Mom has used Ken Martin for about a1 1/2 years now and they are superb. Always fixed or repaired the hearing aides with a smile and very courteous. They listen to what the problem is and fix it. Sometimes the repair needs to be sent out for repairs but gets returned very fast. Highly recommend.

Dr Martin is the greatest. So is his staff. They are attentive and never so busy to take care of any issue I might have at the time. Since moving away and being a 3 1/2 drive it it still worth it to come and see Dr Martin and have him take care of my hearing concerns. He is my Hearing Super Hero.

In a time where most doctors do not seem interested in spending much time with individual patients in the office it was so good to actually have a doctor engage and take the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis possible treatment and answer all my questions with genuine compassion.
