Had these guys come out because our AC was acting up. He said our filter was dirty and our evaporator coils needed cleaning, which wasnt covered under warranty and it would cost around $1300!! Got a second opinion. Our capacitor was out and the new tech was here for around a hour and we saved close to $1000! Acme is a joke and will try to steal your money. DO NOT USE!

My home warranty provider put me in contact with Acme to diagnose and repair my AC. They were extremely friendly, professional, and on-time. They quickly determined that my AC coil was leaking refrigerant and that it would need to be replaced. They contacted my warranty company for approval and within a week they were able to come back out and replace the coil. They would’ve been back sooner but I was out of town. Great company and will continue to use them beyond my home warranty term.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! We had 2 different techs come out to fix the heater on at the house Jody and Kris. They were two of the best service technicians I have ever worked and were exceptionally professional and courteous. From a pricing standpoint they were very fair and they completely stood by all the work they did for us on the heater. Called and asked how much a specific part for mu unit would cost and that there would me no need to troubleshoot or for a service call and they refused service saying I would have to schedule a service call that would start at $139. Would not recommend company they are a scam

We replaced our 12 year old unit with a new one. The two-man crew arrived on time and efficiently removed and replace both the old unit and the AC coils in the attic. They were professional, courteous and efficient. We have an annual service contract Acme and always get good honest service,

Yoni and Ben did an excellent job installing my new central AC and heating units. They were on time, worked every minute they were here, were very professional and easy to talk to and made sure that when they left my property was just as it was when they arrived.

ACME Air Conditioning and Heating LLC is an awesome company. For a little over 4 years, we have thought weve been having AC problems which nobody could seem to figure out. We were finally desperate enough to just buy a whole new central air system and hope that would fix our problems. We called several companies to come out to give us free estimates for a new system. I wanted a guarantee though that a new system would be the cure for our 90° house. Nobody could seem to promise that. ACME was the last company that I contacted. Paul was the name of the guy who came to give us an estimate. Normally, with giving an estimate, they will just look at the unit you have, tell you what they would replace it with, then tell you the cost. Not Paul.... He went over and above to try to see why the house was hot when the air coming out of the vents was cold. He even crawled under the house to check things out. He was here a good 2 hours and he was very bothered that he couldnt find an issue with the AC. Soon after he left, he called me up to see if I would be interested in having his boss come out with a thermal imaging camera to see where the heat was coming from in our house. I told him yes and that we would be willing to pay for that. That evening, the secretary called me to set up a time for the general manager Chuck Hineman to come out the next day. When Mr. Hineman came out, he found the source of our problems. Our ceiling was running at over 100° and it wasnt even a really hot day that day. So, our problem wasnt the air conditioner all this time but it was because our roof we had installed back in 2017 was not properly vented! We would have never known this had it not been for Paul and Chucks determination to find the problem! Not only that, but Mr. Hineman didnt even charge us for him coming out either! Now we are in the process of getting our roof problem fixed, thanks to ACME and we will be using ACME for our heating and cooling needs from here on out!

Well, it only took me 10 years, but - hallelujah - Ive finally found a great HVAC company in which I have confidence and on which I now rely for fast, professional and courteous service - TA DA - Acme Air Conditioning & Heating in Longview, Texas. I’ve come to count on the office staff to always ’answer with a smile’ and have scheduled convenient appointments for me so far. A bit over a week and a half ago, Paul (Cracker Jack ACME Technician), visited my home to conduct the spring checkup. He arrived right on time. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and willing ability to answer all questions regarding my HVAC system. His respect for my home wasnt lost on me as I noticed him slip on covers for his shoes each time he came in from my yard. It was only one example of his thoroughly considerate and efficient visit. Im a fan. Congratulations, ACME, for hiring such a positive representative as Paul. Make a note, folks: give ACME a try. (This may sound like a commercial, but the pitch simply derives from a very satisfied customer.)

They have come out to our home 4 times and have never fixed the issue. They refused to do their job. And were very rude.Adding response:After another company had to come out because your technician refused to look at the unit to fix, it was discovered that our coils are rusted through, the unit had no Freon, and it has been this way for a while. If you all had done your job, and actually plugged in the switch after your second visit in November, then you would have discovered this. However y’all didn’t do that. I had to have yet another company come out. I have had $500 bills due to you all not doing your job. Your tech told me that he would only look at our system if I paid you all directly and didn’t go through the warranty company.

I had replaced the thermostat on the system and the thermostat wasn’t working correctly. Paul came out on the service call and repaired the system and also explained what was wrong. He also provided insight on possible future failure with the system due to the age. Very knowledgeable with no sales pressure.

Nick call me immediately, was very friendly and after asking a few questions told me everything was ok and explained what it was doing. Sure enough the fan came back on while he was talking to me. I told him to send me a bill, he said no he was just glad to help. I will be using Acme from now on.

We have used Acme HVAC for over 10 years and they have been great! No matter the issue they show up on time, do the job, AND clean up any mess. We have been under a customer service contract which covers both spring & fall check-ups at an extremely fair price; and any repairs needed during the year are quickly tended to, again at a fair cost to us seniors Its comforting to know we have them in our corner!

Andrew is our HERO! Our unit is only 6 months old. We woke up on February 15th (Saturday morning) and it was 59 degrees in the house! We figured no one worked on Saturday but to our surprise someone answered the phone! We explained our situation and she had Andrew come out and replace our thermostat within hours!!!He was very courteous, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.
