Fair Uction. Pleasant staff. Good items to select from.
This was our second auction service from Loderbauer Auctions and once again we were delighted with the outcome. This time we had our entire estate to auction off. It was a very big job and the Loderbauers and their team were incredibly helpful in preparing us for the event. They responded to all of my questions and requests in a timely manner leading up to the big day, including several visits to drop off crates, tables and other needed items. On the day of the auction their team arrived and with great efficiency moved heavy items like furniture from the house and garage. It had rained the night before, but they were very respectful and took care to avoid tracking dirt throughout the house. The bidding was so well organized and it was such a relief to have everything gone in one day! This is truly the way to clear out an estate. No stickers and haggling like one does when having a rummage sale! The value of having an auction was well worth it and I feel the fees were more than fair.Best of all, we met a lot of great people (staff and patrons) through this experience and had a lot of fun.Many thanks to Bob, Kris and their staff for this service!
Bob and his family and team were very pleasant to work with. They helped us through out the sale from set up to the end of auction and beyond. They treated us as part of the family.

This company took nearly 70% of the sales, we had just lost a loved one and feel we were taken advantage of by them during our time of sadness. They gave us $760 for sales that came to $2,400. They charged an enormous fee for advertising which doesnt make sense since it was the local bargain bulletin and on line. There are many other options and my advice is to use someone else. I wish there had been reviews for this company before hiring them.
