Dwayne and the staff at Hearing Life always go above and beyond to help me get new hearing aids and maintain them. They are kind and professional!

The personnel are the best. Oticon hearing aids have been extremely unreliable. Have had to send off a hearing aid for repair four times and have one to send off again.

Appointment changed 2 times, then on day of appointment I waited just over an hour to be seen. Testing room was not separate for technician, and I could hear as she marked on paper, over tones I was trying to hear.
