I have been going to this salon since I moved to Jersey City 5 years ago and have LOVED IT. Management changed this year and the work has gone down hill with every gel manicure chipping within the week if not the same day AND they are now charging $40 for a gel manicure and $35 for a regular pedicure that is truly nothing special. Id be willing to pay the up-charge for above average services, but this is an ok salon charging premium prices. Needless to say I will be saving $20 and going to another local salon who doesnt gouge their customers.

Very nice people and she took care of my nails and took time. However the prices are very expensive compared to other salons. Usually I pay $45-50 for acrylic nails… here for gel extensions they are $100!

Grace Nails is hands down the best spa in the area. Ive been coming here for a few years now. All of their technicians do an amazing job. I came here to get a gel manicure a day before everything shut down due to covid. My gel manicure lasted FIVE WEEKS before it started to peel or chip. FIVE WEEKS! I couldnt believe it. Also, they have the best hairstylist. I highly recommend getting a haircut at Grace. I have thick, difficult hair. The stylist spent over an hour with the cut to make sure that every strand was perfect. The cut and blowout is a little pricy, but youre definitely paying for quality - well worth it! I wish they did threading. But their waxing services are very good. The salon overall is extremely clean.I love that there isnt much staff turnover, like many other salons. There are always friendly and familiar faces. The staff is always kind, even when they are busy and probably stressed.The salon has implemented many covid protocols, including temp checks, plexi glass dividers everywhere, handwashing as soon as you enter, etc. I feel safe coming here. Please give them your business!

Great service but very expensive compared to other nail spas. Might not go there again for this reason

I went to get my tips and dip powder taken off and felt rushed the whole time. I was asked to pay $30 for removal of dip powder, which is way over priced. I was a regular customer here and recently have been very dissapointed in their customer service. I had a pedicure done here and my polish started chipping within three days. I dont recommend this place. Would rather go into the city for my mani and pedi.

My gel nails lasted less than a week before starting to peel off. Now it’s the 6th day, and three nails have peeled off. Extremely disappointed. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the place was clean. Will not return.

I have been going to this salon since moving to the local area, 5 years ago. Have had no interest in going elsewhere- always clean and bright. No harsh smells when you enter and love the hot stones with my pedi! Also great to earn points by paying with cash. Have referred this salon to family and friends, who have happily made return visits as well!

Actually the best manicure I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a few... Took huge care, real attention to detail, great experience. I’ve had a great mani and pedi that have lasted superbly well. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

GO HERE! This is the absolute best place for a pedicure, manicure or massage. It is incredibly convenient (right off the Essex stop of the HBLR) and the staff is very kind and talented. They keep your appointment times, the reflexology during the pedicures is euphoric and at Christmas time they gave out little gifts to all of their clients. (: if youre looking for a high quality pedicure at an affordable price, Graces is the relaxation station to answer your keratin prayers.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Have been coming here for a couple of years. Marina and Anna do great nails and Ryan gives a great haircut. The only thing that could improve is their massages, both chair and tableAre not great.

Work was decent but they are pretty overpriced for rather basic work. I also paid in cash and was later told by a friend who had gone here that they have a discount when you pay cash. Sure enough, the guy up front didn’t tell me that. Even as I used the ATM to get cash out to pay..

Went here for a manicure during my lunch and that is what I got, however, it wasn’t a good one. First off, you have to pay more to use the drier with the hardening light; to follow, my polish was not even and very blotchy with a large gap between the cuticle and where the polish starts. Not sure what was on the brush they were using but the nail polish also has little black dots scattered throughout. Let me conclude by saying that the filing job they did is the opposite of rounded like I requested and is instead uneven and the nail shape is slanted. Maybe it is just the girl I had but I would not say my expierience here was positive.

Cant charge tips on credit card. Make sure you have cash if you want to add tip. They have an ATM machine there too.

Since I’ve moved to this area, I’ve had a hard time finding a nail salon that does a decent job on my nails. I stopped into this salon today for a mani & pedi and am really impressed and happy with the work on my nails. Marina did a great job for both my mani and pedi, she didn’t rush through the job, which I find a lot of people do, and I was happy that it was just one person doing both the mani & pedi instead of it being split between two. I liked her work, and I’ll be coming back in.

They are the worst. Worst customer service ever. They give you lower price before the service is provided and much higher after, blaming you for misunderstanding. Their managers is the worst thing that could happen to any beauty salon.

I LOVE Grace Nails & Spa. The staff are so attentive and this is hands down the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Their reflexology leg massage makes me want to sit in that chair for forever.

I would like to give zero rating as I was demanded 20% tip from the lady who was making my nalis which was rude and was shockingly surprised. Though I was not given complete spa pedicure, was charged 90$. This place been worst experience.

The manis are usually good - recommend Sonia especially.
