Nate came to our place the next day and repaired it in better shape that it was before it broke. When they left our outside water spicket is now solid in place and has the flex tubing like i wanted. I will be calling Nate for future needs for sure. Thank you!

I cant say enough about Nate and Jason. I am converting my enclosed porch into a laundry room and needed a washer hookup + drain. They came out and gave me a fair estimate and date to return. This company saved me in the middle of the night when the seals and gaskets on the tank gave out. Nate came out and fixed it pretty fast. The rate also wasnt bad for a middle of the night emergency.

Had kitchen sink backed up, found out never use Drain made matters worse. They are ALSO contracted with Choice Home Warrenty which is how I came across them, glad I had Nate and Frank working very hard to open up pipes. Both are very professional and goes out of their way to make sure it is done right. Very responsible and courteous. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

When our kitchen faucet was shaking, making noise and driving us crazy every time we turned on the water, we looked for plumbers in Longview and found PlumbProz. Nathan was able to resolve the problem and told us more about water hammer issues and what was causing our specific issue. So glad that is fixed now

Came out to Gilmer on two separate occasions to install emergency shutoff valves once to my toilet and later for the hot and cold water to my washing machine. Both times, Nate came from Longview with same-day service. He remembered me from the previous visit. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He allowed me to watch him work so I could learn and explained what he was doing. He initially tried to repair the existing valves to save me money, but they wouldnt budge (they are 34-years old) so he replaced them. The prices were fair for a professional job, and he was done with the work in an appropriate amount of time. I highly recommend PlumbProz.

We hired PlumbProz this week to clear backing up drain water from several points in our house. They came out the same evening after we discussed our issues on the phone to assess our needs and returned the following day. While working most of the day on our plumbing they discovered issues even we were unaware. Woke up to go to work and wife had taken a bath, water wouldn’t drain and was backing up in the shower and toilet! What a way to start the day!! Tried calling several plumbers and leaving messages, either they didn’t call back or they couldn’t come out same day. Finally I called these guys, they called me right back. They arrived the time said they would, which is a rare thing these days. Came in figured it out, and good to go in no time at a awesome price! It sucks when you need to call a plumber, but these dudes will get ya fixed up when your in a bind! I’ll definitely use them again
