Got gel x service here and the work is sloppy. Gel x is suppose to have a clear finish. I showed the tech a picture and he was really cheap on the leaves and no glitter. They also had no selection of autumn colors no burnt oranges or greens so I had to settle for a color I didn’t want. Terrible

I have been here quite a few times and have watched them turn away certain customers and welcome others. We do have a choice in where we can spend our money. But when we have these salons locally we should not have to travel for better customer service. Disappointing.

These people didnt want my money this morning. Wound not take an appointment for myself & another woc sitting there. Over at Annas on Franklin now. Here, seem they like green money & give great service.

They were closing and still took their time and gave us a great experience... will most definitely be back:)

Ok, this nail shop was given to me as I was looking for a nail shop who would actually listen to what I wanted...well Danny nailed it! By appointment and some walk-ins.

You make an appointment you still have to wait sometimes up to 45 minutes. Not worth it.

This is the only nail salon I go to now. It is always very busy, but totally worth the wait! The employees are very accommodating and helpful with ideas. They have so many things I didnt even knew existed, like the dips, foil nail designs, and so much more!

They tried to charge me $35 just for a fill in alone! Since I got chrome gel it came out to $50 total. I have no problem spending money but I feel $50 is too much for a FILL IN and gel. Their price menu states Full set WITH gel polish... $40, fill in $30 so hooowww does my fill in WITH gel come to $50!?

Best place to go hands down. When ever we are working out of town I still drive my wife back home so we can go to ts.

Very nice pedicure here. Best in town. Owners care and it shows . Lucy and Anna are my personal favorites but everyone is really pretty good. Great waxing services as well . Nails stay on for 4 plus weeks no lifting between fill ins. Definitely best place in Michigan City.

Just moved here and after being at TS nails it made my old places look low class. This is definitely top notch top scale place. my eyelashes lasted so much longer than normal and my nails last so long!! I was definitely over satisfied and will continue to go back.

Went in as a walk in not knowing a thing of this salon. First time taking my daughter to get a pedicure with me. She had the best experience and will definitely be back next time we are in town there. Older lady that offered us beverages was super nice, along with the other two ladies that did our pedicures. They couldnt have been more caring and attentive. Never have I had an experience like this. Also I loved the fact that they disinfected the tools in front of me before use.Atmosphere is so nice and clean. I will definitely recommend this place!

The male nail tech wasnt paying attention to what he was doing. Cut my big toe with a grater while looking away at a timer or phone in the drawer. Then he got up and left without polishing my nails. I will never go back. Not recommended. You have to be sure you know whos working on you or dont go. Cut on my foot just as I head to the tropics. Hopefully no flesh eating bacteria will ruin my vacation. 07/30/2019

I went and got a pedicure and manicure,and the woman with blonde hsir(cant remember her name) but she was great,she did a great service . Had a pleasant attitude,loved the experience and will definitely go again. Thank you guys!

Do great work but overly priced

Not impressed. My toes weren’t fully painted and my nails were so uneven I couldn’t take it! They attempted to do my ombré which came out terrible and rushed the entire process. My toes didn’t even get a clear coat. Save your money and book with Aspen or Taisa or someone who can bring your vision to life cause this ain’t it!

First visit, pedicure was amazing, powder dip nails look beautiful and my eyebrows are perfect. I found my new nail salon.

Quality work but long wait times. Why make an appointment if my name isn’t written down and I have to wait a hour before I’m serviced? I would recommend only if you don’t have a tight schedule .

Only my 3rd pedicure ever. Chose this place based on reviews. While the care to feet and legs with the extra services we picked was good, I probably could of done just as good on my own. The trim is uneven, the nail color does not look professional and my toe was cut which explained why it burned with some of the solutions used. I was hoping to find someplace local that I liked so I could continue to get pedicures but it will not be here.

Lucy did my nails and she was awesome and Ill definitely return to her so far the best I normally dont take pics of my nails they have a nice mellow setting but Ill only return to Lucy

The lady that did my nails did not listen to what I wanted gave me gel instead of acrylic and my nails were horrible looking and broke so easily and badly very dissatisfied

Wow! Great place, beautiful inside and clean. People are great. I did a pedicure with Ann and she did a beautiful job. I live out of town but I will be back!!! And the massage chair almost put me to sleep! They have the best chairs Ive ever had.

This salon needs someone who can speak and understand English, I asked for a basic pedicure and color change on my nails. My pedicure literally took an hour and a half and the older gentleman who did it literally put 5 coats of polish on my toe nails 🤦🏽‍♀️ Which didn’t even dry in the other hour and a half it took to change my finger nail color. Then they charged me $60 for a $26 basic pedicure and $20 nail color change... ohh plus $5 to cut my nails down. My basic yellow toe nails didn’t even match my basic yellow finger nails. Did I mention I was there 3 hours for this? And it wasn’t super busy. I use to like this salon but every time I go it gets worse. Time to find a different salon. I’m sure I’ll need one to re-paint my toe nails tomorrow because they still aren’t dry and it’s 3 hours later😕

Me and my family traveled two hrs to this nail salon. Yes I made appointment for three people. Got there ahead of our 4:30 appointment. The owner said to come back in ten minutes. They had us wait another 20 minutes. They were very rude and unprofessional. They decided to do whatever they wanted on our toes and the experience was very upsetting. I had work 3rd shift and got on the road to this nail salon because our town was not open up yet because of the virus. We were so excited to come to Michigan City. Never again will I go to this nail salon. I mean never they embarrassed me in front of the other customers and my family. I have problem with in grown toe nails. I was in pain and needed to get my feet done. I hope thst they never treat any one like they treated us. GOODBYE

They were open over 30min and doors still locked, waited an additional 30min to get service, asked for my nails to be cut down and my nail shape was changed and they tried to charge me to reshape them back to how it was originally... Paid no attention to detail my fill looks terrible... I now remember why I stopped letting Oriental nail shops do my nails 💅 SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES... NAIL TECHS TOO!!!!

I was getting my Eyebrows waked and they didn’t listen to what I asked. I’m only ten so my mom said “in the middle and bellow.” At home we had to pluck my eyebrows . They also did the top when we did not want the top.

Came in to get my nails done for wedding told them I wanted teal and like a sparkly silver Tiana three nails with sparkly silver on my ring finger and thumb I wanted acrylic nails with gel nail polish by the end of it I got gel nails gel polish and a dip on my ring finger and thumb which is not what I asked for and then charged $55 all I wanted was gel nail paint never said anything about dipping my nails never said anything about gel nails themself I wanted acrylic nails with gel nail paint

For gel nails they didn’t shape like I wanted I asked for chrome didn’t get that and my nails looked liked I needed a fill after 5 days. They don’t clean the basins for pedicures properly.

Very poor service. Spent 40$ and nails lasted less then 24hrs this us the second time. When talked to staff only wanted to give a discount instead of fixing the whole set. I would not suggest getting nails done here at all

I heard such good things about this place, I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My toenails were filed very unevenly and when my gel polish was applied it was uneven and when it was done there were bubbles
