and fair pricing in this complexed transportation market lately. I am constantly recommending him to my other Customers, who hire their own transportation brokerage.

It is always a pleasure to work with Betsy. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and gets back to us with answers very quick. She understands our needs and is always on the look out for the best competitive rates without compromising service. She follows up on our shipments till they get delivered and keep us updated with status. Once delivered, she will send a copy of the POD without even asking. Integrity Express Logistics can not be trusted. Rather they should be called LACK OF INTEGRITY EXPRESS LOGISTICS. John Chapman booked us on a load picking up at Interstate Cold Storage, Inc. in Ft Wayne, IN. He called @ 10am and asked where we were and I informed him I was pulling in to receiver to get current load unloaded in Findley OH. He said ok call me when empty and headed to pick up in Ft. Wayne. I did just that, because communication is the only considerate way to be. At 3:05 pm I let him know I had approx. 1 1/2 hr drive. He said just get there as soon as you can and nothing else. When I arrived at the shipper @ 5:05pm, I was told by a warehouse employee that the office to check in for a load closed at 5pm. I immediately called John and he said, “yea, they close at 5pm”. I asked why that wasn’t disclosed before I drove 127 miles and he just in the most sarcastic tone said,”well, we can’t keep it open for you all night”,and hung up on me. Just be aware that if he is this way, then “INTEGRITY” Express Logistics is an oxymoron, because they have zero integrity. I’m sure no one from the company will respond, but if they do. I will update the review.

In this free market combative broker versus carrier world we have created it is rare to meet a broker who you feel is working with you and wants to help you succeed. I had that experience with Cameron Segal. He did a great job of helping us and I will always use him in the future. Booked a GA > TX load, broker cancelled us off the load and didn’t even bother to tell me. Was in constant communication throughout the day in regards to driver location & any updates they needed. Broker who made the call then continued to raise his voice and talk over me to assert his male dominance, I would assume. Absolute garbage can of a human being. Won’t be dealing with this company again. What an ironic name…Integrity? Yeah, right. Can’t believe these kind of people get away with the way they speak to others.

Horrible service. We hauled a load for Integrity on 6/25. The broker load and confirmation we got and billed Integrity with was paid to another carrier even though we provided original bol for this load. We have been going back and forth 80 days with their accounting while the broker is completely unresponsive via email or phone. Now we are pursuing the payment via collection company and reaching out to the customer for payment. There is a complete lack of integrity from this broker and I informed my entire dispatch team not to work further with them. There is too many loads on the market to book with dishonest brokers that dont pay their bills.

Do not use these guys. Just had one of their brokers lie to me got a truck down there to pick up a load. They told me the load would be ready at 1500. When I arrived at site the shipper said I was late since the appointment was at 0700. I did not get loaded until 2220. Lost a day of revenue for that truck. We are aren’t in this business to lose money. So don’t forget see these guys.

We were working with John Chapman on a load of frozen chicken from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Gainesville, Georgia. John knew we were getting unloaded in Ohio, we were in constant contact with him letting him know what time we would arrive in Fort Wayne. As we were pulling out of our drop off in Ohio, we called to advise him we were headed to Fort Wayne. At NO time did he bother telling us that the facility, especially a cold storage facility closed at 5:00 pm. After arriving to find the place closed down, we be called him and all he could say was, “ya, we couldn’t keep the place open for you”! Needless to say, he is refusing to pay us for a truck order not used. We drove 111 miles, at no point did this broker ever indicate this place closed at 5 pm. I would be very careful if you ever chose to load with this broker. He is clearly a very shady person who cannot be trusted.

Hey truck drivers and dispatchers, Please do NOT booked the load with Greg Carnes. He was not honest for the pick up and delivery time. I have all emailed he sent it to me all kinds of promising. The man of the word he promised he will take care of detention and nothing just a liar. He made Integrity Express Logistics LLC look so bad.

Horrible and unprofessional experience from Integrity Express Logistics LLC. The Broker that I dealt with over the phone was Brian Noe. I was calling to receive information on a load as a carrier and possibly book and provide my services as a carrier. Brian was rude and hung up once we talked about what equipment I had, when I tried to explain to him that his request for a 48-53 foot flatbed was not on the notes nor was it in the length column in the Truckstop load board. He started to get rude and hung up the phone. Brian did not show a good moral standard over the phone. This brokerage is called Integrity Express Logistics its hard to believe in the word Integrity when a broker agent is rude over a simple phone call.

Had a horrible experience with my Broker from Integrity express, Tucker. My driver was delayed a day due to being loaded 2000lbs over and shipper was not able to remove product till the next day. We had to deliver a day late, wasting my drivers time and money. My broker refused to pay layover and ignored my emails and phone calls. Pretty sure he blocked me as I went straight to VM after he HUNG UP on me. He did the same thing to my driver . When he finally did reply he was trying to charge us a late fee, ridiculous.

I can`t complaint about rates, loads or support from this guys...But when you are getting stuck at the shipper or receiver and trying to get fairly paid for that they are disappearing. Ignored emails, no exact answers on the phone, etc.Load #1175393 delivered on 7/21/2021. 8 hours offloading, wasted time, and lost good next load...Broker advised about detention via email.Detention request sent together with POD right after unloading.Couple more requests sent after, but no answer at all.I am still can not understand why carrier have to beg brokers about detention like im trying to borrow but not to get what I deserve...

David Rodriguez and thier managers included, provided worst customer service experience I eve had in my dispatch carrier. That guy told me is FCFS 7-3pm delivery place, but it was actually 3pm-10pm . My driver checked in at 10am and got unloaded at 3:20pm. That broker lied to me all day that our load is exception and we will be offloaded anytime, we had next load to take and he wasnt telling me the true.. I needed to cancel that load because the broker was lying to me all day. Next day when I aksed fo 500$ detention they told methey can pay only 50$ (2hrs for 25$ each) after 3 free hours.. I didnt accept and wanted to speak with the manager. Their managers were the same thing they didnt even try to understand our loss and told me that we are happy to be even paid 50$ detention.. highly not recommend this company if its one office . But remember David Rodriguez.

Worked with Cameron S. on a load from PA to IN. Usually brokers are gone 5pm Friday and the carrier is stuck all weekend if theres an issue....Not with Cameron. I had his direct number and was able to text/call him all weekend on our load. Will work with him and IEL again without any hesitation. Thank you Cameron!

To me, the drivers that I work with face to face, are a representation of her since we only contact via email and a GENEROUS amount of phone calls. Each driver somehow manages to out-do the last in one way or another without fail!I have called Betsy on a Friday afternoon because I needed a truck first thing Monday morning to drive from New York to Arizona, with an over-sized load, and with a high value tagged on too. If you are unfamiliar with an order like that (which I’m sure you’re not since you’re still reading this review for a logistics company), that’s a tall order – it’s long distance, over dimension, with an expensive payload. That normally makes 90% of the driver’s not even want to touch it. But throughout the weekend, I’m trading emails and calls with Betsy as if we forgot what a weekend was. Then come Monday, I throw out my kickstand, take off my helmet, grab my cup of coffee and go and meet the driver because Betsy has pulled through once again and produced!I cannot recommend Betsy O. from Integrity Express Logistics enough. If I had friends that also worked in the shipping industry, I would be printing and handing out her business cards to them and not fast enough. I would not recommend to any carrier to book loads with this company!!!! Such unprofessional behavior towards the carrier. Our truck was en route to pick up a load when the rep called and canceled the load. Guess what? The Rep refused to pay TONU; he said that our truck never showed up at the shipper! It amazes me every time how these brokers are coming up with any possible excuses not to pay the carrier! What a shame !!!!

CLAIM- 10 bags of onions damaged - for sure it is facilitys liability, but still, we got $14,500 on hold - money that IEL owes us for the transportation of multiple loads. We did our job properly, we paid drivers, insurance, fuel, tolls, and many other permits and expenses. Integrity just finding excuses to hold the payment. Even if they would like to deduct the 10 bags of onions- it costs around $100, and not $14,5k.

I would not recommend booking any loads with this company. I called to book an available load they posted on the DAT load board. Spoke to Nate Morety(spelling?) at ext 1607. He pulls up the load and when he asked me what time we would like for pick up, he then changes his mind and lies, saying the load in no longer available and then hangs up on me. My husband then sees another load, similar area for pick up from them and then calls himself. Nate tells him they won’t use us for the loads and hangs up on him as well. We’ve never ran loads for this company and it was our first time trying to book with them. This Nate guy is costing this company customers and repeat business. We will be reporting their rude behavior and lies about the loads they are posting with DAT as well. I have no idea why the discrimination he displayed but be very wary when dealing with them if you see their loads posted on any load board.

They treat you like you owe them ... broker Andrew from Arkansas to Texas pilgrims load owes me layover 3 days when the kroger in Houston closed because of the snow in February. Now Im on another load from Miami to Keller Texas. Broker said load ready by 10 am is almost 3 pm and Im still sitting at the door, I have another pick up, I said I gotta eat and go to a restroom he said I recommend you to go straight to 2 pu so you load today, I said I recommend you to call your costumer ... he hang the phone.I called 2 pu to let them know whats going on, called the broker to let them know he said with an attitude lets finish first pu and then we worry about 2 one and hang the phone, I believe his name is Terry, the load is from team Doherty...

Andrew is the broker, I did a load for them last week and I was on-time for pickup; plus delivery. I sent them the paperwork in order to receive payment for detention, plus I spoke with them 4 times while waiting to be loaded. Well, a week later and the broker Andrew is ignoring email and phone attempts to get paid for detention. This is not a positive look on your company.

Absolutely the worst broker to deal with ! Lied about everything, load not ready, spent 9 hours loading, lost extra day, never paid detention . I guess all reviews are true ... Except the 5star ones ! ... On top of paying pennies from the east coast ordering specialized equipment .

Carrier and owners ops! This company has policy made just to benefit them to take your money from the rate. I broke down but delivered load over night next day! Carrying heavy load and didn’t sleep all night! Did everything to fix my issue in timely manner. We reported brake down right away. Still it’s not stopping them to charge you heavy. You know integrity, brake downs happen to all of us. We all human beings and have families to support. But someone is really greedy and hungry. I will never haul your cheap loads again. Thank you for your business.

INTEGRITY is definitely not a good name for this company. Don’t trust this company. They will not pay you. The worst company so far I have dealt with. The post is right they are a bunch of liars! Stay away unless you want to haul for free.

Brokers are very very rude and disrespectful. They will hang up on you If you give quote they don’t like. After reading their reviews they have a class action lawsuit and like to get over on Trucking companies. Make sure you cross all your T’s and dot all your I’s when dealing with them. I advise you not to do business with them!!!

Your brokers are very rude.They do not tell the truth about the load. When you come to the shipper company, they say its your problem.

As a driver I was very disappointed with their performance. 3 different ppl might call you and ask the same question. Please, communicate with each other about the load before bothering the carrier! Use the macropoint to determine location! Update your system every time you contact the driver!
