Lizzy provided excellent customer service while we asked a lot of questions! She was very knowledgeable and informative. Because of her awesome help we are definitely wanting to go back. Ill update this as our experience progresses! But so far so good 👍Edit: we ended up going with Lumber Liquidators. The prices were comparable to the 2 other quotes we got so we went with our first choice. They finished today and it looks great. Very pleased with our purchase.

Terrible company. Lumber liquidators took my money and gave me a horrible product. When I called them explaining my frustrations all they did was lie and ignore me... They refuse to help so now I am replacing my living room floor on my own dollar... This was an absolute waste of money and this company DOES NOT back their product or help their customers..

Do not give these people your phone number. I went in there and i kinda liked a sample, the guy said in order to get the sample i had to give them some info. so ok i did, most floor places did that i went to did this. This was like 6 months ago, and they STILL call me constantly trying to get me to buy flooring. They wont stop!

Bought flooring from this location and I asked if I can return unused boxes. The gentleman (manager) said yes I can. I knew it was going to be a lengthy project and I asked if there was a time requirement in which he said not really as long as I still sell it and then boxes are on good condition. Well I go back to return and he went against his word. I have 12 boxes that he told me to sell on craigslist. What drives me crazy, is this same gentleman sold keep more wood than I needed and told me I could return it but lied. Wont be doing business here again.

I am a professional contractor. I have used almost every wholesaler, distributor, and dealer for flooring in tidewater. Joey, Matt, and the rest of the staff have been a vital part of my success. I know that every time I need a quality flooring for an unbeatable price, I call them. Keep it up LL

We were shopping for engineered hardwood flooring and had two quotes and two measurements BEFORE we went to lumber liquidators to see what they could do for us. First, the sales staff seemed annoyed to be dealing with us. Second, their measurement was over 50 sq ft off (higher) than previous measurements. Finally despite the actual flooring costing less, somehow the final installation price quote was thousands more than their competitors (and this was during one of their big sales offering $500 off installation). What can I say? It pays to shop around and we wont be buying from them.

Customer service was great, but was somewhat limited

When I walked into the store yesterday, there was only one other customer in the store who was looking at some flooring. The clerk looked right at me, turned and walked away. No nod, no smile, no, Ill be right with you. I turned around and walked out of the store.Sorry LL, no manners, no sale. Call me old-fashioned but good manners is the first law of good business. Courtesy will never go out of style in my world....

We had purchased around 1500 sqft, but in two separate orders since we decided a week later, wed make the family room hardwood too. When we went to pick up our second order, we noticed that the new promotion($1.00 off/sqft & 24mo/0%) was even better than what we had received just a few days prior (10% off & 18 mo/%) . We had planned to ask about it the following day, but a sudden death in the family took us out of state for a week. After we get back we called to see if we can get the new financing. Now, because I was calling about it, on the last day, they just couldnt refund and recharge.. by the time the financing would get straightened out again, the promotion would be expired. Joey, w/o me even asking, adjusted the cost of our flooring, which ended up being around a $200 difference, said hed email the financing department to see if they could adjust the financing promo for us. He called later in the day to say, the financing department would allow us to switch from the 18mo to 24mo 0% no problem. This is huge to us. We just bought a home and are doing renovations, so every penny we can save or stretch is super helpful! Thank you Joey!!!

Purchased 11/16 quarter round online and was told to pick it up at the store a day later. When I went to pick it up they only had 3/4th of my order and told they would call me when the remaining sticks came in. A week went by so I decided to call and check-in on the status and the individual on the phone treated me like I was attempting to get free material from them. Unorganized and rude but the prices are normally great if you dont mind the bad customer service (you should still shop around).
