JDs really came to our rescue! We had been using another local company for our yearly HVAC maintenance, and they abruptly and unexpectedly went out of business just two weeks after depositing our check for the upcoming years maintenance (that had yet to be performed) . Their phone lines were forwarded to JDs. Although JDs was under no obligation to honor our maintenance agreement (since they themselves had not received financial compensation from the aforementioned company) they did so, and with a cheerful attitude. I am very impressed and will continue to use and recommend JDs for our AC and heating needs. The tech, Ben, who came to our home was very kind and professional.

Ben was excellent. It is a very trying time between work, home, personal and Covid and I tend to become anxious. Ben was understanding, patient and explained everything to me. Very polite young man and I thank him again for taking such time and care with my family and I.

Joe, the technician, represented the company well as he patiently explained the work done, and answered my numerous questions. I felt that he showed the same concern that he would have for a family member in making sure our HVAC system was in optimal order.

I was completely happy with the work that was performed by our technician. It was great that he took the time to make sure that all the a/c system was working properly. Explaining the work performed and condition of our system performance. I would like to mention how happy I was to get a text from the office informing me who was on the way and a photo of what this person would look like. This procedure made me more comfortable with opening the door to someone I might not otherwise recognize. Great job done by all.

Top tier service. JDs A/C installed a zoning system on our existing American Standard HVAC. When the sensors wouldnt talk to our existing thermostat they ate the cost of a brand new, updated unit. This was above and beyond all expectations. We can highly recommend JDs!

Paul has come out multiple times. The first time he told me the ac was fine that it was just hot outside. He has been back multiple times. He’s replaced the inside unit and the house is still 86 degrees. I am not sure if this is the only technician that works here anymore, but it has not been a pleasant experience. He’s not treated my mother-in-law well at all.

He arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked quickly. Very pleased with his work.

My wife and I were out of town one weekend this summer. On Friday late afternoon our sitter that is at home watching our children, calls and tells us the air conditioner is broken. I immediately called JDs and they had a technician at our house promptly. The technician called and explained everything he needed to do in order to get it running again. The air conditioner was completely fixed allowing everyone to enjoy the rest of the weekend.

JD’s has done very good work in a timely manner that has lowered my electric bill 20-25% over the past 2 years.

Weve used JDs several times for our church. Each time theyve done a wonderful job; very quick to respond and went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done. I highly recommend them to all my clients and friends!

Kris showed up in a timely fashion, accepted a cup of coffee and went to work! Was thorough in his work, and explained my issue in an understandable way, and resolved my problem without it being necessary to take out a second mortgage.

I recently had the opportunity to have JDs A/C come to our home and trouble-shoot a problem that had gone on way too long. The technician was there very fast, which I appreciated. He was able to diagnose our problem and complete the repair quickly and at a very fair price. We use JDs at home and always suggest them when bidding jobs. They do great work and have great, friendly technicians. One of the things that often will plague a service company is the employment of people who arent service friendly. Not the case at JDs. Good, friendly, and above all, talented people at what they do.

Same day service. Tech here within a couple of hours. Frank got my system back up and running quick on a hot August day. Highly recommend.

I called them because my AC compressor was making a loud racket when it ran. Guy came out and replaced the fan motor and I paid him $300+. Before he left I wanted to hear it for myself and noticed the loud sound didnt go away. He THEN told me the compressor was shot and that it needed to be replaced, but better if we replaced EVERYTHING for $6500. I told him to leave. I called the next day and spoke with the GM and he had the guy come out and put my fan motor back in after I complained.That tech was NOT happy when he came back! The GM refunded everything except $80 for the service call. The sound actually went away when he put my old motor back in! Its been running fine since then and were going on 3 years now...

JDs put in a complete new central air and heat system in my house. I could not be happier. My electric bill has gone down.

Nathan and his staff are always there when I need them. Some of my machines will not run without being cooled, so if my air is out, my machines shut down. JDs A/C keeps me printing.
