I needed my front end CV axles replaced. I called four reputable mechanics to get a quote and Judes beat everybodys price by a landslide! Plus they came highly recommended by others in the community. It took three weeks to get my car in but that was acceptable to me. They checked the front end alignment and called to tell me they wouldnt have to do one. That assured me there wasnt any funny business going on and they werent trying to rip off a single woman who doesnt know a thing about auto mechanics. These guys are now my go-to fix-r-uppers.

The weather yesterday did not work to my advantage and I got stuck in my compact car on Independence Road. I struggled to find my AAA card only to realize for the 3rd time, they weren’t going to provide me with their services in a reasonable time. I quickly searched for towing services near me and after two rings, I was on the phone with a receptionist at Jude’s (AAA wouldn’t even connect me to a human representative). She told me that they would be there soon. With AAA that generally means 3 hours so I prepared myself for the wait, but within 30 minutes, a sturdy tow truck arrived! The man apologized for being behind schedule as he had to service a car before me. I was baffled because not only did this shop care about getting to me in a timely manner, but their service prices are incredibly reasonable. I will be a returning customer for future services!

I have recently moved to the Independence area from Covington. I prefer to use the local mechanics for the fact they are friendly to work with and always tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. As for Judes they are that kind of place. I have taking my wifes car there a few times and they have been friendly and fixed my car in a timely manor. Please go to Judes to support local businesses.

Had the stock exhaust put on my car before trading it in, took them less than an hour with a short term appointment and less than 100 dollars. Would definitely return to have any work done!

My poor sick daughter went there when her car broke down she couldnt afford what they quoted so she asked if they would let keep it in front of the building until her husband got off work. So instead of being a kind company they pulled it around back like they were going to charge her for holding it. It was hard for my son in law to get it back up a hill (alternator). WAY TO GO JUDES
