Mice! (ants if you live on the first floor). Things have been breaking since we moved here. Maintenance or whoever works on renovating empty apartments caused a flood in our bathroom from working on the upstairs bathroom. They also fell through our bathroom ceiling one time while working on the apartment above us. Walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor’s kids that are next to us (not above) running back and forth & Can also hear the neighbors upstairs having s*x.

I have this trash old apartment and the rent is sky high and the walls are thin as paper

This place is under new management ! High class Apartments Such a super management Mike and his crew on the field, Lauren and her Staff in the office . i spoke to the office and thats what they told me are coming up there :Basketball courtdog ParkNew PlaygroundsPicnic Section2 New Upgraded Laundry RoomsNew GymClub Roomand lots of More stuff theyre still working on .looking forward living there many more years !
