Awsome highly professional very polite and thorough great experience

I had heard such wonderful things about Loveland Audiology. I am greatly disappointed and will never go to this medical establishment after what I have personally witnessed first hand. I have worked medical over 10 years to include the Emergency Room, and I could not believe the treatment, lack of empathy, no follow up explained, ignores questions and concerns of patients. Not only was this of the receptionist, but with Dr. Loveland herself. What a total disappointment for what the medical field should represent. I am disappointed in this office in the treatment of the patient. My friend was degraded, accused of lying when they only had a few questions. The conclusion of this was, questions should never be asked for clarification,and they will never be answered. Under no circumstance was the patient heard or respected. I will, and recommend to never do business with this place and their lack of professionalism. This is an embarrassment to medical professionals, as there is no professionalism here. ZERO star rating from me.
