The best laser hair removal company!I tried laser hair removal with a different company off of Groupon in the past and didn’t really get results. It was still expensive because you had to tip at each appointment and even after 8 sessions I only had small patches without hair on my lower legs. With Milan I got a discount because of those previous treatments (even though they did NOT work) and have had the opposite experience. My legs are almost hair free! So much better than waxing... no ingrown hairs and you can shave in between so your skin is smooth all the time. The feeling from the laser is totally manageable for me but I do have very pale skin. Treatments are done by RNs and every location is immaculately clean. Plus, prices are straightforward and they pay their staff well so tips are not expected. I have had to move for work multiple times and this is now the fourth Milan Laser I have been to! They have all been fantastic but I have to say I love this location! They really listen and try to work with you on what you need and are looking for. Anne has been treating me and is awesome. She is so thorough and really gives great coverage. She makes sure you get your money’s worth. She’s a coverage queen!I even have a modified area and they’re understanding and great about it. I find it kind of addicting to be honest and can’t wait to do more! Also if you add on more later and a certain area is already paid for, that would’ve been part of the new area they will deduct what you have already paid. Like I did a certain place that would’ve been part of a Brazilian. If I choose to go ahead and do the full Brazilian they will deduct what I paid for that smaller area that would’ve been included anyway.They also have times of the year where they do specials and you can get 50-60% off, even if you’re already a client. The best part is it’s unlimited treatments until you get the results you need. It’s not just 8-10 like some other places. Thus I am going to raise my review from a zero to a 4 as I can’t completely ignore the fact that the first treatment was a complete disaster.Original review: September 2020I would have rated lower if it was possible. I have had laser treatments at another place in the past so I know what a laser treatment should be. Milan was offering a free treatment so I signed up for it. The technician did a pathetic job. She maybe got 25% of the area. Free or not you should do a good job or don’t offer the free service.Milan has offered a free follow up treatment to make this right. Just have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I will update again after the follow up treatment.

I am so thankful for Milan Laser! I have been going to the Edina location for almost a year now, for laser services. What makes Milan so unique is that they offer laser for life, which means you pay for a package and can get this area lasered whenever, and however many times you need! Most laser places sell packages for 5-7 sessions, but that may not be enough, and what happens if you need a touch up 10 years from now? That’s where Milan raises the bar. Friendly and flexible staff with outstanding results (70-80% hair reduction after 3 treatment). The only drawback for me personally is the pain management plan is insufficient for people with heightened physical sensitivity such as those with autism or severe skin allergies. They advise ibuprofen and tylenol and do not allow lidocaine at all. For most people I feel that this is sufficient wherein the procedure gets very stingy after about the third or fourth session. They do move at at your pace and will slow down as needed. So overall I recommend them especially to the LGBTQIA+ communities.
